My experience with the site ha been absolutely amazing. I have placed 5 orders with no issues. When my items were out of stock, they gave me a full refund and even a partial refund on shipping. The clothes have great materials and the prices cannot be beat. My shipping on all my orders were between 10-12 days with expedited shipping. They also answer any issues or questions you may have within 24 hours after creating a support ticket. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for stylish clothes at an affordable rate.

I like this shop, as it's simple to use with fair price and good quality. Also the speed of the shipping and the conversations with support center is excellent. Why only four stars our of five? For me the freight costs are a little too high - sorry guys.

My order was shipped out in two separate packages, which was okay. The packages arrived over a month past the estimated time, however, this was the shipping company (DHL)'s fault, not Sammy Dress.
When I contacted a Sammy Dress representative about my issue, they seemed to try to resolve it, but ended up blatantly ignoring my message. This is why I rated customer service as poor.
I believe this is a case where you get what you pay for. Don't expect quick delivery, even with the cost of expedited shipping.
I love shopping on Sammy dress. They have great quality, great prices, great products and different sizes of clothing for all types of people, there shipping speed is very good and excellent customer service team.

My experience with Sammy Dress was great! I was skeptical at first because I have been disappointed when shopping online in the past. I was very pleased with the service and the products especially seeing that the prices are so reasonable. The only downfall to this company is that sometimes the shipping can be a bit expensive especially if you want your stuff fast when the products are relatively cheap. To be fair though we do have to take into account how far they have to ship the goods. Otherwise the site is great and i would recommend it to any friends and family without a doubt!
Just take your money and burn it because that is what you will get for whatever you order. The thieves must be putting in the only decent reviews because most everyone is like me, very negative. Don't waste your time with Sammy Dress... RIP OFF! The star is because they won't let you write a review unless you give them at least one. That sucks..

Absolutely love this shop! First time when I ordered, I have to say I was bit suspicious of what kind of quality I was going to get, because the some of these online shops when you look at the pictures and sizes online and receive the actual dress they are completely different and always left unhappy, but with Sammy dress I have never been let down, all the sizes fit exactly how they should and look great!

This whole experience has been ridiculous. Whatever system is monitoring their transactions is repeatedly refunding anything I try to purchase. I have tried at least 3 times to make a purchase through this site and am now at my wits end! My money can go elsewhere for all I care. The service has been terrible! Any time I ask about why this is happening they send a response that doesn't really answer anything and leaves them with 0 credibility! All I'm ever told is to make a wire transfer... never where to go to do so, or giving me a second chance to make a purchase. I only use paypal for the security of the transaction but every time I make one, my business is promptly rejected.

I have had excellent customer service on orders as well as technical assistance. If an item is out of stock, Sammy Dress makes sure to notify you and offer alternative solutions and if you find a coupon code (or remember to use your points after you have already placed an order), there are ways to cancel an order and repurchase your items with the additional discount. I have seen a constant theme in others' comments on purchases, but I would recommend to potential customers to actually read about a product and material as the sizes may be different than one is accustomed to. I have purchased clothing, jewelry, toys, and gifts and have been very pleased with what I received!

I have ordered from Sammy Dress 3 times and love the prices, customer service, and quality. The shipping may be a little delayed but they are overseas so it is expected. You really can't beat their prices and they go out of their way to remedy any issue.

I ordered an order and paid more for expedited shipping than the actual items and here it is over a week later and no order or communication from the company whatsoever... The phone number is busy 24/7 so this being my first experience with the company is my last. Two thumbs down! I'm thinking of disputing the charge on my card being that I have yet to hear back!
