I ordered a plant in a large glass container but they delivered flowers in a vase. I realize the policy states they may have to alter the selection based on availability but I assumed the item would at least be similar to what was ordered. Not so much, you know what happens when you assume!

Placed order on 12/27/18 and my card was immediately charged but I never received the item. I have sent several emails but no response and now when I go to the website it doesn't come up and I get the attached message. If the website comes back, don't buy!

I have ordered in the past and had to wait months for my delivery. This will be my last order ever! Placed order on Nov. 2nd, asked for assistance on Dec. 7th as there was no updated tracking information and got this answer: "Please do not worry. Your shipment has departed from our fulfillment center and it is on the way to your address now." It is now Dec. 23rd and I don't know where my order is (see attached tracking information). I'm guessing it won't make it for Christmas.

I ordered 4 items as gifts on Nov. 15th with expected delivery on Dec. 8th. They never contacted me but only shipped 1 of the 4 items and cancelled the other 3 items. I sent an email that I didn't want only 1 of the 4 items as they were gifts and I wanted a refund for the 4th item as I needed all 4 items or none. Responses didn't make any sense and I gave up but I have never received the shipped item or a refund. Attached is the tracking information as of today, Dec. 23rd, looks like they missed the Dec. 8th deliver date and there is no tracking information since Dec. 9th.

Ordered and paid in full on February 24th.
Finally received the order on April 24th.
I will not be ordering from MF Shock again!

Don't order from MF Shock and if you do, don't expect your order anytime soon! It took 6 weeks for my first order to arrive and the second order has been 2 months and there is no updated tracking information so I have no idea if the order is coming or not! Very annoying!

You know the saying..."If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." Well I should have listened to that but I learned the hard way.

My first order with RoseGal was on 8/9/15,12 items for $155.39. I received 8 of the items within 2 weeks, then 6 weeks later 2 items came. After filing many tickets and getting the cut and past responses to wait, I finally received a refund on my PayPal account 11 weeks later for one item that was discontinued and 16 weeks later for an item they shipped by China Post but I never received.

My second order was on 9/16/15,2 items for $27.01. They shipped them by China Post and I have never received these items. I have filed many tickets and once again received the cut and past responses asking questions that I have already answered. I have asked them to resend the items with a different carrier other than China Post or a refund to my PayPal account but they have stopped responding.

My third order was placed on 9/21/15,4 items for $54.62. I requested a different carrier other than China Post and I received all 4 items within 2 weeks.

My fourth oder was placed on 10/16/15,4 items for $55.62. Once again, I requested a different carrier other than China Post. Two weeks later my order had not been sent so I had to file a ticket to find out the items were on back order. A month later I received 2 of the items and 6 weeks later the other 2 items.

Needless to say, I will not be placing a fifth order.

Refund Received, 12/5/15
I wish you would have responded to my many Support Center Tickets and I would not have commented poorly on the social media sites. I have since received the refund on my PayPal account, thank you.

In addition to responding to your customers promptly, my other suggestion is to stop using China Post as a carrier. It seems that when you use China Post the packages do not arrive timely or even at all.

My first order with SammyDress was placed on 8/5/15,5 items for $68.26 ($48.55 for items and $19.71 for shipping and charges). They shipped 4 of the items but I received someone else's order. I had to send pictures of the items with SKU numbers. It took 6 weeks for them to refund my PayPal account but they would only refund the items cost of $35.70, not any of the shipping or charges. They shipped the last item a month later by China Post but I have never received that item either so I asked them to refund the order balance of $32.56 which includes shipping and charges being that I have never received any of the items on this order. After many ticket responses back and forth they agreed but I have never received the refund to my PayPal account and they no longer respond when I file tickes.

My second order was placed on 9/23/15,40 jewelry items for $187.20. I received 38 of the item within 3 weeks but had to file a ticket to find out the remaining 2 items were not available. They did allow me to pick out 2 other items for the same or less price and I received them 6 weeks later.

Needless to say, I will not be ordering again.
