Received two rugs from these jokers, both with a ripped edge and a hole large enough to put a hand through. Despite numerous emails regarding the problem, complete with photos, I received no response until I filed a claim with Paypal. Been a month - no pickup, no refund, no response whatsoever. Do not order these poor quality, ugly, bait and switch rugs from this reprehensible company.
After several weeks waiting for delivery, although that exceeded the promised delivery date, I called to ask when I could expect delivery.
Apparently my rug was lost in transit. No record was found.
Or perhaps it was found because my rug appeared on my front porch approx. A week after my phone call. The rug pad was ordered at the same time and arrived well before the rug.
I placed an order for 2 rugs on 12/14/2018. I called 12/26/2018 to find out when rugs will be shipped. CS rep said they are on back order 3 to 6 months. No email, phone call, just me waiting. They said system just showed back order. You would think they would know if the first five days they didn't have the product. Now they will take 3 to 7 days to refund my credit card. I guess a box store will get my money.
Despite all of the bad reviews I had seen, I took a chance, given that they actually had furniture in stock and I was tired of shopping around. The shipping was fast and communication was up to par. My couch came exactly as pictured with zero damage. Very happy with my purchase!
I bought two rugs and three runners. They arrived and the quality was horrible. The rugs look like dollar store quality. I contacted Rugs USA to initiate a return. $124 return fees! Non Negotiable! Think twice before buying!
After reading quite a few bad reviews about this company, I was very hesitant to order from them. However, when I saw a lamp I wanted at half the price Overstock was selling it, I took a chance. I bought two of the lamps. Delivery was fast, and the lamps arrived in pristine condition. Even the lampshades were perfect, and I've had issues with lampshades from Wayfair and Overstock, but not these. I got two lamps for the price of one on Overstock and couldn't be happier.
I can't even review the rug or quality because I am so dissatisfied with the return policy. I must have clicked the size larger than I needed when ordering (my fault, I know), but the rug is too big for my room. It will be $139 for a return shipping label, then I have to pay additional for Fedex to come pick it up. I am so disappointed. This is an incredibly expensive error.
I bought one of your rugs online. It's a great rug. But because it was too small and I live in Canada, I couldn't return it. At first I was told there was nothing I could do and that I'd probably have to ship the carpet myself for the exchange (which would cost the same price as a new rug). But then after you reviewed my issue, you gave me a full refund, allowing me to keep the carpet plus additional discount for my next purchase. I was surprised but very happy and amazed at how great your customer service was.

I enjoy the design of the rug and it is soft. It sadly despite following instructions will not fluff up like a normal rug. The tufting is in rows spaced a bit too far apart to brush into a flat fluffy surface so it looks a bit awkward/cheap and not very shag. I won't return it because of how large it is, it would well enough, but it is much thinner than I had hoped.

Beautiful pattern, great price, disappointed in the quality: the product fibers/material has a sheen, the edges are woven with a polyester fiber, when vacuumed it frays.
If I had known ahead of time I would have selected a different product.
Worst of the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. First of all, it took them three weeks just send me my carpet that I had ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting, I received a wrong order :( it took them one week to email me prepaid label and hours on the phone. People stay away from this website.
Gave a 4-rating overall because product description on website is not consistent with labels on back of the rug. This made it impossible to know whether I received the correct product without first opening the package. If I would have had to return it due to product error, this would have been highly inconvenient. Consumer ease in this regard is recommended.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Rug was what I expected quality wise, not a top grade rug, but good for the price. The colors were not quite as shown or described. Colors were off from site and what I consider as old color schemes. Not modern up to date colors for this particular rug. It works for me for now and I will keep it, but if I had paid much more for it, it would go back. I feel like you are trying to get rid of old colors with cheap prices. Probably would not order from you again. Rug pad looks to be a nice one though.

The first rug never got delivered cuz was always on back order... yet it was still listed for sale on your site?!. So i finally cancelled after waiting a couple of months and ordered a different rug... that one was delivered in a very timely manner... wrapped well... just love it. Even nicer than the picture

Baclk order finally cancelled. Had to find new rug
I ordered a shag luxe rug, 5x8. $80. It arrived. Lol, are u kidding me? This is the lowest quality, piece of crap, thin, and not even cut and sewn correctly. It isn't even cut straight! It curves in at the corners and it shows! It's so thin there is absolutely NO cushion underfoot. U can even see through this rug to the dark 1/8 inch thin padding it's sewn on. I'm soooo upset! It's the holidays n I waited for this rug only to have to return it. When I tried returning it, I was hassled and argued with. They advertise no hassle returns! That's BS! They advertise Quality. That's just a toilet bowl of vomit! LIARS!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I won't waste more of my life dealing with RugsUSA except to tell future customers -- buyer beware! They will send you the wrong product then after you must call in multiple times to update multiple representatives on multiple days about your return, they will promise you an exchange, a FedEx pickup, a tracking number, a call back, an email, and more that they never intended to arrange! Never again.
Thick soft jute rug is being used as a runner for me. It's great. It blends in with everything, is very natural and with a felt pad with rubber on that bottom it doesn't move even with the dog running through the house
My granddaughter is a real diva and likes things just so, even at 5 years old.
I recently created a bedroom for her at my house with a yellow and gray pallet ( not the usual pink) and the rug we chose was perfect.
This is the absolute worse company and customer service team. I ordered a rug and rug pad on 11/28! I received the rug pad with zero update on my rug. The rug pad doesn't do me any good without a rug. They make it impossible to contact customer service. After leaving a poorly reviewed comment on Facebook I received the attached message. How helpful is this? Still no update on my rug, nor have I been contacted from customer service. They happily charged me fully for a useless rug pad and rug I don't have though. Do not order from here!
The RugsUSA website is easy to use. They have a vast number of rug styles, patterns, and colors but it is easy to narrow your search so that you can find what you want pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable and the shipping is prompt and the goods arrive safely. Overall, I am satisfied with my rugs. The most recent purchase was my fourth one from RugsUSA.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
