No complaints about the product or price, but you should know how FedEx follows delivery instructions. I will admit that the product is a little on the heavy side to ship. It is not a one person lift and the shipping companies don't have two people on their delivery vehicles. Here is pictures of how we found the AC unit. We are letting it sit in it's proper orientation for a few days before we install.
Order came fast and was in good shape. My overall experience was my tech person was told door panels would work from my old fridge, they didn't. Trying to order them now and your web site is not user friendly.
From the time we placed our order to the time that our order arrived was just a matter of days. Communication from this company was excellent, they always kept us up to date. The order arrived actually a day earlier than expected and in good condition. I would highly recommend this company
I received what I ordered when expected. My only concern is that I didn't receive the email receipt after I completed the order. I wanted to be sure I placed the order correctly. Then I had to wait 24 hours to receive a responsr from customer service and when you try to call you are not allowed to talk to anyone you must use the website. Also, I have not been able to log out of the website. That is odd. Delivered box looks good. Hopefully the AC works well when installed.
Placed and order. Two days later a refund was posted via my payment method. No explanation. After contacting they said item was not available from supplier. Selling products they don't have.
Do not order from this company. Their phone number is only a recording and the only email address listed puts you in an endless cycle of whose on first. Product was damaged during shipping. No response from customer service at 13 days. I have damaged parts just sitting here and a hole in my RV where the air conditioner should be.
Mat arrived earlier than stated, which was great, it's well-made, exactly the color and design I ordered, more beautiful in hand, and because it's reversible, I can change the look of my outdoor area whenever I want. Exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order from this company again!
I received an RV air condition that was damaged, the box was covered in oil upon receiving. The only way to communicate with this company is via email. I immediately emailed them and told them. They said they would send shipping label to have item shipped back. That was on Wednesday May 5 th. Finally after several emails I got the shipping label on Friday May 7 th. The unit was picked by fedex on Saturday May 8. The unit arrived to RV parts county on Tuesday May 11,2021 at 929 am. Signed for by J. HACKER. I have an email stating that when the damaged unit was received that RV Parts County would ship a new unit out that same day. Now they say it will be 4 to 5 weeks before they will send a replacement. I have ask for a refund.
Horrible company offered me 67 for cosmetic look at picture do you think refrigerant will flow through thatdamaged air condition that local hvac company said cost to repair was greater than its value 750.00 without a new shroud. After giving me the run around for 3 weeks. Cannot talk to a person phone # refers you to customer service and hangs up, why have it submitted claim to cc company see what happens
Sent the wrong brand item, which clearly had factory damage, and missing parts. Looked like a second or return. Impossible to reach these people. They do not answer the phone because of "call volume", which happens when you are not delivering what people order. The "online help" does not work, the verification for an email doesn't work. Could they be on the run? Did not have a problem in the past. Maybe new owners or the kids took over. To bad, was good, now dead end.
This place stole 1,127 dollars of my money. They have delivered nothing. I have been waiting over 4 months for a dometic refrigerator. They have given excuses, but have refunded nothing. Contact London, Kentucky police department. These are professionals internet scammers with a phone number that does not answer.
I ordered a small item last Sunday. Not enough money to be a big deal to the seller but necessary for me to get my fiver ready to roll. It showed up yesterday (Wednesday). I had shipping confirmation by noon on Monday. Awesome service!
Anyone can shop and buy a product. It's when you have an issue and how it is handled and that's when I like to give my feedback. I am restoring an old Class A and been buying so many parts for it online due to prices. Bought from a couple different retailers, of course being a rookie, I had a few mistakes and returns. RV Parts Country is the only company I have bought from that does what they say when returning and was prompt with giving our money back. RV Parts Country has now been my 1st go to for parts. I've only had 1 return, but made 4 orders so far and everything has been good. I feel like good companies should be rewarded and wanted to let everyone know my good experience.
Was needing to replace my A/C shroud on my RV after determining the sun had taken its toll on the current one.
After identifying the make and model a Google search brought up RV Parts Country. I was able to fond the part i needed at a good price. Ordering was easy.
The part arrived 2 days later and was exactly as order.
I ordered an air conditioner. It came in a timely manner but it was damaged. That's where the trouble began put in a damage claim and they have been very slow to resolve the issue. When I call the number I just get a recording and then I'm disconnected. Other parts that were sent we're not right for my application. It would be nice to be able to talk to a person. This shouldn't be so hard
Easy to find the water pump I need. Easy to order and pay. Great price. Quick delivery. What more needs to be said? I would definitely order here again.
Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the not answering back about missing weatherguard on Dometic awning. Actually received awning a little earlier than expected but was missing plastic weatherguard once received. I contacted there customer service/tech department over month ago an haven't heard anything back.
I ordered a A/C part from RV Parts Country a few days ago. I was unsure about which part to order so I used their chat option. The customer Service agent was very helpful and I was able to locate the part I needed quickly and easily! I also received my part in 2 days!
I ordered a Fridge from these folks. Nobody else could get the product. I even went to the Mfg and they couldn't provide it. These guy Delivered. I was told it would take 5-6 weeks to get. It came a week early. Haven't installed it yet. But it's brand new straight from the factory. 8 stars for these guys.
Answer: Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.
Answer: They probably wont send you a new one. You will have to send it back and pay for shipping yourself (as was my experience).
