Quick delivery. All delivered together. Rug was very pretty but there is a very delineated area that appears slightly discolored. Didn't want to deal with return/exchange, but also seems to be part of the intended pattern
For $200 I got a large beautiful rug for my living room. Only took about 3 weeks to get. The website pictures were accurate, no nasty surprises like with some other rug companies. I bought two rugs from another company and had to return them because they looked nothing like what I thought I was buying. I will definitely buy from RugsUSA again.
I ordered 3 rugs from Rugs USA and they all were exactly as site described. Beautiful and perfect for each room purchased for. I even had to email with customer service about a back order item and it was such a simple process to cancel and order a rug that could ship immediately.
Avoid at all costs. RugsUSA let me order a rug that was apparently backordered, but gave me an estimated shipping time of 2 days. It has taken so long (a month now) that I have since moved and had to update my shipping address. They told me that it would ship to my updated address, but of course they didn't make that change and FedEx confirmed delivery to my previous address, which I am unable to access. I reached out to RugsUSA about this multiple times but the case is "under investigation" for a few more days, despite having confirmation of delivery to my previous address from FedEx. An absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I wish I could get a full refund for the massive hassle this has caused me. Should've just ordered from Wayfair or Amazon, who are always quick and reliable. Will never purchase from here again, and I strongly recommend that you choose a different company!

My order was delayed multiple times. I didn't receive it until 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered it. The rug had many small bald patches when I opened it up. They were dime sized bald patches. And I also did find tiny black dots on different areas of the rug. I took a chance and kept it because I thought it would fade out but it never did.

After reading the reviews, I was 100% skeptical. However, ordered any way. Credit card wouldn't go through 2 times. Bit got email for the company. Called in and placed my order. Got my order on the exact delivery date. No problems at all. My rug was everything I expected it to be! I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I even got 10% of my order.
The rug is perfect! It's exactly as shown and described. Because it's shag it's comfy to walk on barefoot. You feel like you curl up on the rug while chatting with friends or reading a book.
This is the second rug I've purchased from Rugs USA and the first one was everything I hoped it would be, too.
One little annoyance: Both times when I went through the payment process, their website wouldn't accept my credit card even though it had a small balance. Their website forces me to pay through PayPal. It's much more preferable to pay via the credit card directly.
Your website never lets me pay directly with my credit card. I always have to pay through PayPal.
I love the runner! Exactly what I was looking for at a good price. This rug is a beautiful combination of neutral shades & blends well with other patterns in my den.
I had an issue with the delivery service. The original delivery was on Thursday, when I knew I would be home. On my way out of town on Tuesday I received an email that my rug was to be delivered that day so I arranged for my daughter to pick it up on her way home from work. I then received an email saying that as no one was home they were unable to deliver. When I emailed them on Thursday, they replied that they were trying to locate my order. I never received another notice & my rug was left at my garage door the following Wednesday. Communication should have been better.

I wasn't expecting a luxurious, high quality rug for $100 but for the price (and being washable) it's pretty good. However, it had some bare spots so I reached out to customer service and they offered me a hefty partial refund which I was more than happy to get!

I ordered 5 rugs in January. One came right away, 2 others I just got, and I'm still waiting on 2. It's almost April. Poor communication on the backorders, I have not been kept up on the status of the continual delays. I've called customer service half a dozen times but it does no good. I wonder if I'll ever get the rugs?

I bought two different sizes of the same rug because they advertise "easy" returns with "discounted" shipping rates. Turns out they charge you an arm and a leg for return shipping, they suggest buying shower curtains to wrap your returns, but Fedex doesn't even accept those and charged me MORE to wrap the returned rugs. RugsUSA responded to one of 3 complaint emails and the one response was completely useless. I am out $80 for just trying to do business with this company, and I only spent $250 to begin with! Absolute sham and waste of time and money!
If you order from them you probably won't get a rug. Won't get your money back either. What you WILL get is lies. Every single person I communicated with lied... "Your order is ready to ship." "We have escalated the follow up to our warehouse." "It's just waiting to be picked up." Allow 24-48 hrs for the tracking number." "Only my supervisor can issue a refund." "My supervisor is in a meeting." "My supervisor will call you back in two hours." ALL LIES! They took my money, didn't ever ship the order, and wouldn't give my money back. Bunch of thieves. This place is a scam. Don't buy from them!
Rug took a month to arrive with repeated calls to customer service which replied with canned response. Never would let me speak to a supervisor. When rug finally arrived it had a huge crease in it from being rolled up wrong at the factory
Easy to find what I wanted. Although my first shipment was apparently lost the customer service was great and a new one was sent and arrived promptly. It is exactly as pictured and perfect for the intended space. Am delighted with my new rug!
We ordered 3 rugs from the site and one of the rug had small spotting on it. We connected with the customer care and they provided us an option to keep it at 40% off or return the product. They were very helpful in providing the support.

Billing & shipping address were wrong. I tried to correct within 15 min of transaction via email since it was 11:15pm est, also called the next morning at 9:00am. Company refused to change the information. Rugs were delivered to a different state. They would not refund my money or re-ship to correct address. I also asked for the transaction to be cancelled if they could not amend the billing and delivery address, two phone reps refused. The second rep indicated she updated my information and made a request for the delivery to be re-routed, but this was not done. They charge for returns even though it was delivered incorrectly. This is a dishonest company that makes order corrections deliberately difficult.

Policy for return says 30 days from purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I haven't received it in more than 30 days. No customer service. When I called looks like someone's cell. He answered like Hello yes who is this? Unprofessional

I've been waiting on my rug since I placed my order the beginning of May- I have yet to receive it and it's the end of the month. Customer service is terrible and I haven't received my refund. It's been 2 weeks. I've called countless times and left multiple emails. Don't order from this company- guarantee you can order the same thing from a different company and get it twice as fast.
We absolutely love the rug. It's gorgeous and better than we could have hoped. Unfortunately, OnTrac " lost" our order for ten days and didn't communicate that to us until I called them. They were rude and basically said that I had to get RugdUSA to just send me another one.

My large rugs were shipped folded
Not rolled. Still fighting with heavy fold lines and wrinkles. Ordered large rugs a couple of years before without any problem - rolled and smooth. Disappointed this time.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
