I ordered 3 slide-out awnings price was good paid for extra shipping insurance (waist of money) could not track with tracking number they gave had to email them shipment delayed by 3 days because they won't answer in a timely manner because the awnings were long had to go by truck and somebody had to be home to sign for. When I finally got them the longest awning tube was totally destroyed and the others were out of the tubes because who ever packaged them just pushed the metal end caps into the tubes and never secured them (staples, or tape) the longest awning had the package of screws missing and awning rail bent. The trucking company took pictures and gave me a number to give to RV country for them to process the claim. If I had to buy one it was $45 and $125 for shipping (over size long) they offered me $50 after 2 weeks of emails back and forth telling them all the information over and over again to different people one of them said ship it back so my comment back to them was,its only the awning rail that got bent its 160 inches long just send a new one awning is ok and how do you expect me to ship it back the tube is destroyed and too big to put in car and I PAYED EXTRA FOR INSURANCE why the hassle! So refund me my insurance money if its no good. A few days later I get a text saying we are in your driveway next to the black truck to pick up auto or rv parts. This came with-out warning as I'm at work. Sorry no parts for you. About 4 days later I get a text from a shipping broker from Chicago wanting to pick-up a awning. At this point I flipped if I was to ship back the awning (which is ok) I would have to wait weeks to get one back if I even did, so I email RVC some nasty remarks and ended my frustrations there as its no point to argue with these people they got my money they don't care after that no matter what they say in a email. I figured out they sell parts for a parent company called Keystone RV as they did send a shipping label addressed to the shipper Keystone RV if you purchase from these nice people beware its a big runaround when you have problems other wise you do get good deals as I have purchased from them before but never again
600 dollar air conditioner, damaged in shipping would not refund my money.

I still have not received my refund! It has been 2 months. Not even an email response. This is ridiculous!
I wrote a bad review about a month ago because I was sent the wrong sink. I paid $112.64 for the sink. I ordered it on May 1st, 2020. I had to pay $31.71 out of my pocket to send the sink back. I scanned in my receipts for proof of payment and proof of paying UPS for the return. I was told on June 1st that I would be issued a refund that day by email because apparently you CANNOT ever reach anyone by phone. I still have not received my refund. I had to order the sink from another company which has already been delivered and installed. I guess I'm going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau. Maybe then I can get my $144.35 back! I would NEVER recommend RV Parts Country to anyone!
They had the items I needed and got them to me quickly with no issues. Parts came as ordered and the whole transaction was smooth.

Here is my story: On December 3rd, 2021 I found online the lock I needed to replace my trailer broken lock.
Even though the lock price was much higher than I expected I still bought it because i could not find this lock on Amazon, Ebay etc.
After waiting about 1 week finally I received lock but it was not the lock I supposed to get and did not fit my trailer door.
I immediately contacted the seller and sent them picture what I ordered and what I received so obviously they sent me a wrong lock.
The seller emailed me back (keep in mind they NEVER answering phone and you cannot leave voice message)!
Anyways, to make the story short - today, on December 16th I finally see pending transaction from this rip off company for refund of ONLY $47.94?!
I paid them $67.51 for the lock plus had to ship their wrong lock back and it cost me an additional $8.52 so the TOTAL cost I spent on their WRONG LOCK (that I never ordered and have pictures to proof) was $76.02 and I am getting only $$47.94 back?
Basically after more than a month I of wasting my time I AM LOSING $28.08? For what? What kind of RIP OFF or SCAM is this?
I am writing this fair review of exactly happened to me with this DISHONEST BUSINESS or basically SCAM to make sure that anyone who is even thinking to buy from you do not make the same mistake I made.

We ordered an air conditioner from them. It shipped and showed up fast is the only positive thing I can say.
The air conditioner showed up with a broken cover and the case of the air conditioner is all dented up. Who knows if they just shipped a broken part or the shipping company broke it. Either way not a huge deal as long as someone takes care of it.
Here is the deal their phone numbers do you no good. They claim they don't answer the phone as they don't want you to be on hold. Well I have waited all day checking email looking for an answer without one. Makes me feel as if they took my $900 and could care less.
Part of this is my fault I should have read on their site that if you dispute paypal they say it's fraud. I have never seen anyone have that, must mean they get a lot disputes.
I don't normally post reviews and try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, however with no way to call and I see the owner at least pretends to care by responding to reviews on here maybe this will help.
Ignoring this will not go away for them. I have a $900 useless part sitting on my kitchen floor as I can't put a broken air conditioner on my camper.
I am beyond angry at their lack of customer service more than anything, and will likely never purchase from them again, nor would I advise anyone else to.
I am going to give this another day or two for an outcome then I will forward this to the BBB and if needed file a dispute with paypal for sending an item that was broken.
I will update with the outcome of this and hopefully can in the future update this with a positive review.
RV parts country please feel free to call me. I have given you this option all day today.
Update. They still haven't given my my money back. They have had my parts back for a week. It's almost $900. I keep getting the run around. Have yet to give me an answer when I get my money back.
Oh and contacting the owner support email gets you nowhere.
UPDATE 5-6-2020 I got my money back. It took threatening to contact the attorney general, BBB and filing a paypal dispute.
Purchased 27K hitch got a 20k hitch $300 less item and they would not exchange it. If you don't mind being cheated out of money buy from them.
Prices are ok, shipping is ok. No customer service, it's like purchasing a item from a vending machine.
Received the Coleman Mach 15 air conditioner in 5 days which I think is quick for a large item. Have not installed yet.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. RV Parts Country states that they ship in 24-48 hours and your item will arrive in 3-4 days. What they don't tell is that certain items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and it will take several extra days to get your item. We bought an awning on April 12th, 2016. After waiting a week with no tracking and no awning, I called RV Parts Country to see where our awning was. This was the first of 3 weeks of calling them and Dometic daily trying to get my awning delivered to me. I was lied to by both companies assuring me that they were shipping it today or they were shipping it tomorrow. At one point Dometic mailed me a box of unidentifiable metal poles. Eventually someone at Dometic told me that they had a warehouse inventory problem and that they did not have the item in stock. It would then be in stock at the end of May(during the middle of our camping trip) and we could wait for it to be in stock or cancel our order and get a refund. We opted for the refund. So, I called RV Parts Country on May 5th to cancel our order. I was told that a supervisor would have to cancel the order and issue a refund and that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Monday, May 9th, I had not gotten an email confirming the cancellation and refund. So, I opened a dispute on Paypal demanding our refund from RV Parts Country. On May 11th, a UPS truck dropped off a package and lo and behold it is our awning. The awning is in 99% good order with only a small run in one of the screens(which I can easily fix). I cancelled the dispute and hope to never have to deal with RV Parts Country and Dometic, again.
Answer: Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.
Answer: They probably wont send you a new one. You will have to send it back and pay for shipping yourself (as was my experience).
