THIEVES

6 weeks still haven't gotten my order. Cannot reach anyone in customer service. They stole my money. Now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Just ridiculous. Never again and I'll leave a bad review as many places I can. Such BS. No one is in the live chat. Don't bother.

I dont have to say much but, all the other negative reviews on this SCAM of a company is TRUE! Ive gone thru what everyone else has gone thru to TRY and get my money back. They have sent me scarves that was NOT what i ordered and some card along with it saying that they basically did it on purpose and would make it right. WHEN? Ive been trying to get with someone on this bull$#*! chat help line and sat on for 2 hrs with no reply. Im sick and tired of these SCAM companies taking hard earned money from ppl wanting their products. $#*! SAFISHING and any other company like them. Stay away from these $#*!bags.

Customer Service is horrible, sent 3 emails got one automated response in 7 days of trying to speak to an actual person. They can't even confirm the status of an order, but they sure are willing to take your money without performing any actual service.

Shame on SAFishing! ZERO stars... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHIG FROM THIS COMPANY, EVVVER!

Took a LONG time picking out face shields' for my daughter & myself & paid an extra 15$ for expedited shipping. SAFishing said a possible 10 day delay...

FF 2weeks- they REMOVE their phone # & put IMBECILES on their live chat', trained to repeat one sentence blaming THEIR INADEQUACIES on COVID19

FF OVER A MONTH LATER, we receive an envelope of CRAP NO ONE would EVER wear w/a piece of paper saying "we know this isn't what you ordered"... but here ya go anyways.

They took $42+ & we NEVER did receive what I ordered!

DISGUSTING business' practices!

I ordered from here 5 different face shields, 1 was in back order so I waited for it. Then a friend ordered the same one I did that was on back order. They received theirs but I never received the one that was on back order for me. Quite disappointing that my friend gets their face shield before I did. I should have had the higher priority since mine was in back order. Then we come to customer service. Only chat or phone. But with chat, constantly loses connection so I go from 86th person in line to 180th person in line. Ridiculous. Then there is the fact that there is one popup that has us explaining our issues and providing an email address. Another useless thing if their employees dont reach out to the customers. Then if you do reach an agent, they dont know one order from another and they provide wrong information. How can they provide such crappy service to the customers that pay for their products? Plus they dont know how to prioritize. My order was from 2019 while my friend's order was about one month ago. And my back order is still in back order. Quite disappointed.

I ordered from this company over 35 days ago and still have not received any information about my order. I even did the express shipping for an additional price. This place is a 100% scam and their Customer Service is a complete joke.

I joined the chat and was 117 in place. Waiting over 2 hours to talk with someone, when I finally got someone to talk to they said Hi and gave their name. Then I got disconnected and was put in 296 place waiting, completely irritating.

I went threw their chat for the 6th time and this time selected the refund section. Waiting another hour and half, just to be disconnected once I typed the word refund. These pictures were taken at 10am and all their chats are offline. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered the face mask deal the beginning of April. I received an order confirmation right away, and then haven't not recieved anything else from the company. There is no email or phone number to contact customer service with, only a "live chat". I waited for 4 1.2 hours on the chat all to be told "well sorry cover 19 has delayed it, you'll get it when you get it". She provided me with the information that my order will ship within 5-7 days from the time I spoke with her. Its been 9 and still no email. I asked if there was a phone number or email to contact them with if I did not receive an email and her response was "nope". For a company that starts their "Live Chat" as "Our customer service is our highest priority", they need to rework a few things. I currently am on the "Live Chat" again, number 99 for the past hour. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and am very disappointed, feeling like I have been "scammed".

They stopped taking phone calls, i can't seam to email them a questions, they only only have a "live chat" which your in queue that never goes down to 0. I've spent 4 hour waiting to ask them why did they send me 5 wrong designs of their product as compared to what I specified in my ordered.
In their delivery they acknowledged they purposely sent me wrong items in order to send me quickly product. I don't want "product" I want what I ordered! Who just sends you random designs?
So I've been on online for hours to get the order correct which I'll probably be told, what you got is what we have... then they should stop selling something they don't have!

I paid for face shields that I never got, they dont take phone calls you have to wait for hours for a live chat. I have done this four times now only to be disconnected or told to wait for hours so my order can be looked up. This is a joke of a company I would never buy from them again.

Horrible

I ordered two face masks from them for Covid 19 back in March, barely recieved my order in beginning of May. On top of that they sent me items I did not select, included a note saying "we know these aren't the styles you selected but it's the protection you need."
If it took over a month to get here at least send what I ask for.

I ordered the beginning of April and was charged immediately. I get a email a week later saying the mask I ordered are out of stock and to choose new ones. So i do. Here we are over a month later and still no tracking number so mask no nothing but best believe they took my money! I finally get customer service if thats what you call it! Its a joke just like the company. They ask me for my order number 5 times! I waited over 5 hours to finally be answered! He tells me the order is on the way will be shipped tomorrow. I wait another 5 days and still nothing. Get customer service again after another few hours of waiting and she says the mask are still on back order! WHATTTT I already re ordered and picked stuff I really didnt even want now they are still on order? WTF kind of place is this? STAY TF AWAYYYYY Im warning you

Ordered on April 15,2020, and no confirmation received, live chat does not work, I live in the same state and no product. They are REAL quick to take your money. They blame COVID-19 for slow delivery, but come on, really? My mail person comes every day. Delivery trucks come to my shop EVERY DAY. All I want now is a refund. Dont buy from these hacks.

Ripped off!

I ordered mine on 3/17 and never got it or a tracking number. Customer service is unreachable as well. An hour after I complained about it on their facebook page, my card was fraudulently charged 80.00 by some scam site. I found that interesting and it is currently under investigation. I have my email receipt and am now going to file a complaint with the BBB. I don't like being ripped off.

ZERO STARS! Ordered the buy 1 get 4 deal a week ago. They took my money but havent bothered to send me any confirmation of my order. Getting in touch with them is next to impossible. They do not respond to fb posts or private message. There live chat is a complete joke, wasted a good part of my day just to be ignored. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them. The only time they remotely even tried to get in touch with me is when I left a bad review on another site. And that was when I was asleep. I get the shipping delays but come on you cant confirm my order when its placed like every other online retailer does.
