It is exactly the right color and size that I needed. I don't think it's going to last as long as I would have liked. The edges are already starting to fray. It hasn't been two months since I purchased it. The rug did have a damp smell when I opened it. Maybe that's why…
The frustrating part was that we ordered an item which showed as in-stock, but was instead back-ordered. The item missed its estimated in-stock date a couple times without a new date being given until I inquired about it. The person providing support was helpful, once I reached out to ask why we weren't getting better updates.
The item seems pretty good for the price, consistent with what we expected.
I love our new rug. It is absolutely perfect for my son's room. It is exactly what I had hoped for, as it looks just like the photos on the website. It pulls the room together and puts a smile on my face each day! The natural handmade imperfect beauty makes it so perfect to me. I love that it is made from something old to give it a new life. Absolutely gorgeous!

Love my rug! The colors are beautiful (just as shown) and the delivery was wayyy quicker than expected. It was here in less than a week and with all the shipping issues going on now, I really thought it would be at least two weeks.
The only thing that would make it better was a option to set a price range. Oh, and maybe some mid-priced rugs ($200 range).
The rug arrived quickly and is just as pictured. It's very soft to walk on and so far I've had no problem with it staying out on my balcony as an outdoor rug. It's been a month and has been rained on, baked in the sun, etc, and the rug shows no signs of weather damage. Fingers crossed!
The rug was left in my bushes, in the mud, so that was unpleasant. After I got it cleaned up and inside, the rug was good, though the edges continue to curl up. I've tried weighing them down and hope that will help. The pattern is brighter than the image on the website. I'd prefer it more muted and aged-looking, as it is a Persian-style rug, but the design is still pretty.
I am waiting on a return for a cushion WS*******. Unfortunately I ordered a few different things and the way you do everything by an invoice number and not a description of the product has made it difficult to tell which order you are talking about. I was very unhappy as my rug was just dropped at the corner of my street, nowhere near my house. Neighbors spotted it and I drove out and got it. I put in a request to return the cushion about 10 days ago and have heard nothing.

After looking at the photo online the rug looked thick and just what we were looking for. You know the kind when you walk in someone's home and you just sink into the carpet around the coffee table. We even bought the best pad. It's not much better then walking on a bath mat. Disappointed on that fact but the color in the rug is the color we have been looking for.
We ordered to rugs, natural woven rugs. The dark rug stained the white carpet underneath it for good (see photos). The other natural rug tore in six places within weeks. You get what you pay for here. I have to replace the entire carpet in the master where the rug was laid. It stained it within days (I didn't realize it was staining it until it was too late). While they are large rugs and are cost effective, you will end up paying more replacing what is under them.
I received two rugs from them. Neither one worked out unfortunately. They will accept my return, but charged me alot of money to do so. They advertise that they have great return rates, but this is not true. I used to have a business with UPS and FedEx accounts and the rate is significantly better than what most people will find. They are charging alot of money, and it is quite disappointing. Other rugs you can buy online, and they have "free" return shipping. I would caution you that unless you are 100% sure you will love the rug, do not buy from them. You can get a great rug and not have to run the risk of high return fees with other companies. I don't mind paying something so much as I am very annoyed at the price they are charging. I am still looking for two rugs, but will purchase them elsewhere because of this.
My order was delayed several weeks even past their anticipated delivery date.
Rug is ok—it's very prettt, but very very thin and while I ordered the thicker rug pad, I have to say it's not a pad, just a piece of fabric that goes between your carpet and floor. Wish I would've gone to carpet store and purchased a real carpet pad as I have done in the past. I got this for our family room with an active toddler and the price was right for a short term solution.
I received my rug with no invoice at all. After it was too big and too thin I decided to return it. I was going to be charged 139 dollars for a 279 dollar rug. There is no info of this on the website. I would avoid ordering from this company again and wish I would have known this in the future.
This website scammed me and promotes false advertisement. I bought two of their rugs for their Black Friday deal which was buy one get one 50%. They only sent me the one I bought for full price, I reached out a month later for the second rug and they said it was out of stock but I could wait 3-6 months, I decided to wait. 3 months later, a rep reached out again and asked if I would still like to wait, I said "yes". A couple weeks after that, another rep reaches out and forces me to cancel the rug and states there is no back in stock date for the rug I got 50% off on. The rep only offers me 15% off for a replacement and refuses to honor the original Black Friday deal which was the whole point of me buying one at full price. Not even because I waited so long for a rug I was never going to get, unbeknownst to be. The worst part is that the very next day the rug is back in stock and still is, and they ultimately lied so I won't get it for half off. Do not buy from here!

I really like the color of this rug, it brightens my room a lot, I do think it is thinner than expected andI have a 3/4 inch rug pad under it. It is very soft though! Overall happy. Hopefully it holds up to the kids wear and tear.
Selection and prices are great! I ordered three separate runners. One was the incorrect color and size but Customer Service was great and rectified the issue in a reasonable time. The rugs are a little bit thin, however they look and feel great in their designated locations. They appear to be good quality for the prices paid. I would recommend this company for purchases.
I do feel that it should have been replaced, as I have to cover it up due to it being noticeable. Instead, I was not refunded 20.00 with a comment that my "warranty" is now null and void.
If your price is low due to flawed merchandise, please state this on your site.
Only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the rug is an inch short of the measurements that are on the description. But didn't have time to replace it for a different one. Is nice and it doesn't show stains even though is white. Love it
I haven't had a chance to enjoy the rug quite yet, because I'm still waiting for my couch to come in. However, so far everything looks according to the photo. I do think it will take a little while for the rug to fluff out.
As far as purchasing and delivering-everything went smoothly.

Ordered a black and tan rug. Received a black and green one. After about 10 emails back and forth they assured me I had received the right item (I didn't). I asked them to look at the link on their own website that I had ordered from---it shows a black and tan rug. Absolutely painful experience from a customer service standpoint.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
