Packages are delivered safe and undamaged, takes couple weeks to recieve your merchandise but you have to keep in mind that youre ordering from overseas. Sizes run small due to the sizes being asian. Just order up a size or two. I have ordered a few times from sammydress with no problems.
I still have an outstanding order from April 7 2015 that I paid almost 15$ in shipping costs for. When I finally got ahold of someone (needle in a haystack) they ask me if could kindly wait 20 more days bringing wait time to 60 days if I get the order in that time. Really. Give me a friggin break. You guys stink.
I loved loved loved it. It was super fast communication was great they gave me fast shipping all within 1 week. I ordered 6 items on May 14Th, 5/6 items came first within 4 days and I emailed them asking when will my other dress come they said they put it in the next day and gave me my tracking #. It going to be here on Friday may 22nd. Really excited. Love the quality of my dresses. Supper cute. I will def be shopping here all the time. 5/5 stars

So i was reading reviews, and i was about to purchase from 'Sammydress', and i must say their customer service sucks. I was asking Madeline on live chat at Sammydress about the difference between two materials because they had the exact same identical picture on two different links with two different prices - one garment was made from polyester, and one with polyester & Cotton Blends. Great costumer service and clothes is beautiful. It will take a little longer than normal to receive the package but is expected coming from overseas. I will buy from SummyDress again soon

There's an awesome variety of products available, in more than great prices all around. The shipping went surprisingly fast, all things considered (a single order might be separated in several shipments), and the customer service so far has proven to be more than efficient when following cases.
