Rug was exactly as described on site and looks perfect in my space. I haven't had any issues with the edges sticking up at all. This is the second rug I've purchased from Rugs USA and will definitely purchase from them again.
Easy. Clear. Obviously it's difficult to feel what your receiving., scary. Easy, arrived in timely manner. After a month, my rug still has a few ripples… not sure if they will ever go away…we even steamed it? But overall it's not bad.
Bought a rug that looked great in photo but it arrived rug FOLDED up vs rolled up. Who does that? The resulting "fold lines" due to the hard scratchy, non pliable backing would not come out, even after laying flat on the floor for 2 weeks. By the time I heard back from them, I'd gone on vacation. They would refund rug if I sent back - they suggested I get a 'plastic shower curtain' to wrap up the rug before the 30 days return deadline or send photos of the rug to verify my claims. So I my neighbor took photos which I sent to Rugs.com to get a 40% refund. I bought another rug at Home Depot, and this one is rolled up hoping someday those folds come out. Shout out to their customer service though - we exchanged many emails during this time and they followed through beautifully. I had also ordered a matching runner, but I was able to cancel before it arrived.
I cannot believe how fast my order arrived! The whole process was so easy and there were no hidden fees. No customs fees due upon arrival. Tracking was very easy too. The carpet is great quality and looks fantastic in my son's room. Will be ordering another one soon. Maybe more things as well…
Products seem to be quality at a fair price. Will let you know once I receive my rug. First time shopping with you. Received my rug. It was packaged very well. It rolled out flat rather quickly and has remained so with just a little weight on the corners the first day or so. Would highly recommend this company for rugs. Quality is great and guests have already remarked positively about the rug.
The rug is perfect. The delays created by Fed Rx were ridiculous. The original delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I have ample covered porch space and the driver opted to leave us a note saying they could not leave it securely. This caused a four day delay in getting the rug which we ended up picking up from a distribution center.
I received my rug Dec. 2nd and yes the smell lingers for a while. The rug is extremely soft which is nice. Some water got on the rug accidentally and now it's buckling in several places away from the spill. I've never experienced such a thing with any rug I have ever had. Not happy about it at all.
Good selection and quality but some of the items I bought didn't end up working like I wanted. The Easy return policy is simple enough but requires the customer to pay return shipping costs. With heavy things as rugs that takes a decent chunk out of the return sum. Something to consider before buying.

Was kicked out of order 4 times, called customer service waited for 20 minutes, they said discount offered does not apply to vendor rugs... so apparently they are not just selling their brand rugs. Very frustrating and deceptive! Gonna go buy locally.
Did enjoy the view the rug in your room feature. But if you can't buy it? Wasted an hour of my life.
I have been a happy customer of rugs USA for several years. In the past I've been very pleased with both the quality and beauty. That being said, I purchased an outdoor rug halfway thru last season. It was starting to separate, but I thought I'd just have my daughter mend it. It was put in the garage for the winter and taken out again mid May. This is what it looks like on June 1st. We are all adults in this house. There is no reason other than poor quality. I wrote to the company and they offered a $25 credit. Totally unacceptable in my book. No further response, so I'm left to write reviews and let other consumers know not to order this rug. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again, as pretty as the rugs look they can't be counted on for quality.

It will be 2 years in a month, contacted them several times, told me what to do both times, everything I had been doing with no change. The rugs is now going in the trash, very disappointed because the size and color were perfect

Item was ordered 5/7, with delivery of 5/10. Did not arrive. Per agent, it would take "24-48 hours" to hear an update from warehouse. 72 hours later, no update. Placed on truck on 5/14, after numerous emails asking for update. Set to be delivered 5/17. Was told by agent it would arriving. Did not arrive. Again, delayed. Still have not received rug. Unacceptable. This is not how you run a business.

It has been three weeks since I ordered my rug. The rug was listed as having two day shipping and being in stock. I have not been able to get any information from customer service on 1.) whether the rug is actually in stock and exist or 2.) when - if ever - I can expect the rug to come. I have been told every day for a week and a half that they are waiting on the warehouse to get back to them for more information which should take 1-3 days. This is one of the most frustrating and ridiculous shopper experiences I've ever had. I'm stunned.
I'd had strong recommendations from friends about this brand but it would appear I've been sold a rug that doesn't exist with zero information from customer service in the three weeks I've been communicating with them.
Do your research and consider shopping elsewhere.

Overpriced Walmart garbage make sure you don't feel the sticker off the back of the rug because it will take half of the rug with it. Save your money and go to target an upgrade by far. If you think these are good rugs then you've never had a decent rug. And free returns lol I bought almost $800 worth of rugs and it would've cost me 160 to return them absolutely terrible company with Garbage quality rugs.

I assume people providing positive reviews did not need to return their purchase, because the return policy for this company is absolutely INSANE. Their claims of "Easy returns" is a JOKE. For an $80 rug, I had to pay $20 PLUS shipping (which they say will be deducted from my refund yet they have not told me how much that shipping cost will be even though they have sent my label...) And their 1-800 number isn't in service. This company is honestly a total SCAM. I never have posted a negative review ever in my life... but this company honestly should be ashamed of themselves. They are ripping people off. Buyers beware.

Ordered the rug over two months ago — I really love the pattern and colour. It's exactly as described. The only thing I absolutely hate is that I can't get the rug to lay flat, even after two months. Ive tried so many things. Laying down a coffee table, the kitchen table, and other heavy objects — still no luck. It drives me nuts that it's bubbly when you walk on it

The rug looked fine at first until I walked on it barefoot after some use. After being impaled in the heel 3 times, I surveyed the rug on my hands and knees, and counted at least 10+ equal-sized metal threads coming out of the rug. When I complained to Rugs USA about why/how this was happening and to let them know other customers (kids, adults, pets) could be affected, their *only* response to me was that the rug could not be returned and "this cannot be bypassed by anyone within our company." I didn't even ASK for a refund; I asked why a rug to be used in a household would have metal threads in it which could cause people harm.
Buyer beware.
Ordered June 6, was told it would deliver around June 26, and have neither heard or received anything since... its now July 19
Edit* they reached out to me and refunded my money, definitely would have preferred the rug but I do appreciate that I got my money back. I changed my 1 star rating to 4

I ordered this rug a couple of months before our renovation was completed. The rug started to get all fuzzy just after 2 weeks of being rolled out on top of the pad they recommended. Called customer service and they only take returns within 30 days. This is the worst carpet I have ever owned. Poor customer service and poor quality of products
I reviewed their return policy before I started my refund and then when I actually got ready to return it they added an additional fee. My return amount ended up being almost half of what I paid for the rug when all was said and done. Be careful.

I am so sorry that you weren't happy with your rug. I have reviewed your order and I don't see that any additional fee was added to your return. The only fee that was deducted from your return was the return shipping fee.
The cost to return is based on the item you are returning. Your return cost will be displayed when you process your return and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
