I paid for expedited shipping and they sent the wrong parts... Impossible to call these jerks. Leaving for a trip w/o the needed parts.

Ordered a 6 gallon replacement water heater received it in 2 days, 1 courner was bent but not too much for my hammer to fix, 3 screws were missing, but not $200.00 worth.
Installed and working fine.
Placed order Dec.2 2022. For items supposedly in stock to the amount of $2400.00...2 weeks later still haven't received them or a refund. The phone # listed is a recording directing you back to the website to email for questions. This company is fraudulent. It's internet based so that makes it a federal crime if interstate orders aren't received. Also if you spend above $1000 and don't receive items that makes it a class D felony in Kentucky. Credit card fraud all the way!

RV Parts Country has held me hostage from getting my AC that was lost by UPS in shipping. I had to file the claim with UPS because RV Parts wouldn't and then when I did UPS admitted they lost but can only deal with RV Parts as they are the shipper. RV Parts has my money and I believe UPS has paid them as well for the lost unit however I can't get the replacement shipped and it has been 14 weeks. Highly recommend staying away from RV Parts Country. They will never answer the phone and all they will do is tell you to be patient while they look into it. Also filed a claim through PayPal hoping they would resolve and after 2 months still noting.
I placed an order for 8 items including three gallons of sealer. They shipped one item in one envelope though USPS with one tracking number. They sent an email stating that all the items were shipped and received. In this email they referenced the single tracking number mentioned above as if all the items were shipped in one package with the one tracking number. The seven other items never arrived because they were never shipped. USPS provided me a picture of the package associated to the tracking number they provided. It was just an envelope, and being far too small could not possibly have contained all seven items I paid for. Their phone line is useless. It's nothing but an automated answer system telling you to contact them on line. I filled out their form on line asking about the rest of my order. They took days to respond, and only told me they were "looking into it". I let a week go by and asked them again about my order. They responded days later stating they are very busy and provided no update on my order. After a month of this back and forth garbage I reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company. You should do the same if you have issues with them.
Buyers Beware! Poor service, no live person to talk to, auto generated class type replies, false promises to reach out to factory and still no answer. Should've went somewhere else!
I only give one star because I COULDN 'T GIVE ZERO STARS! I paid top dollar for a new Dometic A/C unit through rvpartscountry.com. I even paid their EXTRA CHARGE for SHIPPING INSURANCE. It arrived DAMAGED. I returned it immediately and have heard NOTHING since. I purchased the unit on June 8. It is now July 28. They have MY MONEY and the product. I have tried to communicate for months. They have not responded to requests, pleas, or threats. Please DO NOT give these crooks any money. This has been the most unnecessarily frustrating experience I've had in years. RUN from this company. Spend your money ANYWHERE ELSE!
No customer service. No I'm no one to answer the phone. Poor communication. No tracking number set up when you order. When you call them it's a recording only. No estimated time of delivery!
I ordered a hot water heater from RV parts company on or about 6-28-20. I received the hot water heater about a week later, it was about a week later when I was trying to install it, the front was so damaged that I stopped the installation and tried to contact them, I did send pictures of the condition of the hot water heater, I received a message from them which was a do not reply message, so I tried calling their customer Service and left a message, I have had no response from anyone from the company to date, 8-15-20, this is unacceptable in my opinion, I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Customers be aware of the non-existence of their customer service.

Ordered a dometic brisk air 2 15k air conditioner and three associated parts. The three parts came with no issue. The actual air conditioner was another story. The air conditioner came via UPS and looked as if someone dropped it from a three story building. Why use the manufactures box to ship - have no earthly idea. I refused the shipment - was a Thursday. I tried to contact RV Parts Country - rather impossible due to no voice communication being available on their end. Tried emailing sales - waste of time. Tried their ticketing system - another waste of time. Was told, via a service rep in the ticket, to email "Returns". In the mean time UPS tried to deliver the ac unit again - was Friday of the same week. Refused the shipment again and told the driver, for a second time, to not attempt delivery again. Driver told me the shipper requested it be delivered. "Returns" had not made contact with me so it was at that point I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I'll never do business with RV Parts Country again. BTW - review the yelp reviews.
I orderd a toilet for my rv a month ago these people said it was on backorder after 2 weeks I asked to be refunded they wont answer the phone nor will they email you back in a timely fashion worst company ever I'm surprised there still in business I'm filing a complaint with the BBB after I leave my bank in the morning I would advise anybody to read the reviews on this company before purchasing anything,, but those people dont have a problem taking your $$Money
On Feb 24,2017 we received notice that FedEx delivered our RV washer/dryer. However, I was at home and there was no delivery. I contacted FedEx (Schertz, TX) and was told by Rebecca that the company RVPartsCountry had sent them a "LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION" to return the product without delivering it. Then, I contacted the RV Parts Co., (by Chat... you can't call them) and was told there was a mix up and once the product comes back to them, they will resend it back out. I said we paid an additional cost to have it delivered fast and they said that is the normal charge and would not give us back the money. It was like talking to a wall, they would not listen... "There was a mix up" was all I could get out of them and they wouldn't explain why they sent it back before delivery not would they explain why they LIED and told us FedEx tried to deliver when they never did. Extremely Disappointed...

Delivery of my order was prompt and everything looks correct. I have just recieved my order therefore I have not installed anything. I do not anticipate any problems.
I needed to replace my A/C unit on the camper. Best price I found and shipped next day. What more could you ask for.

Answer: Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.
Answer: They probably wont send you a new one. You will have to send it back and pay for shipping yourself (as was my experience).
