I love my rug but I did not like it folded like a burrito. I have always recieved rugs rolled. Trying to get the wrinkles out.

Easy to order. Great value. Love the texture of the rug. Was afraid it might be too rough under my bare feet, but it's not at all. I set it outside for a few hours after I received it to get the "natural" smell out (and sprayed it with Febreze). That helped, but smell lingered for about a week (I am sensitive to smells). That eventually went away. I really love it. Especially the fringe. Goes great with my beach bungalow style.

Love the fact of washing these rugs! They have great quality rugs at a reasonable price

The rug is nice and good quality but still hasn't totally flattened out yet, not sure how to get it to flatten out completely

I absolutely love the rugs! They're beautiful! I didn't realize I would have to cut the pad to fit. I'm almost 70 yrs old and it was difficult for me to be on the floor trying to cut the pad for my 9x12 rug. It would be nice if the pad was already the right size. Nowhere in the description did it say it wasn't going to fit. This is the only reason I gave a 4 Star review.

I ordered a rug that I love. They updated me on tracking times and arrival times so I would know exactly when it is here.

The rug was darker than I anticipated and smaller than I anticipated.

We were a bit hesitant about getting a rug online but for the price we decided to take a chance and it was totally worth it. Our rug is beautiful, not too soft but that's ok because we weren't looking for softness, we were looking for a similar pattern and we found just the right one at Rugs USA.
