Poor quality. Pulls extremely easy and sheds. Stopped up my vacuum cleaner hose. Very heavy and hard to handle. Wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered.
Sent the wrong rug and only gave a $10 discount to make it ok. I accepted or would have had to pay for shipping it back again. Do not recommend.
The rug they sent was similar, but obviously cheaper and different colors and patterns where it mattered.

The original order was for 2 identical rugs. The order was shipped to the wrong address. We contacted the company, explained the issue and they sent a replacement order. The replacement order was sent to the same WRONG address and they only shipped out 1 rug (supposed to be 2). So here we are weeks later, no rugs and now the order has been cancelled due to a mistake made by the company. Not good customer service at all. Also, the 15% discount is insulting. Keep your discounts and your clueless customer service. We will be ordering elsewhere.

Ordered two Mohawk floor mats early in January. Both paid for via credit card. Received one Jan15. Notified RugsUSA that only one was received via email provided on RugUSA website. As of Jan29, after endless emails and promises to ship the second mat, Mary A Joy with RugsUSA sent an email with a tracking number, but no info on how to track. Tried to respond and email is now blocked. Called customer service and after a long hold while they investigate, I was told they are not responsible for the failure of their vendors! They'll gladly take your money as a middle man, but accept no responsibility if the vendor does not deliver the items. Go to Amazon. At least they will intervene and mitigate on your behalf if vendor fails to deliver.

I just received 2 lamps I ordered from you all. I was so excited to get what I thought would be beautiful lamps. My family tried to surprise me by having them out for me before I got home therefore the boxes got thrown away. I am very disappointed in the quality of these lamps... very cheap looking. The screw off piece on the top is scuffed up and one shade has spots all over it. I will never order from you all again. Honestly wish I could send them back. Not a happy customer at all.

I ordered a small rug 1 days ago and despite their promise of "fast and free shipping" it hasn't even left their warehouse yet and they are telling me it comes from one of their "vendors." So they don't even have control over their own merchandise. Inquiries have not led to any resolution -- they will get back to me in 48 hours? Unacceptable. Do not do business with this company!

Totally trusted Rugs USA reviews based off what I saw from their Instagram account which I now realize was all lies and clearly they give away free rugs for positive reviews from influencers. I've never seen an actual person leave a review or comment on their posts. And I myself left a negative comment which of course was deleted by them promptly. I bought a rug 2wks ago which arrived damaged in the packaging and the rug is completely warped and bended and bumpy. I've tried lying heavy objects on top of it to help flatten it out to no avail. It's been 2wks and their customer service said to wait 3wks for it to flatten out which is convenient as my return window ends at that time. They don't offer any exchanges or replacements for the defective items they ship to customers and we have to pay shipping to return the item. What a rip off! It's a 8x11 rug so it's huge, I should not have to pay shipping which was not my fault they shipped me a bad warpes item I can't use. Make sure you read the countless poor reviews of them on BBB. Wish I had prior to buying from them.

Ordered the rug over two months ago — I really love the pattern and colour. It's exactly as described. The only thing I absolutely hate is that I can't get the rug to lay flat, even after two months. Ive tried so many things. Laying down a coffee table, the kitchen table, and other heavy objects — still no luck. It drives me nuts that it's bubbly when you walk on it

Almost a month ago I returned 2 rugs and 2 carpet pads. Their rugs smelled and the quality was horrible. Only 2 items were refunded. I get the same response that they have contacted the warehouse to locate the items. The Fedex tracking link is conveniently dead. Don't buy from this company, they will keep your money and charge return shipping for their own horrible product. I suggest doing what I did and disputing the charge through your credit card company. They will handle it.

I ordered a rug in the end of Oct. 2020. Expected delivery date Nov. 7,2020. No rug around mid-Nov. I emailed them... said it was backordered until Dec 23 2020. Here it is Jan 9,2021... still no message about the rug. This was hundreds of dollars. At no time does the website say this rug is backordered.

I ordered a shag luxe rug, 5x8. $80. It arrived. Lol, are u kidding me? This is the lowest quality, piece of crap, thin, and not even cut and sewn correctly. It isn't even cut straight! It curves in at the corners and it shows! It's so thin there is absolutely NO cushion underfoot. U can even see through this rug to the dark 1/8 inch thin padding it's sewn on. I'm soooo upset! It's the holidays n I waited for this rug only to have to return it. When I tried returning it, I was hassled and argued with. They advertise no hassle returns! That's BS! They advertise Quality. That's just a toilet bowl of vomit! LIARS!
It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. I regret so badly ever buying from them. I have been given multiple delivery dates, multiple excuses as to why they can't give me a good tracking number. They are very quick to blame Fedex for allowing the carpet to just sit on their trucks and hold it. If I were fedex I'd pull my contract with them.
Billed for 4 rugs, only received three. Customer service is no help. Rugs are poor quality as well. Don't waster your time and money!
After 2 weeks never received rug. Called several representatives and they always passed the buck! They sent pad with no rug! Asked for refund and the claimed I will get one once they reroute the rug to their shipping yard and receive it! They stole my money without providing merchandise! Going to the next step!
I wish I could give this company a good rating, but I can't. I waited and waited all month for this rug to arrive, however, I never once received a shipping update. 20 days went by, and I began speaking with customer service, who admitted to printing my shipping label but basically doing nothing with it. They were not very helpful or kind. It amazes me how they can run all kinds of ads, but they can't fulfill an order. It's been 23 days now, and still no shipping updates. I'm starting to think I was scammed. They sent me the rug mat the first week, and it wasn't even in a box. It was just sitting on my porch, which I thought was really suspicious at the time. The rug was supposed to come in a separate shipment, but yeah... I don't even see it coming at this point. I felt so stupid and invalidated when I spoke to customer service the first time that I'm afraid to even request a refund.
I ordered a rug early August, was delivered September 24, damaged. Immediately began trying to get a return label, finally got one 2 weeks later. Return rug was delivered to them October 16. I received an email that my return was "complete" on October 31. November 9, Mark G. From customer service said he sent the refund that day. November 22, I have still yet to receive a refund and Mark is "forwarding it to the accounting team". Mark lied to me, rugsusa scammed me, I have no rug and no money and I'm pissed.
Do not buy from this company.

Not one to normally go out of my way to leave a review, but I hope this finds someone prior to making the same mistake I did, and that's purchasing from RugsUSA. If you're wondering "how are these rugs so cheap," it's because you're playing the rug lottery. Are there some good products available? Yes. Is there a 100% chance you'll a seamless check-out process? No. Is there a chance they'll ship you the wrong rug and take the shipping cost (20% of rug price— my ‘agent' did the math out loud) out of your refund? Abbbsolutely. If you're fortunate enough (surprise— you will be), they'll even suggest you wrap the rug in a shower curtain when you give it back to the shipping company... let me go ahead and fetch my spare shower curtain RugsUSA. I've seen other people have these issues and figured, for whatever reason, I'd have better luck, and I was very wrong in that assumption. My suggestion: shop in-person, even if it costs a little extra money. It's worth the cost to avoid the shot-in-the-dark that is shopping with this company.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
