My first rug was left out in the weather by the delivery service. The rug was wet and stinky when we found it. I called rugs USA and they replaced it no questions asked. Got the new rug within the week.

Lamps were not the quality I was expecting. I've placed an initial return on the 4 lamps I ordered and have never received a follow up email with the ability to print the return labels.

I received the lamp and it has a little hole in the glass. Don't have time for returns.

I always check the Rugs USA website first and usually buy from Rugs USA. The pricing is reasonable, the selection is varied with different styles / sizes and the rugs are great- better than expected. This last rug I bought is perfect for what I wanted.

I love the rug... my review is not about the rug at all. The rug was delivered in HORRIBLE condition. It was not rolled up. It was wadded up like an old tarp and wrapped with tape. It took several days to get the rug to finally lie flat.

The rug looks exactly as described and is cute. It's a not a heavy pile rug, which I expected. I'm putting it on carpet in my office, so that's actually what I was looking for.

Shipping was pretty quick given that a lot of shipments are delayed in the US right now. I had to return one rug because it was a different color than what I expected (more yellow than cream/white). I had to pay for packaging on the return as well as the return shipment cost, which was unfortunate. Another rug I received was more yellow than cream/white, but I kept it anyways because I liked the pattern.

Always have good experiences when I shop for rugs here. I believe all my rugs in my home are from Rugs USA and I have quite a few since my home is all wood floors.
