They lie about the lead time. HORRIBLE communications. Order ships in several different pieces. I ordered 3 rugs and 4 pads a month ago (all items "in stock" and "ship within 24 - 48 hours", still don't have 2 of the 4 pads (which are NO DEAL, btw, they're less expensive elsewhere) so I can't even put my creased/folded up rugs down properly. Been waiting over a week with one of them to relax. Yeah, it's not relaxing. Another rug came in about the same thickness as a bath towel. Poor quality. Cheap enough, sure. But I'd rather spend a bit more money to actually have my order shipped to me completely. They're quick to take your money though.
First off, they moderate reviews and only allow positive ones. I know this because I've submitted bad reviews that were never "approved" by their moderation. That should be the first red flag.
I ordered a lamp on black friday. It is January 7 and I finally received it after a month's back and forth through email. It came in the worst packaging I've ever seen. There are flecks of foam covering my entire living room, couches, stuck to my hair, my clothes, even my dog. Which would be funny if I wasn't so angry.
The lamp itself is a piece of garbage. It's very obviously cheaply made and does not screw into place. I managed to get the bottom on, but the top parts literally don't attach. It is defective. After all this time, it's effing defective.
I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm sitting here seething and want to prevent anyone else from having the same experience. If it's priced to good to be true... it's too good to be true. Don't forget that.
I just received 2 lamps I ordered from you all. I was so excited to get what I thought would be beautiful lamps. My family tried to surprise me by having them out for me before I got home therefore the boxes got thrown away. I am very disappointed in the quality of these lamps... very cheap looking. The screw off piece on the top is scuffed up and one shade has spots all over it. I will never order from you all again. Honestly wish I could send them back. Not a happy customer at all.
Rug was correctly featured on website — was shipped quickly; however the rug, 9 x 12 size, was folded rather than on a roll when packaged. It took 3 weeks for most of the wrinkles to straighten and even now one is still not out.
Rug arrived a bit later than expected but was still within a few weeks of ordering during a labor shortage so I can't really complain. Product seems nice for the price. No scent or off-gassing at all which is nice. My only complaint is that it was listed as tufted wool but has loops. I had specifically wanted to avoid loops due to snagging dog toenails, but I like the rug so kept it and we'll see how it wears.
It was wonderful. Worth the wait. I purchased 2 indoor and 1 outdoor and we are thrilled with both of them! Getting ready to purchase one more for my living room! They came ready to roll out and laid flat from the moment I put them down…no curled up corners or anything!

I bought this outdoor rug for my patio and upon rolling it out, loved it. The colors were bright and vibrant. However within a month or two, the colors faded---orange became yellow, etc. I was OK with that, however within 6 months, the edges and corners began fraying, so much so that people trip over it. When I phoned RugsUSA (calls are not within the USA however), a supervisor told me that they can only replace or guarantee up to 90 days. So, be warned, this $200+ rug is only good temporarily. I would not do business with a company that does not reasonably stand behind their product.
So, I like the rug. It's not going to work in my space now that I'm looking at it, but the rug itself is nice.
The delivery however was down with the rug folded instead of rolled- the rug now has several kinks in it that no matter how many weights or opposite folds I do- they're still there.
Pros-
-delivers very timely
-the rug is good quality
Cons-
Came folded with creases I may never get completely out.
Over all a 8/10 experience
Sent the wrong rug and only gave a $10 discount to make it ok. I accepted or would have had to pay for shipping it back again. Do not recommend.
The rug they sent was similar, but obviously cheaper and different colors and patterns where it mattered.

I really love the rug. That's the only good thing about my experience purchasing from Rugs USA. The website claimed free 2 day shipping and that didn't happen. The only reason that I got it 10 days later was because I called many times demanding answers for why my rug was never shipped. Nobody ever had a real answer for me. Every customer service rep I spoke to seemed to have no clue what was going on and just kept blaming the warehouse. It took many phone calls, a live chat, and emailing to get my rug shipped. They lied about their 2 day shipping and one rep even tried to get me to order the rug again and be out double the cost temporarily in hopes that it would ship. I was even hung up on once and I'm not an unkind customer. I meet customer service reps with patience, empathy and understanding. I was given lousy excuses and nobody could really help me until I pushed and pushed for them to ship the rug. They gladly took my money right away though.

Love the products and their quality. Also impressed with the fast shipping! I've bought a few rugs so far and have never had a problem.
Took almost 2 months to get my money back for a return after being forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. They even had the audacity to still charge me for the return! Also this company operates out of an offshore location. Buyer beware!
Shopping and fast shipping was wonderful! The rugs are beautiful. The only issue is how much the are "shedding" It might have been nice to have a bit of waring about that. Hopefully they slow down their shedding bc we really like their look.

I loved loved LOVED being able to use the "see in room" feature. It really helped me weed out rugs I thought were really cute, but didn't work with the rest of my room. Was a little weary buying a rug online just not being able to see/ feel the exact texture etc, but overall SO happy! Not to mention shipping was super fast, and my rug showed up in amazing condition. I will definitely be using Rugs USA again for any future rug purchases. Thank you a million times!
Love the rugs that I bought (5 total). One came really fast, but the other 4 took quite a while. The tracking information was not helpful at all. Other than some minor delivery frustration, it's been a good experience!
Very easy process and shipment arrived a few days earlier than expected. Great service and even better product. My rug is so pretty in person and fits my space perfectly. I recommend Rugs USA to family, friends and coworkers!
Been waiting on my rug going on week 3! Still no update and sitting at FedEx. First was given 9-26 and then it was 10-1. Both dates have come and gone. Called their customer service and they don't know either! I'm told to wait another 3 business days to see if FedEx has updated. Horrible
Horrible. Horrible. Was also suppose to receive a call back and didn't. Notified them on social media - no avail. So now I'm reviewing.
Rug we ordered was extremely poor quality - colors were not well dyed and overall the rug felt very cheap. Unfortunate for a $240 rug. Similar to other online rug orders, quality can be difficult to tell from online so we decided to return. The company states on their website that they do charge for returns, but does not list how much anywhere. Other competitors charge $25, which seems reasonable given the size of what is being shipped. In this case, the rug actually folds into a box (instead of the long rolled tubes), so we were expecting $25 or even less.
In reality the company tried to charge us over 20% of the value of the rug to return it. Again, a $8 flat rate shipping label from a FedEx or USPS would be enough to get this bad boy across the country. Chatted to confirm that was the right amount and it was.
Poor quality and misleading policies lead to a company trying to take advantage of consumers. Will not be shopping with them again!
Site was great. Shipping & Tracking also great. Products were as described. Product prep/packaging ruined it all. Rug was folded instead of being rolled. This meant that the center of the rug is now very badly stretched. After 2+ weeks the carpet still won't lay flat. It's so bad that people trip on the excess.

It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. I regret so badly ever buying from them. I have been given multiple delivery dates, multiple excuses as to why they can't give me a good tracking number. They are very quick to blame Fedex for allowing the carpet to just sit on their trucks and hold it. If I were fedex I'd pull my contract with them.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
