I had purchased three purfumes online for mothers day gifts in May of 2020. I only received one of the perfumes purchased. I have provided tracking numbers that state the other package was returned to the sender and they still have not reimbursed me or provided me with the items I purchased. I called several times and wrote a couple of emails. I keep receiving emails stating "We resolved your issue." But I have not received a reimbursement or the products. It's a frustrating process because if I would have purchased items from another store I would have already been reimbursed.
