The fabric was heavier than I had imagined, and fit large. But I had it tailored and work fine now. This looks like a designer brand coat, nice and long, light weight coat.

I have sent them an email explaining everything but they do not care. I have asked for my money back but they said that i have to wait another month for my item to arrive. THIS IS A JOKE! Specially when on the website it says 7-15 days delivery... NOW i CAN SEE THAT THIS IA LIE! Now they are telling me to wait almost 3 months. 3 MOTHS? What normal website takes that long to deliver a dress PLUS THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I took a chance and ordered quite a few items from Rotita.com, I was worried that due to the very cheap prices of the clothes, I would receive some very cheaply made items. However I was proven wrong! The clothes all came at once, and arrived within 2 weeks from ordering (to Canada). The clothes are all true to size and made with very comfortable fabrics. The blouse I ordered came in a typical linen fabric, etc. The clothes that I ordered with prints on them came with clean accurate and well throughtout prints. Overall I am very pleased with my experience. The only thing I didn't like was the buttons on one of the 3 dresses I ordered were slightly misaligned, this was the only blemish in any of the clothes I ordered. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I've been a Rotita customer since 2014 and I have never been disappointed with any of their business practices. I am more impressed with their awesome customer service. They have replaced stolen or missing items without question and I usually receive my items that very week, if not the next day.
I have just experienced the worst buy online. Their website shows amazing photos of products and very cheap! Oh my goodness, what a delivery of rubbish I have received. Nothing to the description, or what photos show. Obviously they have someone sitting there and quickly sewing things together that hems are just over locked, material is so thin that you can see everything from under. Long maxi dresses come in 2 pieces and 3/4. Holes in garments. Requested a refund but they won't do so. Tney are asking me to return them registered post with a tracking number and than they will refund me. So therefore I have to pay $50 for postage from Australia to wherever they are. They have sent me an address in China. I keep getting different offers. First it was $35 refund, than $40, than $55 and now it's back to $40 for a payment of $119 I have paid.
Basically what you see is NOTHING to what you receive and you have no chance of getting your money back for things that are actually rubbish as they will are obviously not acknowledging what they are doing. I have never experienced business dealings as such before.
It's amazing they are still allowed to operate this business when they are sending things to people that cannot be worn.
PayPal is who I am communicating with now and as I am registered for return postage for dealings that you're not happy with, hopefully they can assist me.

Nothing on this is site is good quality, or comes as pictured! They use polyester or spandex material on just about everything except their jewelry, which they use plastic for that! Shipping takes forever to reach its destination. And when you complain about an order you received, their customer service does nothing to try and resolve a problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
