I ordered 3 items, only 1 was delivered. Saks just replies that they mailed 6.8 pounds and doesn't care that somewhere in there chain there is theft. I have investigated and discovered that Saks ships from Pennsylvania to Borderfree in Illinois who use Intelcom as the carrier. All are connected to Pitney Bowes. I have called all 4 companies and researched their websites. The Saks and Borderfree call centres are in another country and just send the customer in a circle. There must be a theft ring and no one is interested in finding it and taking accountability. The customers are being shafted. No customer service at all.
I bought a versace shirt on saks off fith, and although it took about 20 days for it to be delivered here, in Australia, I thought it went well. Consistent updates, and when I went on to see the bad reviews I became a bit worried because the shirt was well over $400. I then emailed Saks Off fith about the order, and they replied the next day with an update, however the reply seemed to be a pre written email. Then I waited for the next update. And waited a bit longer, but then it came a few days earlier then the expected delivery date. I was happy opening the box, to see the right size and shirt. But im sure it would be difficult to return. Maybe im just lucky, or maybe its because I live in Australia? Im not sure, but definitely going to buy from Saks again.
I ordered a coat in a beige color and when I received the item (a week late) it was the wrong color. I called customer service and after 5 different agents, was able to have them send me an e-gift card for a whopping $15...on an order that was over $100. So, the agent sent me the activation link for the gift card, and I was told I had 24hrs to activate it. When I clicked the link the balance showed $0.00. I then had to call two more agents and the 3rd party issuer for the gift card and was told they'd have to put in an escalation ticket and would get a response after 24-48 hours. Which is super unhelpful for a card that expires in 24hrs. Worst experience ever. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This is the worst experience I ever had buying online. Saks Off 5th wins the award for the worst online retailer. I made my purchase and paid promptly but I waited several days and received nothing from them. When I saw the e-mail said that it was delivered with a picture taken by the delivery person, I called them. They asked that I provide a picture of my house which I complied showing my house was White and much different than the different dark gray house they delivered to. After all the inconvenience they caused me, they denied the claim saying that they completed an investigation. If they had did an investigation, thry would have compared the two pictures I sent were not the house they delivered my purchase. When I called for an explanation, I was told to call the police. Imagine the inconvenience they have caused me. I give my review of their harsh business practices every opportunity that arises. And I will never buy from them again.
I purchased shoes from Saks Off 5th, the shoes arrived and one pair didn't fit correctly. I called and I was given an address to return the shoes to. FedEx delivered the shoes to the address that was supplied to me, when I didn't get a credit for the shoes I called, and was told I sent the shoes to the wrong address. This has been going on for 4 months, and still no refund. They signed for the shoes, they have the shoes, and they kept my money. Stay far away from these thieves, they are an excellent example of "White Collar" crime.
I had purchased three purfumes online for mothers day gifts in May of 2020. I only received one of the perfumes purchased. I have provided tracking numbers that state the other package was returned to the sender and they still have not reimbursed me or provided me with the items I purchased. I called several times and wrote a couple of emails. I keep receiving emails stating "We resolved your issue." But I have not received a reimbursement or the products. It's a frustrating process because if I would have purchased items from another store I would have already been reimbursed.
Purchased a full suit two and a half weeks in advance of a wedding I was attending and it did not come in time. After being on the phone numerous times with their customer service (waiting 45min), the information provided was vague and misleading. When I received the suit instead of the advertised $1245. 77 of the suit, the initial price of the suit on the tag was $800 and crossed out to the reduced price of the suit online. Overall, save yourself a headache and do not purchase from Saks OFF 5th, I'm sure you can see the rage from other customers as well.
After placing an order for next day shipping I was informed that this was actually 3 day shipping. Dan, customer service management, stated "next day shipping time frame goes into affect after the order has been processed, which take 48hrs". I was absolutely appalled at the rude and disrespectful way I was talked to and treated after requesting that my shipment be expedited and delivered next day, as I paid for and was initially promised. After being hung up on twice and waiting on hold for 40 min I'm now on my way to find a backup dress for the funeral I'm attending tomorrow.
I have been a customer of Saks for years. I ordered something their shipping service never brought the package to my address. The delivery person left a picture that was not my address and their customer service said that they can't do anything. I work in a building with security. If it was delivered I would have gotten it. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. This is not the 1st time but this will be the last time I purchase anything from that company.
This was the first time that I had ordered. Never will again. I wound up ordering duplicate items in two different orders. There was a tab that said you could cancel an order within 20 min. I did that. Kept getting emails about both orders but nothing about canceling the one. I called within an hour and she said there was no way that they could cancel it at that time but I could return one without having to pay shipping. I used their return label. According to them, it took 11 days for them to get it and then it could take as much as 10 days for them to refund my money. I buy something, and without having it in my hands, they charge me immediately. They have the product and it takes 10 days to refund your money? This is 2017 not 1960, or 70, or 80, or 90... Very poor customer service.
Tried to buy something with the 25% sale that was underway. Tried to place my purchase at 10:45PM with sale lasting to midnight. Site was not active. Send a letter to customer service and they never responded. They don't care about the customer... bottom line... you mean nothing!
My package was marked as delivered and it never arrived. They're vague about who they ship through and they make it hard to get ahold of them. They said it could take up to a month to review and refund my claim. Whole company feels like a scam.
I ordered 4 swimsuits. Kept 2 sent back 2. The one they gave me credit for. The other one said it was unsaleable and sent back. It never had a panty liner but I tried on with my underwear. The tags pulled off when tried on. Sent tags and all back bc too small. Had it on for 5 seconds. They sent back said I should have told them it arrived without the liner. Not happy!
Ordered a pair of shoes on the 16th with rush 2 day shipping. As of today I have yet to receive it. I used ShopRunner which gives you 2 day shipping if your sign up with them. However as you can see from this review, I haven't even received the product yet. I was told that the 2 day shipping is actually after the order is processed. It was showing processed for 4 days before i get an email from Saks Off that it was shipped. Nope it wasn't. On friday last week it showed that label was only created. Emailed both Saks and ShopRunner. Saks only had nothing but useless sorry's and an insulting 10% off my next order. Did they expect that I would ever order from them when their customer service was apathetic and unhelpful? If you plan on paying for that 2 day shipping make sure you don't need it for the next week and a half.
I purchased a sweater which was sent to an old address I had on my account. Someone took the package to the local store and asked them to mail it to me. Which they were happy to do so, I was told. Instead they mail it to the warehouse. In interim I called again and someone said they will make sure will be sent to me once will get to the warehouse. They did not. So 3-4 weeks later apperantly they will refund the item which now is sold out and cant be reordered and will take 10-14 business days for my cc to get reimbursed. Im terribly disappointed and frustrated.
I received the item in a bad condition and wish to return it. They send me back a letter saying the item is not in salable condition! I called the customer service they are extremely slow and useless. I will NEVER ever shop with them again. I hope they close down soon.
I have ordered two items from this store, a Badgley Mischka bag and Ash sneakers. The bag came badly scratched as if it was worn by someone else and one of the shoes was also damdge. They've offered me a 10%, but hell no I'm buying used up stuff even with 10% discount again!
I usually spend $10k every year on Saks Off. I was highly disappointed in my last purchase. The shoes I ordered were the wrong size. I return them to the incorrect address (no return label was provided). Weeks later, I got the package back, and I sent it to the correct address. I call them explaining the situation on why the return was late. They said no and didn't even answer my emails—bad Customer service.
I bought 3 items and only 2 arrived in the box. I've bought alot in store that I kept in the past few years. They claim my few online returns disqualified me from getting my 160 dollars back. And they lied saying it came in 2 packages which it didn't. I received a nordstroms package on the porch 10 minutes earlier which was in their picture and I tracked it for them. I purchased a dress online and they would not take back due to their claim of stains and cologne smell. This dress is in perfect condition. They would not let me send back for a second look, so I feel that's how they are making their money. Do not shop there they are theives. Worse expierence of my life. I will stick with Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Macy's.
