I was sceptical cause it was so cheap. I was concerned reading the reviews... today I got my order and it was exactly what I ordered and the sizes were perfect!... I am an average size woman and I ordered one size larger then I would wear... I am so excited and the delivery was faster then I thought... I didn't pay for the tracking number, but I didn't need it. I received a text message about the delivery anyway.!... thank you and I would definitely do business again!
I ordered a sweater, a coat, a bag and a swim suit. All large. The sweater is stained, they sent me a different bag, the coat fits a real small petite Chinese girl and the swim suit is really an XS. I've contacted CS, they say I can return the clothes, but I have to pay the shipping fee myself.
I asked them why I have to pay for something I didn't order and why I have to pay for stained clothing. Got no real answer. They just told me to pay and send the stuff back or accept a 40% refund (product, not inc. shipping fee). Scammydress, NEVER AGAIN!
I am so in love with Sammy Dress! I ordered a ton of accessories for a fantastic price! I contacted customer service twice to check on my order, as it was coming from China and I am in the United States it takes a little bit of time. The customer service was super fast in answering my questions, and was ALWAYS friendly. When I got my products I was beyond happy with the quality and looks of everything! I was not disappointed at all!
RIP OFF! The clothes are NOT standard sizing, and when they arrived STUFFED into plastic bags, they had been sealed into the tape, and were destroyed when opened. When I tried to return them, I was told that they don't accept returns after 7 days, but it took them over 3 weeks to respond.
AND, now my credit card has fraudulent charges on it... suspecting this company!

My experience with SammyDress has been one to keep me wanting more as a customer. All my items that I received in my order are perfect and I'm truly one satisfied customer. The quality of the material is nice and the price is amazing, especially for myself as a mother of two with a budget.
I placed an order in December and i am still waiting. Its absolutely ridiculous. I have contacted them through their site and requested my miney back but all they say is its on it way. They are downright robbers. I am goung to have a look and see what I can do legally. Don't buy from them!

This company is a scam. They process you money but they won't send your stuff- I've been waiting for 3 months nothing. Finally I saw that a lot of people had the problem and then realized that SammyDress has been scamming people ALL OVER THE WORLD. It sounds dramatic, but its true. They have sent emails asking me if I can wait longer. They have also tried to say that if we take down our bad reviews that they will grant me a $10 store credit. They are ridiculous. Stay away!

The stuff looks completely different than what you see.the sizes are not good. They are not refunding you for the stuff they are lying to you. You have to send it back and pay the shipping it's triple the amount what you paid

I ordered a product on 8/4. I just received it this week- seven weeks later! I asked about it a few weeks ago and was told to just wait a few more days. To make matters worse, it's the wrong size. I ordered a medium and the skirt was a large and the shirt was an extra large, but the X was covered with white out! I'm done with this site!

I ordered my clothes back in August and have yet to see my purchases. I wrote customer service and they issued me a ticket number which I cannot even review or track the ticket number now. They advised me to contact my local post office which I did and they have not seen anything and even told me this whole thing is fishy. I wrote sammydress customer service again and have yet to even hear back. Would not order from them! I will be contacting my bank to put in a dispute!
I have just checked again and I'm their customer since 2013! OMG! Haha!
All the products I bought are great and I loved them all!
Once I had a problem, the product didn't fit in my body but they solved as soon as possible. The team are great! Attendance is great!
The shipping fee is kinda expensive but depending the product is a good choice.

I tried to track my package and it says it doesn't even exist. All I know is, if someone can't have a website that isn't a scam, CLEARLY you shouldn't have one at all. I want my package. I have been using sammydress for about a year. Everything I have bought has been to my satisfaction and they have great customer service. I get replies to all issues and always a refund when an item is not in stock. They are a great, quick fix for anyone with a bit of a shopping bug :)
I ordered a dress and a top on the 4th of November, its now January and iv still not received them. Iv tried submitting a form in the help section on the website but says error every time. I like SammyDress because of how detailed the item descriptions are and that customers can share photos of the items they purchase. That way I can see what I will get and even size compare if another customer and I are around the same size. They're very fast at answering questions too, which I like a lot.
I ordered something from them that their website said should only take 7 days to arrive... 4 days later it was still showing as "PROCESSING" online... I contacted them via their helpdesk online to be told they couldn't get it to me for another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order and then surprise surprise, within a week, my Paypal account I'd used for the payment gets used for over £270 of goods... The ONLY website I'd used was SammyDress... too coincidental for my liking. Use this dodgy firm at your own risk!

So far I have purchased 5 items so far from Sammy Dress, I loved 4 of them, This is a great website and it is so cheap! You have to pay attention to the sizes and really take a look at the measurements because it tends to run a bit small. The fifth item that I didn't like was actually the first thing I bought and I didn't pay enough attention to the size and the material used so it didn't fit me right. I gave it to my sister instead and now she loves it,
I love browsing this store and I have a huge love list that I always go back to when I have the extra funds. I don't even bother going to a mall or storefront anymore because I know that I can find something better for much less cost on here :)

I brought shorts from the SammyDress website. When they arrived I immediately noticed the size of them. I ordered an XL (Adult size) and these shorts were around a UK size 6 (US size 2). My tiny friend tried the shorts on and they didn't do up, not because she couldn't fit into them but because the button hole was sewn up.
You would think this was enough reason to get a full refund... I emailed SammyDress and they asked for photo evidence, I provided photo evidence and they didn't respond. I offered to send the shorts back and they didn't respond. I then opened up a dispute with PayPal and finally received a response but not the response I was hoping for, They were willing to pay me $2 which is around 8% of what I paid for both the item and postage.
Paypal doesn't deal with manufacturing issues of sold/purchased items so couldn't get involved. So I'm now unfortunately $24 down:(
The lesson is. Don't buy before doing your research and reading the reviews 1st.
