I have tried multiple times to contact someone about an order i made April 17th that still shows as processing. The sight has great products but if you cant get what you order what is the point? I have tried to email, no luck. I have tried chat, I have been sitting here waiting to talk to someone for an hour. I want to cancel my order and never use them again...

I just recently made a purchase with them for a swimsuit. I paid for the expedited shipping because I needed it for a trip this month. I ordered it on the 4th of April and got it 2 weeks later. I did not know that the items are shipped from China so I was a little leery about that. I would suggest they have a better tracking system for their customers but they did respond to my inquiry and gave me the exact link I could use to track my order. I may consider shopping from them again.
I've ordered from sammydress and everything was fine! The items are so nice and well done and so cheap! I took a lot of funny dress, sweaters and tshirts. I receive a lot of compliment and noone can believe they came form china!
I am HIGHLY disgusted and disappointed that I wasted my time with this website. I ordered a couple of things on the 11th of this month that i needed for vacation coming up at the end of this month and paid expedited shipping for it. For weeks the package said "processing" and after inquiring about my package various of times and NEVER receiving a response it finally says "shipped out". But after two days of this and checking DHL for an update and it still saying it was in Singapore i decided to call DHL and come to find out they have not even dropped my package off yet. All they did was buy a shipping label so technically they still have not shipped it. Keep in mind i bought this almost a month ago and paid expedited shipping to be received in like 3 business days. If i dont have my items for my vacation i am going to be so upset! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. They are VERY unreliable! The customer service is horrible! They weren't helpful at all! Deff won't have my items in time for my vacation and it is sooo frustrating. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and a disappointment.

I recently purchased legging from Sammydress and since they have arrived I have received so much attention. They are eye catching and easy to match with my waredore. All of my leggings fit me comfortably. Where I stay everyone has the same outfits but I stand out. People ask me where I get my tights and I tell them sammydress
Don't be foolish people. As soon as you notice something wrong call your bank or credit card company and ask them to stop the payment. I believe you have 30 days but you should do it immediatly. Also, go to the sites i will list in a separate review and report the company so the company will be investigated. Put a stop to it or they will keep doing this to others. It helps if everybody puts in a report against the company.

"I bought this bathing suit and was uneasy because alot of vintage suits bottoms are two high cut around the butt area but these are perfect!, the top is a little flimsy but the bottoms make up for it. The shipping was only about two weeks which is pretty fast. I am even thinking of getting the other colors! Thanks again! Great purchase! Oh and i bought a medium and it fit perfect!"

I found sammydress website while browsing for fashionable clothing at affordable prices. This website provides a wide range of stylish clothing that would compliment the four seasons. I love my red stylish suspender skirt and would gladly visit the site again.
Sammydress has done me no harm and I am alarmed to read some of the other reviews on the web. The order I mentioned was my first with them, consisting of three quality items, and was exactly what I ordered. The only downside was that it showed up a week later than I paid for, which isn't that big of a difference or problem, but when I pay extra shipping for something I need by a certain date, I want it to get there on time. Also through my second order I have noticed the shipping cost is rather high, but this is because it's from over seas. HOWEVER, the items were indeed quality and the shipping cost balances out with the low item cost. There are definitely more pros than cons!

I ordered two seperate orders from sammy dress i received one in a timely fashion the other one took a min cause one of the items i ordered was out of stock and they had to refund my money but i never had a problem with sammydress. As i read over the reviews i see some complaints about quality now you have to understand your paying $5-10 dollars for a swimsuit or dress or whatever your not gonna get better quality anywhere else i thought sammydress was the best quality for the price. I would for sure keep shopping there.
I purchased two backless, strapless bras from sammydress.com, and they came within three weeks of me ordering. They were of splendid quality, and the only trouble I had was learning application, but there was a manual for that with my order. All in all, quick, fast, cheap quality service. A rare, but very pleasant experience!
