I placed an order on 04/17 and paid extra for expedited shipping and immediately received an email saying that my order had been received. Almost a month later and I haven't heard anything about my order. It took me over 3 hours to get a hold of someone on their live chat, they assured me that I would receive my order within 7 days, still nothing. Their customer service is a joke and there is almost no way to speak to someone.
Took 50 days the logistics need help and definitely poor management. But the actual shields were amazing looked like they did online they only gave me 2 I picked but I wont lie the 2 they sent were the main 2 I wanted.

I placed an order with your company. They sent me an incomplete and entirely wrong order. They disabled their customer service phone access and instituted an online chat. On three different days I started chats and waited for hours each time only to have my chats answered and cutoff or reset and never answered.
I have yet to have my concerns even addressed. I want a refund and I never deal with this company again. Please find your straw hats and face shields elsewhere.
I placed an order for 10 of the face shields, order came late due to covid which I was fine with. The issue is with what came, out of 10 items not 1 was what I ordered. I could understand 1 or 2 maybe being wrong but the entire order? I tried contacting multiple times but got no response. Honestly I will never buy from this place again or would I recommend it. Very poor customer service.
Well, id like to rate the product, but you see, i ordered 2 months ago, heard NOTHING so far- they went ahead (SA CO.) and took my money IMMEDIATELY and now the customer service wait times for phone and chat are so clogged up, you cant get anyone. I dont even want the items now. Just want my money back. If i could give 0 stars i would. BTW, the fact that they dont have anyway for me to even look at my order details or cancel available for guests is ridiculous. Money should not be taken until it ships. Never buying from these folks again.

Shop elsewhere for face shields. If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered their 5 pack special, expecting a delay due to Covid 19.2 weeks later I received an email stating the package was on its way to DHL for shipping, the tracking never updated past that point. 2 weeks after that I got on their online chat, after waiting 2+ hours on their chat with the assurance customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority I was told they could do nothing for 10 business days and to wait until the following Monday and they would send out a new package. Monday rolls around and another 4 hours waiting on their chat, the guy tells me "wait till the end of the week, DHL doesn't update tracking the shields will arrive." Totally blowing me off. I filed with PayPal's resolution center and now PayPal is waiting for a response... it's been a week and nothing so far from this pathetic "grab-your-money-and-run company. Avoid at all costs!
I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me. I ordered a month ago and still haven't got my tracking number. I went to chat numerous times but kept being put back in que. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund. Buyer beware
It's been over a month since I've ordered and haven't heard a thing. Impossible to get a hold of anybody regarding order. Chat rooms I joke. There will always be 99 people ahead of you. I'm ok with the wait time if they would just communicate that to me.
This is my second review of SA Company and the first review I gave them a one star because on their website they say orders ship within 24 hrs of order. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order and Michael with customer service emailed me and I changed my review to 4 stars giving them the benefit of doubt. Well I then decided to give them another chance and puts items in my cart and paid then noticed only the last items I paid for were on the the confirmation. So I had to go in and make the third purchase so I had two delivery charges. I email"Michael " and requested assistance and you probably already know how that went... no reply! Don't waste your time trying to contact them via phone, chat or email because you won't get a response. All you get is an automated response of how busy they are because of COVID19. No way you say, well one day at work I pulled up SA's website and started a chat conversation with them and waited "in line" to speak to a rep... I work 10 hr shift and left the chat session up on a different monitor... when my shift ended I was still number 99 in the cue. My orders #2 and #3 were ordered on April 18,2020 and today is May 10th and NOTHING! I'm giving them until May 18 to receive my order then I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charges to get my money back.

He is a 25 yr old blood gang member who sells weed to all the other employees. *******909. There's also a kid there named chase that works in apparel. He's a heroin addict who thinks he runs stuff. If they would watch him on camera they would see him nodding off all day. It's crazy. I wish I had a different job pfff
Poor customer service or lack of. Spent hours waiting in chat only to be kicked out. Emails phone and other messages go unanswered. Took my money and are now ghosting next. DO NOT BUY FROM.
Placed an order over a month ago for the buy 1 face mask get 4 free. No email or tracking number!
Ordered from this company, took 2 months for package to arrive (from Florida to California) BecUSe it took 6 weeks to ship. No communication from the company, only offers online "chat" that no one responds to, when items FINALLY came, it was nothing that I ordered and paid for, but they inserted this in my package.
Ordered 5 face shields. Waited weeks, only to find that substitutions were made to my order without permission. Tried live chat to sort out. They play games, make you wait, then cut you off. Messenger, same thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received my order. They charged my credit card immediately when I placed the order. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and they refuse to reply to me. Whenever I try to call customer service a recording says to use the chat feature on the website and then hangs up. Tried to use chat and spent hours in the queue (always says I'm 99th in the queue). No one ever responds.
These crooks need to be shut down as they are definitely thieves scamming and ripping people off.
To preface this review, I did purchase these on a decent "deal" 8 for $34 which is less than $5/mask. Here we are in 2020, I see a good deal for these masks I been looking at earlier this year, pre shelter-in. I excitedly pick out my styles and put in an order. I figure I'd try them out and if they were great I'd order more and if not then I still have fun masks to use.
I understand this is a crazy time so I don't mind waiting, they come in about a month. However, this is not what I ordered. I got 8 of the exact same mask. Disappointing but not the end all. The customer service states if they sent the wrong order then they will send you the correct order free of charge.
The problem is getting anyone from customer service. I've tried for hours per day to get someone in the live chat. Nothing. The note that came with my order stated they know it wasn't what I ordered but since everyone needs masks they wanted to ship out quickly.
This bold statement only makes sense if it didn't take a month for my masks to be shipped. I was not emailed to ask if I wanted any masks, I was just sent them and not in any quick fashion. I hope that I can change this review in the future but for now I'm chalking it up to a loss.
Horrible customer service. I attempted to contact the company through Facebook messages. After two weeks my message has not been read. I have been on live chat twice. I waited an hour on both attempts but my concerns were still not addressed. After countless hours and over 2 months, my order still has not corrected and my questions and concerns have not been addressed. I am so disappointed. I will not purchase from them again. Nor will I recommend them.
They don't respond to their chat line... which is their only means of communication. I received a notification on April 19th saying my order was shipping and I would receive shipping info that day... I have not seen anything from this company. I have never had a worse experience dealing with a company... SA tops every bad experience I have ever encountered.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
