I ordered an item from Saks off 5th and never received it. When I called to tell them I didn't receive my item they stated that an investigation needed to be complete (3-10 business days). Investigation was approved. I was due to receive a refund. I never received it. When I called customer service, they stated that they would escalate the refund process (24-48 hours). Never received the refund. I called multiple times and was given the same response. Still no refund. All I got was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I want my money and not the apologies. I will not be ordering from this store again. Buyers beware.
Crooks! I've never dealt with such a horrible store/company in my entire life. Ive returned three separate orders over two months ago and still have not been refunded. Ive tracked my returns and I know the have received them. I've called countless times and have wasted so much of my time and energy on this. They told me I'd be refunded within 15 days and two months later still no refund. They have lied to me and gave me the run around. I will never do business with these crooks again! Buyer beware! Save yourself the headache and stress. I just want my money back.
I have experienced 2 of the worst customer services today: One was store associate and another one return customer service rep. Went to the store in KOP, PA and store associate was extremely rude to me ( I had to call store manager to file complaint first time in my life). I have called to online CS and a rep was not rude, she was basically helpless... I have purchased $400 worth of clothes and it turned out that 2 shirts were too small, so I wanted to exchange them if possible or return oif there is nothing else available. I have purchased items n December 25, but received them on the 29th. Today is January 29 and store associate took one of two items, but she said she could not take another one and suggested I call online CS. I have just called online CS and rep was just saying, there is nothing we can do... that's our policy. My point is: I did ordr on the 25th, but I only received items on the 29th, so the policy should start from the day you get your items. What if it was in transit for few weeks or lost? I
work with binch of companies, with buyers and various departments and very familiar with return policies. They all kick on the day you receive product, not when you have purchased it.
No wonder this chain has such low review rating and a bad reputation. I am closing my account and card, buy buy.

So like everyone I was super sceptical about placing an order, so much so I sent a follow-up email and called their helpline within a week of placing the order. I was almost sure either my parcel won't reach me at all or it will arrive in a horrible condition. When I sent a follow-up email, I didn't get any reply from their team so I decided to call their helpline and the agent assured my order is going to reach the international shipping facility the same day and It did! I received constant updates about my order and yesterday I finally received my parcel after 13 days of placing the order and boy I was happy, the quality is perfect and Im super satisfied. I would recommend everyone to give this site one more shot!
They lie to you. I purchased over $1000 of Christmas products for my wife. It took an hour to open an account to get 10% off.
I specifically asked about return since my wife has a 35 year history of returning my gifts. They said she could return and even gave me a "gift receipt" she could use.
When she tried to return them they refused saying tags had to be on product. Whoever heard of leaving price tags on Christmas gifts.
Dont shop here they are underhanded and liars.
I am no longer supporting Saks or Saks off fifth after my recent HORRIBLE experience with them. Long story short. They have stolen money from me. I was waiting on an order containing 4 items and upon arrival, the package contained only two items. I contacted their "customer service" only be told that I should have 4 items and to start a claim and wait. When I called to express dissatisfaction for having to wait for a refund the reps (who were clearly from outside of the U.S.) decided to hang up on me and screen my calls. I even had to call private to get someone to answer. So not only am I out two christmas gifts, but also the money for the gifts. They emailed me today saying that I would not be given a refund and that I should start a return if I want a refund... UMM HELLLO... I NEVER GOT THE ITEMS! Completely disgusted with the company and it was enough for me to return prior purchases I had and I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I would rather pay more money for an item than be treated in such an unethical manner. I was so upset that I filed a complaint with my state attorney general. I am boycotting them from now on and I would recommend others do the same. Shame on them.
Did not receive one of the two items that I ordered that was supposed to be shipped in the same box. It was over a $100.00 item and it was missing. My credit card was charged, soI called customer service. After speaking with the representative, I asked for a replacement and she said they were out of the item. No surprise there! I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and was left on hold for such a long time, that I called back, and was put on hold again. I finally gave up and called the credit card company and refuted the charge. I will never do business with this company again!
I wish I can give zero stars because I think 1 is too much for this trash like company. I ordered a Valentino bag few weeks ago. The package came few days after but the items inside is a complete stranger's order. I contacted their customer service and they told me they will open up a case for me for investigation and also gave me a return label to return the incorrect items (which I did). Didn't hear back for awhile and when I tried to contact them again, I was told I will not be able to get a refund for the tax because the government already took the tax. Ridiculous as I've never heard of not being able to get the tax back if you were to return something. 3 weeks passed and I got a notification that my request for the refund was declined because the tracking indicates the package was delivered (even though the items inside was not my order!) This is a complete scam and I can't deal with them anymore so just went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Never will I order anything from this company again. They have horrible customer service with people who can't do their job correctly. They obviously also need to update their system or assembly line to ensure the items in the packages are going to the correct customer.
I ordered two ornaments from Saks off 5th. One was broken upon receiving it, either in the warehouse or shipping. Possibly before shipping because the other ornament arrived just fine in the same shipping box. After MANY emails back and forth to their customer service they finally send me a shipping label to return for refund and they are charging me $9 to return their broken product. I should not be charged to fix this situation. I even emailed pictures as proof of it being broken. I will never buy from them again and will review on any site I'm able!
I had interesting experience today at Saks. From Worse service to best service. I am in health care and after a long shift i went to the store to make a return. I was exhausted and emotional with work and needed to get home. I don't want to talk about the worse service because the best service i got afterwards made up for that. I can only say worse one was on 2nd floor.
I went to the 5th floor after that. I was lucky to be serviced by this wonderful kind genuine girl named Kristina. She was very genuine and real no fake smiles straight to the point. I felt her positive and real energy, She helped me complete the return. After talking to her i was so relaxed and feeling good. I wanted to stay and shop. I wish all people in service business would be like her. We are going thru such a difficult times right now with Covid life is very stressful and challenging. We need to all be there for each other. All it takes is a genuine smile and caring. I could tell she loved her job. It was so nice knowing that we too can get treated with love and care, be pampered once a while outside of work.

I ordered two Versace shirts and they sent me two totally different shirts. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. I going up to the Saks off store not to far from me tomorrow to see of I could get the shirts that they advertised online. SMDH.
This by far the worst thing I've every experienced from a major department store, especially from Saks. I placed an order by in September it was supposed to be delivered on 9-23-20. My package never arrived, when I checked the tracking it said delivered however I never received the package I contacted my local FedEx office and the 800 FedEx number I also went to my local FedEx office. After conducting an investigation my local FedEx office stated that the driver delivered the package to the incorrect address he went to retrieve the packages and they were no longer their mind you I had other packages not only from Saks from another stores also. Clearly someone is not doing their job correctly because if the correct investigation was completed and they called the local Fed ex office as stated with the number that I provided it is on file that the package was delivered to an incorrect address that was stated 1120 Chesaco Ave. Versus the correct. This has been a constant battle since September 23 every week and still have not been a resolution to this matter. I received an email stating g that it was resolved no refund issued. Contacted SAks credit card no refund. At this time I am looking to move further to take it to court to have it resolved it is no reason why I should be having a battle over 2 1/2 months for a refund total from a major store.

My order was delivered to the wrong city &address on 11/16 I live in Fairburn but item delivered in Newnan. I've called Saks of 5th several times trying to get a refund or help in locating my package. On 11/16 they said they had to do an investigation that would take 15 business days even though they could clearly see that their carrier(fedex) misdelivered the package. I was offered a partial refund but I declined. On 12/1 I was told that I would get a refund on 12/4(the 15thbusinessday) but today I got an email stating that they have decided not to approve my refund so I have no refund and no products? I called again and after several questions including if I used a credit card to make the purchase and a 30 minute hold I was told they reconsidered and my refund will be issued in 15 business days. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and will never shop with them again
FedEx lost my package and sacks or desechos won't refund me. I call customer service and I have to wait for so long to get someone that doesn't understand English.

I received the item in a bad condition and wish to return it. They send me back a letter saying the item is not in salable condition! I called the customer service they are extremely slow and useless. I will NEVER ever shop with them again. I hope they close down soon.
I bought serveral itels online. Somehow their system used my old address from 8 years,
When I called them, they apologized and asked if I wanted a refund. I told them that if they can retrive the items from the old address and send to me, I would be OK. They put me on hold, told me that they called FedEx, and my packages would be delivered to the correct address.
A few days later, I got an email that stated my issue was resolved. When I asked them how it was resolved, they said it was already delivered to the wrong address, and there was nothing they could do.
Several email exchanges later, I still do not have my packages or a refund.
I should mention that while thier support team is incompetent and dishonest, some of their merchandise is not bad, and when they have sales, you can find good value
Contant customer service dozen times through mail since 8 days but no response from them regarding the issue.
In fact after 8 days got the reply asking about the issue.
The shipment arrived on time. Customer service do work, however take 3 days or so.
Product received is good shape and even it cost 20US for shipping+tax, it's still worth it.
If you're in the US or Canada, it would be a good deal even more.
Honestly, about the same as ASOS, much better than RueLala or Guit.
I shopped at Saks Off Fifth in the past and it was ok, but my last experience is terrible. Turns out they don't have control over the items they sell (which might be a new thing) - they are a marketplace platform just like Amazon where separate sellers sell their products.
I emailed and called 4 times and they are not able to help me. All they say is that they can email the seller and ask a question. What? If I wanted to shop from some unknown questionable source I wouldn't come to Saksoff5th. Basically, they are unable to cancel my order and return my money and they are also unable to provide me with any details or new ETAs for the items to ship or to be delivered.
