I ordered from Rotita website in October. I finally received my items and what a DISSAPPOINTMENT! The clothes looks nothing like the pictures they have on there site. The clothes looks homemade and ugly. I ordered a size large and it does not fit since there large is a Chinese large. I've requested a refund they won't. On top of that to get a response it takes days and only through email. I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering, please don't order from this site it's a scam. The pictures on there website belong to other sites I noticed that after I made the mistake in ordering from them. RUN!

I have no idea why this place has 4 stars. I order a gift for my wife on October 1st, paid for 2-5 shipping additional $11 dollars and order was not shipped until October 7th. It's October 9th and shipment is still in China. If I had known that this company was in China I would have never order anything. What a waste of time, energy and money. Items ordered were ill fitting. They were baggy in some places and the material was stretched out (jumpsuit) the print was smudged and generally looked shocking. I couldn't have worn that even if I wanted to. I contacted them to return based on the fact it was faulty. I sent photos as requested. They suggested I keep it and they would knock 10% off. Informed them this was no good to me as would never ever wear it and couldn't sell it either because it looked a mess. They approved the return but said they would only refund 60% of the item as 40% was taken off for p&p (the p&p they state is FREE) What a rip off... so it would have cost me more to send it back. In the end I negotiated they deduct 25% and I kept it, cut it up into shorts (still horrid) and wear to bed! I also contacted Paypal who have recorded the incident and say if they hear about more situations like this they will remove Rotita from their Paypal list which means they will not be able to use PayPal. This will deter alot of customers and prevent them from going through what we went through.

Bought a shirt that was so poorly sewed together only one arm fit. I went to "return" it and had to email customer service a dozen times with pictures. I ordered a white jumpsuit. I looked really nice online but when I received it the material was see-through. The material is so thin, I would have to wear a full-body slip so no one could see my undergarments. It did not fit past my thighs either. I should have know that my experience would not be good with them after reading so many negative reviews. I would try and get my money back but I feel that it is not worth the hassle considering that they are in China anyway. Lesson learned. The site really needs to be shut down because they are practicing the old "bait and switch". They reel you in with beautiful photos and ship you garbage!

What a cool find this site is. There are some styles and prints on here that you will not find anywhere else. And the prices are really low so you don't feel like it's a big risk to give them a try. I've only bought one dress so far, but will buy more. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Even though I FINALLY got through to someone from the Rotita company, they wanted me to re-track my negative statement, they would give me a 50% credit and told me to keep the clothes. I told them once I got the credit, I would update my review. They told me to update the review and then they would give me the credit. Since they are not credible, I did not update my review and I never heard from them again. DO NOT get ripped off by this company. Poor quality materials, VERY POOR customer service, and the reason why they're so cheap is because the products are worthless! Hopefully, no one will fall into their trap and order. Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate.
