This site is a rip off. I paid for expedited shipping & did received all my items within 3 weeks, but was missing 2/5 items. I wrote a letter & received the following items within 1 1/2 weeks, which I didn't think was too bad. But the the last two items were completely wrong. One shirt was supposed to be purple & pink, but was brown & white. The other item was supposed to be (as pictured) a sweater... Instead it was extremely cheap looking sweatshirt shirt. I contacted customer service with my ticket number, and item numbers - requesting a a return- No response. I've called several times & can't get a hold of anyone. Complete scam- I will never order from here again & am trying to warn others.
Sammy dress is one of the best online stores I have come across. It has cheap and good quality items. I have bought only five items yet. I was able to find my items which I was looking for more than 5 months on this website with awesome pricing. I see myself of doing more purchases in future. Good shipping service and timing. Love all the unique designs of dresses and others. Size chart is perfectly accurate. This is totally amazing. Fast and excellent customer service. They have best pricing in items and also give more discounts as we make more purchases, appreciate that a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This website is great. You are no expected for the price, the quality that they offer. I've been very satisfied with all my purchases since 2 years ago. When something is not what I expect, they refund me. The staff service is so friendly and engaged with the customer. I keep on buying with them. The only thing is you need to be aware the shipping last about 2 or 3 months. So I am ordering right now my birthday presents for July, and in September will do for the Christmas.
I received a message on my social media for a sponsorship from them and wanted to check them out before hand (figuring it was a scam)... This site is VERY disorganized and the person who messaged me had been messaging many other people on social networks in promise of "free" items and once information was given there was no response.
Most of their pictures are stolen from other sites or very low quality photo's that look to be personal.
Very unsure about this site, it seems to be involved in a scam or they have VERY bad marking team.

It took me 20+ days to get my items. When they finally came the items were small and cheaply made. There are mor negative comments than positive. I think the positive comments are from the damn company themselves. This is a SCAM please don't order from them... Waste of money and it'll piss you clean off.

There's a reason their prices are so low, the quality of the clothing matches the price. They say they strive for high customer service and when there is an issue, all you get is a runaround. I purchased an item with a gift card. When the item was out of stock, they refunded the amount and placed it somewhere in limbo within my account and i cannot access it to place another selection. But since they refunded the amount, they consider their job done and won't do anything to let me use that refund. These people are all feeble minded and don't really care. I would say look somewhere else for bargain clothes cause this place is really bad.
It is the first time I've bought in the online shop and I did not feel very confident, but it was not bad choice, ordered two plus size dresses and process the packet in three days, I received my package a week later. Product quality is soft and like me as photo showed. I definitely will recommend when buying products are of good quality and cheap, the only thing they should improve is down a little the cost of delivery, otherwise

I've been shopping at Sammy dress for sometime now and I've made a several purchases from them and they continue to impress me.
They have a pretty good variety in their clothes and they are super cheap.
Another plus point with Sammy dress is their promotions which they have almost all the time.
Be careful when selecting the sizes though because they are smaller than the usual UK or US sizes so make sure you go a size up when you're placing the order.
I will be purchasing more items from Sammy dress in the future since they save me a lot of money.
Do not shop here. Customer service comes in the form of email filled with fake sincerity for late delivery and product not received. Do not pay for expedited shipping as your product will take way longer than quoted, and if they split your order (and don't tell you why) they will ship the balance by general delivery. I have ordered 5 items, received 3 of them weeks after expedited shipping should've delivered and I am still waiting over 35 days for the other 2 items. Buyer beware, the sizes are extremely small. Don't waste your time. Shop local and support your local economy. You will thank me for this.

I'm not a fake profile either. I have bought cheaper quality items from Victoria secret. When you pay 35 to 40 for a bra and it starts to fall apart after 2 times of wearing it that's poor quality. Every company has good and bad. I read all the bad reviews with Sammy dress and was not sure about ordering but decided to give it a try. I spent almost 200.00 and don't have any complaints. I did do my research on sizing which helped a lot. They have good quality clothes you just have to read and research before you purchase
Key is to drop "waiting" products. All will come in 2 weeks to 1.5 month. Don't sweat on late shipping. They are not local Amazon here. It's coming from another country. Having said that, I enjoy shopping with them. They have good deal and unique items. Most of them are better value for your bucks. Their idea of products are great and they are keep improving quality and materials. They are trying hard. I like that.
I bought 4 dresses which followed exactly their size chart, but when I received them, just only 1 was corrected size, the 3 others was too small to wear (seams for little girl 8 years old). I give this site a zero star. Everything I ordered was of very poor quality. The sizes are so off, the men's XL I purchased ended up going to the neighbours 11 year, because that's the only one it would fit. One item, which I paid to have expedited (7-10 days), still hasn't been received, and its been almost 2 months. When you fill out a service ticket, they just tell you that they sent it, that's it. I will never use this site again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Telephone always busy-emailed support at least 14 times they took my telephone (faster service) they have absolutely never responded! Sammy dress has a great customer support! My most recent buying experience was really smooth. I had a problem with some out of stock items, but they really focused in solving my problem and replacing for any other products that I wanted, since it was the same final value. Great merchandise and amazing customer care. Their cloths are in high demand since they sell retail and wholesale so be patient you will get your package. It is well worth the wait. Remember to check below the item for correct size fitting. Their sizes run small compared to American sizes so it is perfect for a smaller petite person.
It has been 2 months and I still haven't got my order. Sent 3 emails. Nothing. When I get done here will be turning them into the better business bureau. It also said free shipping. They charged me shipping. DO NOT Order from them!
