The products have always been as described and delivery has consistently been quicker than expected. I've had the oldest rug for about 8 years now and it is still in good condition with the help of a carpet cleaner.

The white portion of the rug was portrayed white in the picture. When I received the rug it was light yellow instead of white. I returned it and am waiting for my refund

I bought 3 rugs with what I though had beautiful colors, but when I received them, all 3 rugs were faded and almost white-ish. See pics attached. One is the Multi Clover Medallion Tassel Area Rug and the other is the Blue Tribal Medallion Area Rug.

This review is regarding my experience thus far. It is not related to the rug I purchased five days ago because the rug has yet to ship. Rug ordered Friday 6/4@ 5am EST. 6/5, email received from Rugs USA with FedEx tracking number and an estimated delivery date of 6/4. Sunday 6/5, no package delivered. Rugs USA order tracking no longer provides an estimated delivery date. No information from FedEx using tracking number. Call FedEx 6/7. They explain that the label was created but the item not yet given to them for shipping. Tuesday 6/8, Rugs USA customer service phone support apologized for the delay and asked me to call back on 6/11 if still no tracking update so the item can be considered lost. Unable to cancel my order at this point. Wednesday 6/9, called Rugs USA to speak with a supervisor. Apparently their business operations does not participate in corporate hierarchy because my request was dismissed both on 6/8 and 6/9. I did however receive a 10% discount simply because I brought to their attention the deceptive online marketing tool use to entice buyers to purchase within a certain time frame to have your order delivered on a specific expedited date. Needless to say, Rugs USA is having a difficult time fulfilling delivery promises. Hopefully the product outweighs their logistics operation. First time being charged for a non custom item and almost one week later item has not shipped out. It would be in their best interest to not charge payment method until item has actually been pulled from the warehouse to be shipped. Pay the couple extra bucks more and stick with Wayfair or Amazon of your not interested in delayed shipping dates.

Please learn from my mistake! I bought 3 rugs and the quality was subpar, the one I have now I purchased at Target and is better quality. So I decided to return them and spent over $200 to return them! I took a $200 loss on buying these rugs online- NEVER AGAIN! DON'T DO IT! Go to an actual store and buy them so you can return and not lose your money! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY STUPIDITY!

Waited almost 2 months for my rug, only for it to to be lost in shipping. Was told I'd receive a refund for it. Ordered a replacement rug. Original rug was suddenly found in shipping, but I was told it was too late to cancel the second. They said they would reroute the second back to their warehouse and only refund me when it was back there. It shipped to me instead. Would not cover shipping cost back to them as I'm in Canada. Would have cost me at least $100 to return a $200 rug. Never received any refund or help from customer service. Most frustrating experience of my life.

My initial experience with Rugs USA was great! I had forgotten to apply my promo code so I chatted with a rep and she took immediate care of it. I purposely purchased the rug I ordered because it could be delivered quickly. The delivery date came and went, with no tracking information available. On the FedEx site it said the order had been picked up - that was it. I emailed Rugs USA for a status update and was told FedEx "lost the package and the rug I ordered won't be back in stock for 3-5 months so they will be refunding my money! To say I'm livid is an understatement! Had I NOT emailed them, I would have NEVER known my order was 'lost' and cancelled. Horrible!

Item was ordered 5/7, with delivery of 5/10. Did not arrive. Per agent, it would take "24-48 hours" to hear an update from warehouse. 72 hours later, no update. Placed on truck on 5/14, after numerous emails asking for update. Set to be delivered 5/17. Was told by agent it would arriving. Did not arrive. Again, delayed. Still have not received rug. Unacceptable. This is not how you run a business.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
