I have now ordered 3 times... first order received timely, but sizes were a bit small. Customer service was great, and I am satisfied with the product. Order 2 was a lot slower. Definitely pay for the extra shipping. Order 3 is on its way and should be here this week!

I ordered a dress on Sunday 10/4/15 for my brothers wedding which is 10/12/2015 I PAID for 3-5 days shipping, why my order is still processing? I don't know, you people took my money out of my account just fine. I either want my money refunded to me and this ordered canceled. Or I want my dress in 3 days. You decide.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for SammyDress so was worried I had made a mistake ordering from this company but my fears were unfounded! My order has been received in just a couple of weeks and has travelled all the way from Singapore to Portugal.
The shipping price was actually more than the item of clothing but it was still well worth it when you look at shop prices and availability. SammyDress has a fantastic clothing range.
The purple velvet men's jacket I ordered has just arrived and fits me perfectly! I would buy from SammyDress again!

Terrible Service!

I ordered 2charming Raquel Welch wigs and I never got them and are still selling them on the site, and then sent 2 wigs that already have, now I have 3 of them. Terrible service.

I purchased 2 shirts, they were cheap so should have known. XXL and the size that arrived could possible fit a China-man but he has to be small. Not very good quality, and no response contacting them, no address to ship back to etc I would advise people to stay away from this company. Thanks for your coment, but make sure that if you sell items to Europe that it is sized correctly as is... not good my friend.

The product I got looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures online, and the price I paid for the product was far too much for the horrible quality. The products also didn't arrive for more than a month. I haven't shopped at sammydress since. I'm also pretty sure that all the positive "reviews" are not legitimate (maybe that's what the nonexistent customer service does instead of their actual jobs). Don't waste your time or money.

You have 30 days from receiving the goods to contact us.
If you return the item for an exchange or refund you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.

Placed an order with Sammy dress on 8/18/15 I sent a message to them 09/09/15, that I had still not received. They sent back a message that did not make much sense how I should have received a package back in August and one in September. It is now October and no order/package has been received at this address. I sent a message on 10/04/15 to refund my money. With how fast this company moves I hope to have before Christmas.

I am real, not paid

I've had decent experiences when purchasing from Sammy Dress. Make sure you use the conversion charts to get the right size, you may not be a small on here, you possibly could be a medium. I only had 1 thing that as a little tight on me after using the conversion tables.

The delivery is very slow, I've had things take a month and a half, maybe longer, sometimes less, but cheap shipping and coming from China, not surprised. Their customer service acts like they know you, calling you their best friend, it's pretty funny. They aren't always helpful, I give it a 50/50 because most times they don't know what's going on with your order, a lot of times the stuff ends up on back order.

But all in all everything has been on point. I wish they gave better closeups of the fabric, because sometimes I wouldn't order if I knew they were using specific fabrics.

I ordered quite a bit of clothing from SammyDress. Two months later and four e mails asking for updated tracking information (they did not have) I still have not received my order. They have promised me a refund but I have yet to see this either. This company needs to be reported and looked into! Do not waste your time or money!

I made an order from Sammy Dress. I was impressed with their shipping time; since it is from China The clothing coloring and material looked spot on. I will definitely order from them again. One note is when ordering from manufacturers overseas order at least a size up. I think this is why a lot of overseas companies get bad reviews.

Sammy is a scam

I ordered a cheap romper for $10 and I placed the order on AUGUST 16. It is now OCTOBER 3 and I still have not received a package. I used to get emails saying i had something pending in my cart which I didn't and that I need to check out and I knew for a fact I had already ordered the romper cause my bank account was charged. It says it takes around 25 business days well it's been well over due. I tried calling them and you can't reach anyone and the phone rings busy and I just read another review where someone else said the same thing. I can't find an email to contact them at either. Who knows if I'll get my package before the year ends

I saw brief reviews about this company and their associated companies and didnt think to much of it. SO. I figured I would take a chance."said the man". It has been 2 MONTHS and still no update or package. Thank God it was only a $30.00 purchase but still... I feel like I've been scammed! Hey... thats a good word for it. SCAM!
