The rug is beautiful and as described. Although I've had it for 3 weeks the corner already has some threading coming out. Nervous to see if it continues to get worse or happened anywhere else.

My rug arrived folded, instead of rolled. It has been lying flat on the floor for a week and a half now, and still has large creases that aren't lying.

Good! I love that you sell washable rugs. Once washed, the rug doesn't fit the backing and the rugs don't stick to the backing like Ruggables

Good! I love that you sell washable rugs. I just wish there were more options foe runners in particular
I buy rugs here a lot. However this one didn't meet expectations, it felt very cheap and wasn't one of my favorites. I kept it bc I was too lazy to return it. I love all of my rugs from here so it was a little disappointing but it will do for now.

I wasn't expecting a luxurious, high quality rug for $100 but for the price (and being washable) it's pretty good. However, it had some bare spots so I reached out to customer service and they offered me a hefty partial refund which I was more than happy to get!
