Love this site

This website has had both good and bad reviews which always confused me. So I decided to take a chance and check the website out for myself.

There is so many different products to choose from and the prices are amazing. I decided to purchase a few things back in April with an uneasy mind thinking I wouldn't get what I paid for. But! A few weeks later I received my package! The shirts I bought were everything they were described as online and were long enough to wear with leggings. I decided to go back on the site this past week and bought a bunch more stuff. I am super excited to get the clothes. More reviews to come with pictures!

If you're looking for cool and reasonably priced clothes, check this website out.

Don't buy from Sammydress at any cost. They work like scammers. Their system does not show if items are out of stock so they get the payment and then everything hangs in the balance. I also chose expedited shipment, but the system forced me the standard shipment. It's all fuss, nothing works well and no functional customer service either. They just respond to your messages, but nothing is done. I ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing has been shipped.

Sammy Dress if a rip off

Do NOT buy from them. Items are not the same as those photographed. When you try to return, their website won't work to allow you to. There is no email address available to contact them. Their "24/7" Live Chat is always unavailable as they are too busy (handling complaints probably). The clothes I received are not worth anything they are soooo bad.

SammyDress Is Amazing

Sammydress is a great store to shop at for me because I do not enjoy going to stores in person for clothes shopping. I find it stressful, and because Sammydress offers a large variety of clothes, including some options that are really popular in Asian countries like South Korea (and I love their fashion style), I feel like it is worth waiting on the clothes. I always choose expedited shipping and don't pay for the tracking number and so far with all of my order I received most of items within 10 days, which is really amazing. The time that I was missing items from an order, I was able to contact Customer Service through private message and they informed me what the delay was and when it would be available. The reason people are not receiving their items is not because Sammy Dress is scamming them, it is because the item has sold out before it could be shipped so they need to wait for the item to be restocked. The people who are working behind SammyDress give you the option to replace the item with a similar option or just wait. I chose to wait on the items I wanted, knowing it may be sometime (like a month) before I get it because I know they are trying to get it to me and they are working with me. Since this is not an in-store experience and these items are shipping from China, it is unreasonable to expect your items to arrive within a certain time frame. Sometimes things happens and it is not necessarily the stores fault. Their customer service is superb and they legitimately want to help you. The other thing I really love about this store is their S Points. These points accumulate based off how much you buy as well as the reviews you give to the items purchases and actually add up to a good amount since the clothes do not cost more than 15$ on average. I feel like I am saving money through this and it is wonderful.

Great deals, great site, sammy dress

I love the dress i got from sammydress. Not only was it easy to order, but the price was fantastic. I thought it would take forever to have my order arrive, but it only took 2 weeks with standard shipping. I was able to track my purchase with ease. The dress i bought fit beautifully and was made from good fabric. I love my dress and will continue to use sammy dress in the future. I recommend that you do too.

Never get my order!

This site have lots of negative feedback and I'm one of them. I ordered a dress last August and until now I haven't gotten any. I should have read all the reviews about this SAMMYDRESS first! I will never order again! And i'll tell my friends not to order either. And share this on social media.

They cancelled my order after they asked me to verify my payment and I sent them the info. Asked for. The order was placed on september 18,2015 and they cancelled on October 7,2015 while I was waiting for the order to arrive. Before they cancelled, I called them over and over and no one would pick up. It is even difficult to get through to their line and when you do get through, a lady voice comes on like on a personal line. Now I'm afraid that they might used my information to carry on fraudulent activities-remember they are based in China of all places. I will need to start monitoring my credit card and other information ASAP to protection myself since I already sent them my payment card and driver license as part of the verification process. Don't do business with them.

Don't bother

I received my dresses within 10 days. I ordered an extra large, looks like a size 5. Quality was horrible. Too good to be true.

I love SammyDress

I found Sammydress this summer on a facebook ad. I saw pretty clothes in the ad so I clicked the link. The prices were great for really nice clothes. I tried really small order just to see how the quality of the clothing turned out. I learned by reading the instructions that the size charts are the key to ordering. I got a measuring tape and I got my measurements and when I find a item I like I see what size matches my measurements. I have gotten some extremely nice items and I'm getting compliments from friends and family members constantly. I was told by a co-worker the other day how my shirt was so pretty and that it was unique because no one else had a shirt just like it. I've gotten a few WOWs from guys who noticed some of the nice dresses I've gotten from sammydress. I'm loving the site so far and I'm loving the clothes. The items are really nice quality and even with shipping they are worth it. You can sometimes find online coupons for free shipping, but if you do just know that it's coming from China and will take a while. I normally use the expedited shipping with tracking and I get my packages normally within two to three weeks. It's worth the wait and the money. I use paypal to make my payments and it makes it so easy. The Customer Service has also been very nice. I didn't know an item was on backorder and they made sure I knew when to expect the item to arrive or I could have a credit on my account if I didn't want to wait.

Shipping does take a while, but I've gotten everything I ordered.
If you don't use your measurement with a measuring tape the clothes won't fit.
You can use USA sizes and assume they will fit. You must use your measurements.

If I could negative stars I would! I placed my order a month ago, bought expedite shipping, assumed like almost any other clothing site I've used I would have my items by the beginning of October for a trip. I figured it was taking longer than expected, I've order $#*! from Hong Kong & have had better shipping service! It should've taken 3-5 days to gather the $#*! put it in a box, another few days to slap a stamp on it & about a weekish for it to actually arrive. It never made it pasted the processing stage! And now a MONTH LATER they would like to inconvenience me a bit more & ask for faxes of IDs & CC Authro. What is the freaking point of ordering through my card if they're gonna treat me like im taking out a loan. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. I NOR ANY REFERRAL WILL EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! Now Im being issued a REFUND & Im wondering will this take a whole $#*!ing month as well?!

Never received products

I ordered on August 24th, September 30 came and I subm at "ticket" with them asking why I have received my package bi got the same automated message that says check with the post office. Which I did and then replied to their "ticket", no response. Their website says within 24 hours they will reply. It's now been 7 days and 4 messages sent by me to them and zero response from them. Their phone number listed on the website is a joke, it never rings just a busy signal always. I feel cheated and taken advantage of and would not at this point recommend this company to anyone. Which is sad cause I was really looking forward to receiving my clothes.

I've ordered from this company on three different occasions. First order - Fine. Second order - never arrived. After multiple back and forth messages through Support they offered me a partial refund OR the option to pay for additional shipping to have my stuff sent again so I paid the extra money and finally received my order months later. Third order - Placed the order on 8/5/15 that shipped in two packages on 8/12 and 9/5 (it's now 10/7/15) and nothing has arrived! I keep trying to submit a Support Ticket but it will not go through because it says it's not a valid order number BUT THERE IS NO FIELD TO EVEN ENTER AN ORDER NUMBER! Their live chat line always says they are too busy to help and to check back later and every time I've called the phone number on their site says that they are not available to answer. SammyDress is the biggest scam and they have HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your money or time - There's a good chance you will never get what you paid for.

I ordered a blouse from Sammy Dress on 8/22/2015 and I have not received it; the tracking number supplied by Sammy Dress is invalid. I would like a refund considering I brought the dress to take on my vacation which I did not receive as of today 10/7/2015. I have ordered merchandise online before and have received my shipment within a reasonable time of 7 - 10 days. I am still waiting on a response from Sammy Dress and if I don't get a response soon I am going to file a dispute with my bank since payment was taken from my checking account and let the bank handle this situation.

Yes i have responded several times. When you order something and pay all of that shipping charge and have to wait for over a month to get your merchandise and then have to wait another month to get a dress ridiculous. Please refund my money and shipping charge for the dress. THANK YOU

I ordered one Sammy dress, a necklace and earrings. The dress and jewelry were delivered within two weeks are beautiful! Only thing is I recommend having superglue on hand, bc when the earrings arrived, I had to glue the rhinestone back to one of the bases. Otherwise, they are lovely! The white chiffon dress is also beautiful; however, it is too short for me. I would like to see Sammy have a size chart on their website that corresponds to US measurements (such as length/height in inches and American sizes chart of S, M, L or size 6, 8, 10, etc.) so that customers can get a better idea when ordering. Otherwise, I am happy with the quality of the items, and the price is terrific!

Im from Singapore and i ordered 4 items from Sammydress, unfortunately my items didnt arrive after many months so i was so angry and requested a refund from Sammydress.
It took awhile but they still did manage to refund me, for that im giving them a 3 star.
Though the refund was not full amount from what i paid cause the shipping fee was from different company but i still appreciate thier help.
For those lucky ones out there that manage to get their items that they ordered from Sammydress im happy for you guys.
For now im content that at least i minimise my loses.
