Ok so it takes so long to receive your order, you actually forget. Went on and went boot crazy with my daughter so fun, when some of them arrived they actually smelled like a dead animal and day 1 of another pair well the heel broke but the minute you pull them out the box you see you my friend just ordered junk. I ordered a pair on 2-4-2016 still have not received oh and try to contact someone, thats the joke. I finally found a phone # and when I called it said the Magic Jack Customer you are trying to reach lol. Its sad the stuff looks great and seems like a deal but trust me it is not!

I love shopping with Sammy Dress! I've been a customer with them for about three years now. Over that time, they have greatly improved their website and consistently given wonderful customer service. Their available products are always changing, so there is always something new to look at when shopping with them.

I ordered a little backpack to replace one that I bought from Sammy Dress two years ago. I used it so much, it fell apart! They no longer had that exact product, but I liked this one just as much. It is well made and so adorable, and I use it all the time. Thanks!

After weeks of contemplating before I made the order, I must say I am extremely happy with the products. I ordered a dress, a pair of initial earrings and 2 learning games for the kids. They are exactly as described. I paid for expedited shipping and my order took exactly 8 days to arrive right at my door (processing and shipping time).

I was able to receive up to date tracking information on my shipment and knew exactly what day my items will arrive. This is my first purchase but it definitely won't be my last! I'm very happy.

I have read some reviews on this site and can tell that many people have had problems with shipping and quality. I myself was ver dubious about this website to begin with, which is why my first order was for small items with free shipping. They arrived in good condition and within the 20-25 day shipping initially given. I have just recently placed another small order, but I recommend you take the precaution of looking for items both with reviews and pictures so you know what to expect. So far it the website has met my approval, hopefully my future orders come in a decent amount of time and complete. Only time will tell however.

Also, if you have any problem, their customer support may take some days before they reply to your inquiry, but they do find you a solution.

I am very satisfied with Sammy Dress. Their website is easy to handle, their range is wide and anyone could find what they are seeking in terms of fashion, the quality is very good for the price, customer service is good and you get responses in a timely manner. I personally loved some items ordered from this website as they are full of originality and I got many compliments about them. Since my first order on May, 2014 I have place three more orders and have always been satisfied with their treatment as well as the products. I recommend.

The quality of these clothes is horrible. All the material was very thin (even on a sweater), there were NO tags to show how to care for them, what they are made of or even where they were made. I never received a confirmation it was going to be shipped and waited 23 days from when I ordered them to receive them. Lastly, the cost before shipping says $32 USA dollars before shipping but on the invoice that arrived said $17. I will be inquiring about why I was charged more than. No not order from here!

Ordered several weeks ago, but still no merchandise. Message sent says PART of the order shipped days ago, but the other items have not been shipped. Now, after reading these reviews, seems as though I may just be out of money, and out of luck! I was planning to take the items on a cruise in 3 weekes, but betting it won't happen. I will be glad to write a good review if I am proved wrong, but I will surely place comments on FB--good or bad!

This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had. Ever. First of all it took 20 count them 20 days to receive my first order it was incomplete I was still waiting on one more piece no one let me know it was going to take longer. Ok so I send emails with no response. 3 mind you. Ok fine what other choice do I have except to wait. So here it is 40 days later I received the last piece of my order AND IT HAS A HOLE IN IT! I am beyond pissed. I hate that I ever looked at this website it's horrible please no one put yourself through this they are awful. I've never been ripped off like this. Ever

There's an awesome variety of products available, in more than great prices all around. The shipping went surprisingly fast, all things considered (a single order might be separated in several shipments), and the customer service so far has proven to be more than efficient when following cases. I seriously fell in love with this place, and can't wait to order more soon! Highly recommended, without a doubt.

Sammy is definitely one of the better online international sites out there. I was disappointed with Jollychic so I decided to purchase a few things here instead, and all my items from both purchases arrived on time or earlier than expected. Quality on some items vary though, a few of mine were better than I thought but others were more on the you-get-what-you-pay-for end. Would order again!

Sammy dress offers a very wide variety of trendy clothes as well as many items for the household that you may not find that easily. There are lots of good buys, and a very good selection of items with modern styling and fabrics. Just shop around and see what you like.
Since the merchandise is sent from Asia, it does take time to reach you. If an item is not immediately available, it is sent to you later on in another shipment at no extra cost (you have to be patient, it does eventually come).

Seriously dont be fooled by the products on this site. They look cool and great prices but their size charts are completely wrong. Then they claim if you ordered the wrong size they will only partially refund aka scam. I have been looking into filing in a court where they are located to take them to small claims. Likely will have no outcome but least I get to use their name in legal documents. There are likely enough complaints here to make a class action lawsuit. In short do not use this site.

2 months ago I placed an order. 2 months is a long time to wait for anything. I contacted customer support about my order and they told me to wait "several more days" that it had been shipped. I requested a refund, because after a month I assume something went wrong, after 2 months, it's not coming. Sammy Dress REFUSES to refund my order, I've now argued back and forth through their ticket system for another 2 weeks. They've offered me a few coupon codes, like I'd ever order from this place again.

When and if you receive the items you order - may take 3 weeks or longer, they smell so bad like they have been sitting in a damp basement for 20 years. The material is garbage and if you order anything with buttons - you better get your sewing kit out to fix them - however, I am just going to throw my entire order away because it is garbage. This company is bad joke - If you don't know this already - they are located in China - not that it matters but that is one of the reasons that it takes so long to get your crappy clothes.
