My daughter ordered 50.00 worth of clothes, and still haven't received nothing! My first time and my last time ordering from this scam and no one never answer the phone straight voice mail! Reporting this site!
I have used Sammy Dress several time and I still love them. I shop with them for their awesome prices and unique styles. I'm usually very satisfied with my purchases. Especially accessories like bags and shoes!
I ordered some items in September of this year and here it is December and not one item shipped. I have tried numerous times to contact company and nothing. They have taken my money from my account and never responded to any of my emails. This company is a huge rip off. I understand that's this company is based out of China and it my take some time, but three months is unexceptable! Please don't use this site.

"I have ordered two times from this website and really enjoyed the items from my first order. It took about 3 weeks for me to receive my items, which was not bad since I ordered right before thanksgiving. I recently order for the second time and I hope the items are of the same quality of my first order. After I order my first set of items I received an email stating that one of my items were out of stock, I really wish I had known that prior to ordering. Although my item was out of stock I was satisfied with the timeliness of communication between myself and a customer service representative. I have not received my refund yet, but the wait is 7-10 business days for the refund."
I highly recommend sammydress for everyone out there looking for a secure nice and cheap purchases! Delivery timing was very good it states that it would arrive between 7-25 days for standard international mail. Instead i got in during the 9th day which i'm very pleased with! And also Excellent quality of the product! Overall, it was an amazing purchase.
I would have to rated it a 5+ stars! I love that web so much~ and i already told to all my friends about it. Because that web is cheap and with new arrival fashion and stuff:)
I did order from that web few times and get all the packets! So i'm so satisfied and don't have any argument and specially when i can wren my cash back with S point that is excellent! :D
I am really disappointed at Sammydress.com. Everything came in the mail, but the size small was smaller than I though and they are giving me a hard time to return the items even though it is still under the 7 days policy.
I am sooooo frustrated. Do not buy anything from them, it is not the same as being from American companies- where customer service is very important!

I ordered 9 items from Sammy Dress and received 4. Of the 4 items, 2 were not what I purchased. The third item was extremely poor quality and the 4th was not what was displayed on the website. Sammy Dress is an awesome website for shopping. They have lovely things and great quality. Shipping is faster than I thought. I am really pleased with my purchase and their customer service. I recommend Sammy Dress.
Customer Service can take a day or so, and the clothing can be quite hit-and-miss but it's fantastic and easy to use at times. The only problem that there will ever be is that everything ships from China mainly but that seems to be the only country that I can get clothing that fits me properly. Love it!
My first order came before the time it said, so i thought cool, i'll order more!\
My husband made a order from them. There is different processing times for each time so i got 2 separate packages. It took 30+ days to get to me. Yes i get the Christmas holidays busy times but i ordered them in November and its now jan! I didn't receive one of the items for the orders either and i talked to them and they kept giving me the shipping number, i'm like no i need that item that i paid for!
I made another after the 1st one and its been 24 days since i made that order and no shipping number or email.

I ordered 3swim suites in women medium size. When I received, one was too big and other two small enough for a 10 year old girl. How is that possible when all three suppose to be womwn medium size. I had to go shopping right away for a swim suite. I will never buy anything from this company. Suites were too small to fit even a 100 pound women. Total rip off. One of them was torn as well. I spent over $13 in shipping. They only gave me partial credit for the suites. I will never even visit this site again.

I have ordered several items from SammyDress.com all for an exceptionally low price and a surprisingly well quality. Sizes do tend to run a little small based on American sizing. For example if you are close to a D-cup in bra size you should probably order at least a XL. Items are usually sent from outside of the U.S. so plan for anywhere from 2 ½ weeks and a month for shipping. Overall I have been satisfied with my purchases.
It has been over a month, I order 7 items all together and received only 2 items a few weeks ago, still waiting on the rest and it is coming up to 2 months. To not have an email address so I have to call over seas is a joke! Where's my order!?!?

The experience has been excellent. They help with orders and I get exactly what was described when I ordered. The shipping is pretty fast as well and the products are pretty good quality for the price
Their products are genuine and the prices are super great. Their customer service both before and after buying anything is out of this world. Their products are endless. It's very easy to find something you love.
Had a few complications the first time I ordered, but those were mostly on my part (delivery address, payment method etc) but I managed to finally order the things I wanted. The items took quite a while to process then finally ship out. It took just under a month to receive my order. Although it's understandable they are shipping from a very far location, it still took quite some time.
I got exactly what I ordered, just the sizes were a bit too small (I ordered Medium when I should have ordered Large, my fault there) but one dress I ordered came as a small, when I ordered Large, but it was put to use (gave it to a family member).
I'll definitely order again sometime in the near future.
I ordered a swimsuit on February 3,2014 and still haven't received any alerts other than a payment confirmation and its been over a month. I looked on the website and they say that my package is still "processing". This wouldn't be such an issue, its just that they haven said anything to me about the status of my order and the waiting time is ridiculous! I just hope that they haven't taken my money without sending me anything!
