I ordered 5 face masks on March 22, got email on April 4th saying my order was being expedited in the next 10 days. It didn't ship until May 9th. Then when I finally got my order there was not a single pattern I ordered. They sent a little card in the package apologizing they had to change my order. Will never buy again.
Same as Michael S. And I am still waiting for my order. This is the card that came with the messed up order. I placed initial order on 3/22/20. Almost 2 month already and because I work at home now I have some time to wait for them to answer the online chat. I try every other day to chat with them half the time it is close to end time for them (6 hour difference) and they either hang up on me or put me on hold for hours. But like I said I have the time. My first 2 attempt to chat with them ended with them hanging up on me. (see below) When I finally made contact with Alex about my original order they wanted me to send back the junk ones? So I asked them if they were going to re-sell the used masks? They finally agreed to re-send my order. 3 weeks had passed, i had a chat with Steven for an update on my shipment. He said it was sent but delayed but in the mean time I can choose 5 masks for him to send by 2-3 day shipping to hold me till my order arrives. NOTHING!
UPDATE: The corrected (so I thought) shipment arrived yesterday. 2 were correct 3 wrong but they were all kiddie size! Plus the somewhat courtesy shipment was not sent, I'm not surprised. Alex said they were going to send 3 blacks and 2 greens by 2-3 days express for my safety while I wait for my order. NOTHING. When I chat with them today they did not know what I was talking about. Put me on hold till I got cut off. They closed down for the day.
UPDATE 5/16/20: Today they changed their Chat format. Now you choose the topic first and it depends what topic you choose the wait is still the same, at least 3 hours and 55 minutes. But look at topic labeled "missing/wrong item" they mention "at least a 24 hours wait" for a reply. I've been waiting at least 2 days now. Will be back soon.
I was planning to wait for them to be online again but I was disconnected and can't go back in. Now I have to wake up early to start a new chat (they are 6 hours ahead of me). A$$HOLE$.
5/18/20 Mon. Morning I open a chat it is now Tues. Afternoon and no answer yet. See picture time stamp.
Placed two orders on April 3rd, order number ******* and *******. Received the orders on April 22nd and April 23rd. 7/10 shields wrong. A card was sent in the package that read" not the items you want but the safety you need". Really? And obviously designs no one orders, as they were hideous designs. I sat over four hours online for the "live" chat, that is the only way to contact the company, and was disconnected three times before finally getting through. An Olivia informed me that the shields i ordered were out of stock and gave me options of what was available to send out. The transcript of that chat was emailed to me as proof. On April 30th, I received two emails stating shipments were on their way. There is no updated info on the emails, and contains original tracking info from the original deliveries, so there is no way to confirm a shipment is ACTUALLY on the way. In a complaint filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau, a Juan Hernandez stated that the original items will shipped out immediately and an email was given which was an invalid email that does not work. Now, n a last attempt to clarify, I waited three hours this morning, May 11th, on a chat queue, only to have a Sebastian join the chat and immediately end it. At this point, my frustration is far beyond filing another complaint or hoping a shipment comes. It seems the only recourse is legal action against this mismanaged company. No one should ever do business with the company again. I certainly will not be and will be telling everyone i know and post everywhere on social media about how terrible of a service you provide and what little regard you have for customer service.
After posting negative reviews on another site, I was contacted twice by the company, promising to fix the situation. After two responses Ana's these promises, nothing still has been done.
I ordered the buy one get three. All designs I choose for my toddler were kid friendly. Why today I got my order that I placed back in April and they are all plain black and gray. No dolphins, no hulk, no cartoons or panda nothing. I didn't lay for this black face wear. I'm so frustrated. And then when I try to call or chat no ones available. Who is this company. Are they even legit? Now I have four plain black masks. Not kid friendly or not what I ordered.
I ordered 03/22/2020, and STILL have not received anything! Sad part, I live in West Palm Beach, and they are in Boca Raton. The office is closed, they took my money, and this so called live chat is garbage! Who has time to be number 217 in a wait? Should have known, come to find out, these are made in China! I can't even get in contact with them to get a refund. Don't buy from this company, they are no good!
I purchased a 5 pack of face masks and my CC was charged 3 times for 3 different amounts by three SA company's- SACO Inc, SA Company, and SA gear! Good luck contacting anyone within the company or customer service, what a JOKE you will spend an entire day in their que waiting and waiting in the chat. STAY Away from this company
Worst experience ever. I stayed in chat Queue for over 7 hours. I started number 276. I get down to number 6 and stay there for the next hour and a half. Then all of a sudden, I jump back up to 242. Then it happened again a third time after spending 7 hours I finally made it to #1. I get Shave from customer support, and she tells me my order information never transferred to there warehouse team and said she was sorry for the inconvenience. She said she could have my order shipped within 48 hours, but 3 out of the six face shields were out of stock? I ask her what would have happened if I wouldn't have contacted them, and her reply was I guess you wouldn't have got your order. She never once asked me what she could do to make the situation better or nothing. I was treated as a number and not a client. I understand mistakes and it wouldn't have taken much to keep me as a client. Your products are great but your customer service sucks and that is what brings clients back. Like I said it wouldn't have cost you anything to keep a client words and empathy doesn't cost you. By looking at reviews and being in a Queue with 270 other clients trying to talk with customer service I don't feel like I'm the only client that is experiencing same thing.

These people are online scammers don't waste your money! They don't respond to emails. The chat that they offer is a joke. When trying to return an item It is impossible to do it.
Ordered 5 shields on 4/16/20. Received my order about 2 weeks later, but they just put 5 random shields in my order. None of what I ordered was correct. They just figured that since they were all out of stock, sending 5 random ones would be better than emailing me to tell me they were out of stock. They should have emailed and see if it was alright to send them (which it isnt - I wanted what I paid for). They sent just about the opposite of what i ordered (I ordered skull and similar types, but I was sent floral and pink ones!). Of course, you cannot call or email them with support, you have to use their "live chat" which always has 50-75 people in front of you and I am always "disconnected" when there are 30-50 left. When you reconnect, you are put in the back of the line. I have tried several times to get them to respond (the livechat tells you to leave contact info, which i have multiple times) and I may not have a choice but to dispute with PayPal, as well as send a complaint to BBB and the FL Dept of Business Regulation. If you get your correct order, consider yourselves one of the lucky ones... Never again
My order was for a simple mask that was marked as in stock. Either the company is fake or they have monkeys running the shipping. I did notice they charged my credit card almost immediately
Placed an order on April 1 did not receive until April 23 and the order was not right. Went out to their live chat because that is the only way you can get a hold of someone and waited 90 minutes. Finally someone came on and said that they would fix the order but it would take another three weeks. I said forget it I already ordered from another company in Florida and received what I asked for please just refund my purchase.
I was told it would take 3 to 5 days and here it is May 12 and nothing has happened. I went out to their live chat again on May 7 to wait for three hours before someone said I'll have to turn this matter over to a supervisor. And still nothing. Obviously I'm not the only one that has issues with them but I am warning everyone to steer clear.

I ordered the face shields 4 weeks ago. I have sent several emails and chat messages to no avail. Everytime I go to the chat room I'm number 242 and am told I will receive a email shortly. I just hope my order will eventually show up. Want to support American business, but will never order from this company again.
Have been trying to reach anyone for the past 3 and a half weeks with no luck, the phone number dont work, had to look on the better business Bureau for the phone number, little over 300 Negative reviews on the BBB, like 270 within the last 12 mo, waited for 45min just to chat with a bot online, horrible customer experience if the company is closed due to covid-19 totally understand. Should not be taking money and orders if they cant deliver, reached out the the official Instagram and was blocked?
This company is such a scam, they dont respond to emails or anything. If i can give lover than i 1 star i would. 6 weeks and still no order has arrived. 2 weeks ago on their instagram page someone responded asking for my order number blah blah blah and said my order should arrive in the next couple days. 14 days have passed, its absolutely ridiculous. I tried their online chat was on it for an hour then it said i had to reconnect and ofcourse from going down from 151 to 105 in line to speak to someone now im bumped back up to 212. The worst company ive ever dealt with. A lot of my friends order from them they just lost a bunch of customers. The best part is on instagram i keep sending messages and it shows as seen and yet no response. Shouldn't even be in business.

I posted this comment on several posts of their Facebook page, tagged them on Instagram and SA Company viewed it. I have tried calling them, I had no luck and now their website directs you their chat which I have had no luck in speaking to someone their either. I have also sent them numerous emails and have not received any type of acknowledgement through any source. It is very disappointing, we ordered and paid and did not receive what we paid for. I feel they took advantage of everyone needing some sort of protection and they do not care about their customers.
I would like a refund. I'm very unsatisfied with my purchase. According to the shipping form attached and the one I received you sent me the face shields I ordered and paid for. However, I did not receive the shields I paid for. Instead you took it upon yourself to send me 5 face shields of the same pattern, a pattern which I did not choose. I have received emails from you guys regarding the tracking of the shipment but not once did you bother to let me know you were sending me whatever you wanted. I have tried calling you, emailing you, going on your chat and have posted several times on your Facebook and Instagram pages and you cannot acknowledge any of them.
Instead it seems that they are being deleted. I would appreciate if you could reach out to me as this is not right and I would like to believe that this is not how you run your business. Thank you.
Update #2(original feedback below). They contacted me again. Seems as thought they will only contact you on another site, if you leave them a bad review. They tried to make it look like they were refunding me the money, when in fact paypal is. Never answered questions as to why I was ignored, why they ignored paypal, and the BBB. Tried to win me over by sending me some free masks. As I have zero trust in this company I refused because I know I wouldn't get anything anyway, and have wasted too much time with them.
UPDATE (original feedback below): I won my paypal dispute with them and I am getting a full refund, including shipping costs. They never replied to Paypal. They let it go the entire wait time. As of June 3/2020 they have yet to reply to the BBB who sent them 2 requests. If you still haven't received the items you paid for, don't waste time trying to get a hold of them, contact your bank, paypal or credit card you used to purchase and get your money back that way.
I would still say stay away from this company. You can buy the exact same masks direct from China (where these masks are made) and receive it in a faster time at a cheaper price.

Garbage company. They will give you what ever masks they want to, and toss in a letter saying they know its not what you ordered and will make it right. But they refuse to answer phone, emails, facebook, twitter, support chat and support emails. Currently in a paypal dispute to get my money back. Stay away. I suggest that anyone that is having problems get in contact with paypal or your credit card company and get your money back. Don't wait until it is too late. They also charged me $15 for priority shipping, and it took them 2 weeks to send out my order, and sent it out at a cheaper service.
I ordered 5 face shields and received none of the designs I wanted. Trying to get on there online chat is a joke. I would have rather waited for the correct order. I hope they will make it right.
Purchased 5 masks back in January for $30 - not a big deal. I figured the quality would be s***, but for the price, I didn't mind.
I tried repetetively to get ahold of these jokes in their live chat and everytime my phone screen turned off I'd be put to the back of the line of 99 people. When I purchased I was told 8 days. Then 30 day delay. Then I moved to a new address and was still unable to contact them to change the address.
I am dealing with non stop bull****. At this rate I'll have masks for the next pandemic (possibly).
This business needs to be removed from Instagram and shut down.
Everyone needs to report this behaviour to the BBB so idiots like us realize what they're going to deal with before dealing with it.

Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
