I have made 2 orders with Sammydress so far. I have only bought accessories because I think the clothes they sell might not fit me well because I am a bigger size but I am a big fan of their necklaces, bracelets and rings. To be honest I was expecting that because the low prices the quality is not as high as it was. Also I thought I would have to wait forever because I am in Ireland and they ship from Asia. My order arrived very fast and I have been loving the things I received. I also had a pair of earrings that I wanted to gift to my sister, sadly they did not have them in stock and I was very impressed with being contacted by them telling me that they did not have them anymore, customer care is friendly and fast and this was the part I liked the most. All in all I am happy with them and the huge selection they have. I will definitely make another order.

When I call the number, it's either a busy signal, rings and then turns into a busy signal, or goes to the voicemail box of some girl whose mailbox is full. Do not order. Clothes are gorgeus, good quality and really cheap.
The order takes a bit to arrive, in my case almost a month, but it's worth it! It arrived in three separate packages, depending on the availability of the items you order.

All of the clothes I bought do not fit - they are all smaller than regular US sizes... which is understandable. However, you are supposed to be able to return clothing to Sammydress but customer service makes it impossible. I'm still trying to return items but they keep asking for more things - like pictures of me in the clothes that are too small. What kind of company does that? I have yet to be able to return the clothing that I purchased. I keep getting the runaround.

I was very skeptical about buying from Sammydress.com. I had looked at reviews online and was still on the fence. I figured for the low price I wouldn't lose that much money and if it worked I would get some really cute stuff. So I ordered 2 swimsuits to see what I would get. I was notified immediately that one of the swimsuits I ordered was back ordered and I could choose to wait for it, receive my money back or choose another item. I chose another swimsuit. I received my order in 1 week! I was honestly surprised to see they were exactly as pictured. I would equal the quality to walmart maybe even target brands but a way better price! I will definitely order from Sammydress.com again. Sammydress is legit and Awesome!
I ordered a dress on Sunday 10/4/15 for my brothers wedding which is 10/12/2015 I PAID for 3-5 days shipping, why my order is still processing? I don't know, you people took my money out of my account just fine. I either want my money refunded to me and this ordered canceled. Or I want my dress in 3 days. You decide.

I really wanted to give Sammydress a chance despite all the complaints. I should have listened to all the complaints made. I ordered 5 bathing suits which arrived in decent time but they are missing 2 bathing suits. They took my money but didn't deliver ALL of the items. I put in a ticket and got nothing. I will file a complaint if I do not get my things.

I found The SammyDress site very easy to use and the comments of other customers helped me so much that I felt compelled to leave comments as well. I especially like that customers can actually leave measurement so I can get a better idea if the item would fit me. I love the favorites option too. By just clicking on a heart I can look deeper and spend more time researching what will work for me. The tools for finding the right size helps so much to converting the measurements into inches so I can determine if this would work for me. I have tend not to want to buy clothes online but I was so please with my first order I looked at all of favorites from before and ordered again. OH... and I love the prices. There are plenty of styles that I found that work for me in my teaching profession... there are many I wouldn't wear... there seems to me something for EVERYONE. I've been telling everyone to check it out.
I made my first order with SammyDress over a year ago, and I have been a frequent customer of their wonderful business ever since! I am always delighted by their excellent customer service, the quality and value of their products, the layout of their website and the fast shipping time! One time the postal service lost one of my packages but the wonderful staff at SammyDress offered me a speedy replace of all the products or a full refund straight away! SammyDress are SCAMS! I ordered two dresses on 11/14/14. According to Sammydress my order shipped on 11/17/14. It is now 1/30/15 and to date I have not received those dresses. They went from telling me it takes 10-15 days to it takes 15-45 days. After my dresses still to date have not showed up they say they will issue me a refund. Okay that also has never happened. I filed a complaint with the BBB (They have plenty on there) and the company replies saying they have already refunded me to my PAY PAL ACCOUNT on 1/21/15. Funny thing is I don't have a paypal account. I paid them with a debit card. So no dresses. No refund. Just a bunch con artist who steal money. They should not be allowed to do business in the U.S.

I do suggest that when ordering from here that you be very patient and order a couple sizes up from what you usually wear. The customer service is the best and always answers back within 24 hours.
