NICE

Hi! I bought some clothes and are nice and comfortable. I really like my new white jacket, it´s my favorite. The shipping is fast, the service is good, and I didn't have any problem whit my shop. I will shop again, that´s a promise. I recomend it :).

Do not order from this Company, as this is a scam. I ordered on August 16,2015 online and piad full for the necklaces I ordered, but until now October 11,2015 the merchanidise did not arrive. I emailed their customer service how many times and their only reply is that the items were already shipped.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
October 14, 2015

I ordered at the beginning of August. After 30 business days following my shipment notification, I contacted customer service. They just said "wait patiently until 10/20" and closed my ticket. I didn't create an account, so I can't respond. I will NEVER order from them again. This is a scam.

Refund Received, 12/5/15
I wish you would have responded to my many Support Center Tickets and I would not have commented poorly on the social media sites. I have since received the refund on my PayPal account, thank you.

In addition to responding to your customers promptly, my other suggestion is to stop using China Post as a carrier. It seems that when you use China Post the packages do not arrive timely or even at all.

You know the saying..."If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." Well I should have listened to that but I learned the hard way.

My first order with SammyDress was placed on 8/5/15,5 items for $68.26 ($48.55 for items and $19.71 for shipping and charges). They shipped 4 of the items but I received someone else's order. I had to send pictures of the items with SKU numbers. It took 6 weeks for them to refund my PayPal account but they would only refund the items cost of $35.70, not any of the shipping or charges. They shipped the last item a month later by China Post but I have never received that item either so I asked them to refund the order balance of $32.56 which includes shipping and charges being that I have never received any of the items on this order. After many ticket responses back and forth they agreed but I have never received the refund to my PayPal account and they no longer respond when I file tickes.

My second order was placed on 9/23/15,40 jewelry items for $187.20. I received 38 of the item within 3 weeks but had to file a ticket to find out the remaining 2 items were not available. They did allow me to pick out 2 other items for the same or less price and I received them 6 weeks later.

Needless to say, I will not be ordering again.

SammyDress is pretty fantastic in regards to selection, price, and quality. I did shop on Aliexpress for a while, but I find SammyDress is way more responsive to questions, shipments arrive faster, and is a thousand times more reliable than 90% of Aliexpress clothing stores.
While Sammy's doesn't always ship your entire order in one go, they do let you know that via email. After that, if they cannot fulfill the order, they typically offer a replacement or store credit. Considering the vastness of their website, I can always find something pretty close to chose from.

Received Used Item

Beware! I ordered 3 items from this company and thought someone was playing a joke on me. 3 dresses - 2 had nothing to do with the picture and the 3rd was a used dress and the chest area was dirty, like someone spilled food on it and semi cleaned it and of course nothing to do with picture, it looked like a used table colth, maybe it was and they made some type of dress out of it. Forget about getting your money back, all I got back after spending 69.00 was a mayor headach, 8.00 and more trash to throw out. Don't do it! Best advice I have ever given.

Still Waiting

First time ordering from a company overseas. I ordered 18th of September and it is now 10th of October and no package. I've read reviews about shipping on other sites and everyone got their order pretty fast. No tracking info to help find it and the picture they post in my order status doesn't assure me that the packages have been shipped. Was planning to wear the outfits on my vacation on 21st of October. Reading these reviews that it's taking 2 months doesn't look promising. I ordered from another company Rotita.com on the 20th of September, paid a little more for other items and shipping was free but I got my package last week no problem. I will not be ordering from this company again. Truly unacceptable at this rate I could walk to China, or wherever they are, and get my order quicker.

DO NOT BUY! SCAM!

I gave the order worth $ 100 (7 items) and i just got only 2!?! What the f**k. Those items I received are totally different from website of sammydress.com! I gave order of my sort (XL size) and i got M size. That tee it's really uncomfortable. Even, I can't wear it... Please guys, don't buy any single item from them, you will lose your money.

When I ordered the item I was told it would take from 8 to 15 days for me to receive my item. It has been one month and now I am told it may not arrive for another month and if I don't get the item within 2 months for me to contact them. For over one week I have called the number over 5 to 10 times per day and always busy. I have tried to contact them by chat and I am always told that all of their people are busy and this is the same message I get all day long 7 days per week. I have complained to them by email and get a reply for me to wait another month and if the item does not arrive for me to contact them. This is BS they should not be allowed to do business in the U.S.

I ordered something about 2 weeks ago... I bought myself a coat, and my mom a coat too. I got the expedited shipping because it said it would take 3-7 days to get here. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and wanted it for when I go. My order is still processing. I don't understand how it can still be processing when you already took the money out of my account. I have submitted a ticket to try and just get my stuff. There is no reason it should not be shipped if you already took my money. It's ridiculous. I will never be buying anything from this site ever again.

I ordered a dress on Aug. 17th and have not gotten it yet--never expect to. I contacted pay pal and asked for refund. You need to get the request for refund in before 60 days so you need to keep and eye on the calendar. I would have loved to have the dress. It was really exactly what I wanted but could get no help at all. All they said is since I did not pay for tracking it was basically my fault. Had I known it was coming from China I would have paid for the tracking. I asked over and over again for them to send out another dress but was told since I did not pay for tracking they could not help me.

Outrageous Delays

I placed 2 orders from Sammy Dress on September 9,2015 and paid for the orders with PayPal. After 2 weeks I emailed them for expected delivery and they said 2 to 3 weeks.
An email from them stated that the orders had been shipped. It has been almost a month and
Still no delivery. Frankly I am concerned about this Company. I should have known better but
With all of their WEB SITE ADS I thought that they were LEGITMATE. Now I really don't Know.

It's a scam

Bought 5 T shirts from Sammydress, arrived only 3. All these 3 t shirts are Very Poor material, uneven fit and very bad stitching. Company's phone calls don't work. Did not answer to my emails. Complaint with paypal they offered to return the defective merchandise. To return the merchandise it cost around $47, and even after returning there is no grantee they will refund. This is absolutely a scam. Company is not even refunding for the unsent merchandise. The positive reviews dont seem to be right in my opinion. Please stay away from this garbage company.
