Update #2(original feedback below). They contacted me again. Seems as thought they will only contact you on another site, if you leave them a bad review. They tried to make it look like they were refunding me the money, when in fact paypal is. Never answered questions as to why I was ignored, why they ignored paypal, and the BBB. Tried to win me over by sending me some free masks. As I have zero trust in this company I refused because I know I wouldn't get anything anyway, and have wasted too much time with them.
UPDATE (original feedback below): I won my paypal dispute with them and I am getting a full refund, including shipping costs. They never replied to Paypal. They let it go the entire wait time. As of June 3/2020 they have yet to reply to the BBB who sent them 2 requests. If you still haven't received the items you paid for, don't waste time trying to get a hold of them, contact your bank, paypal or credit card you used to purchase and get your money back that way.
I would still say stay away from this company. You can buy the exact same masks direct from China (where these masks are made) and receive it in a faster time at a cheaper price.
Garbage company. They will give you what ever masks they want to, and toss in a letter saying they know its not what you ordered and will make it right. But they refuse to answer phone, emails, facebook, twitter, support chat and support emails. Currently in a paypal dispute to get my money back. Stay away. I suggest that anyone that is having problems get in contact with paypal or your credit card company and get your money back. Don't wait until it is too late. They also charged me $15 for priority shipping, and it took them 2 weeks to send out my order, and sent it out at a cheaper service.
