I purchased a sweater dress from this site on Nov. 21 2015. I received my order on Dec. 5 2015 when I opened the package to look at my purchase there was a Big hole right in the sleeve!... I tried calling customer service an the number was not a working number. I am very disappointed I will never order anything else from this site... The overall quality is great for such a cheap price, and the material is just as it looks in the pictures. It is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but it keeps you a lot warmer than you'd expect!

Unfortunately, I ordered before reviewing the reviews and was hoping not to have a bad experience. I was wrong. I ordered on 11/27/15, got email notification informing me they received my payment, but I have yet to receive anything about my order. Their site states orders will go out within 24rs. It's been a week and nothing. Nervous about the negative reviews, I attempted the only contact via email, sent four emails with no response at all. This is such a turn off, because I liked items ordered for my daughter, but based on this bad experience, called Paypal and registered a complaint for a refund to my acct. They put the dispute through and said if I don't hear from them about my refund in 10 business days, they will credit my American Express card. It's sad that I ordered items from two other stores after I placed order with Rotita, and already received my emailed shipping confirmation that I will get my order in a couple of days. Still, nothing from Rotita.

I received a jacket in the mail. It was cheaply made and not what I paid for. It did not fit correctly so I asked to return the item. After 7 messages they continued to ignore my request and told me to give it as a gift. I have never ever come across such manipulation in a business before. I have still not gotten any information from them that allows me to return my item. If you buy from them, you will not be allowed to return your item.

Ideal summer dress looks good on and is very comfortable all the sizes are mainly for very small waisted girls which is a shame because not everybody has the tiny waists like these are designed for, my daughter loved it.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
