I place an order January 6th and still have yet to receive my items my tracking information still shows that its in China. You guys need to provide a number that US citizens can contact if your going to ship world wide. In addition on the website you make it seem like people will receive their package with 5- 7 business days. I'm highly upset about this and will never recommend anyone or buy another garment from your website the wait for the package is entirely too long.

I ordered a coat from this website on December 14,2015. I was sent a tracking number in which I could never find where my package was or when it was scheduled to arrive. When I called the customer service number, I got a recording and never got to speak with anyone. Well the package finally arrived on Friday, January 15,2016. One month for delivery.

The coat is made of very cheap material, it is tight fitting (not the size I ordered) and looks nothing like the picture.

Do not waste your money on this site. Yes it's cheap, but don't waste your money!

I ordered a dress and jacket and it never arrivived so they wanted me ro submit a ticket or speak ro a live agent online. I opted to speak with the agent and got a message that said we are too busy ro speak with you or answer inquires so you need to submit a ticket. So i submit the ticket they apologize i never received my outfit but they would offer me a 20% discount on anything else in the store. I said ugh NO i want my money back. And they said they apologize but you get what you pay for and the most they can do is give me 30$ of my money back and 20% discount. Get what i pay for i didnt get anything! And there is no local number or 800 number to reach them. COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered three pairs of pants and two shirts. First of all the order came late. Then the pants were super small, almost like baby doll clothes when I orderes sizes 12 & 14. One pair of pants came with holes in the crotch and the other came with NO HOLE for the button. The material is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. When I emailed them they advised me its Asian siZed clothing but no where on the order form does it say this. Then when I asked for information on how to return the horrible items they would not provide me with any. I filled a claim with my credit card and got my money returned due to this site being fraudulent. The positive review on her are surely FAKE AS WELL!

Please, please, please read the reviews first before you purchase! Wish I did. I order a leather jacket, it came pretty quickly as I hadn't bothered to pay the extra for quick delivery so that was good but when I opened it, it was what looked like a carrier bag parcel(packaging was rubbish btw) I was appalled! The jacket was not the jacket I had seen in the picture. It was a very cheap and tacky and almost looked like a bin liner with zips on it

First time I order from this company. I order two sweat outfits for my teen daughter mid December and after a couple weeks emailed to ask where my item was. That's when I found they were coming from China. Finally received the clothes January 16th.

When I opened the package the clothes were so thin and almost see through and the material just felt cheap. The other set didn't even have the same size. The pants looked like a large but the top that came with it wouldn't even fit a 8 yr old. The shirt said the baseball team white sox and the X was missing. Seriously! If a reputable company, they wouldn't have even sent that out like that.

Part of their response to me when I emailed them and complained and asked for a refund was "You know, the price of our products is quite cheap, so it's maybe not perfect". So it's ok to sell defected clothes when the person thinks they are getting the real thing? Then then told me since it will cost me more than the clothes to ship back to just keep them and give to a friend or sell online and they would offer me a bonus to make up for my grief. I'm dining out the bonus is a discount on a future order. Like I would really want to use this company again. Wish I would have read the review before I ordered. They must be a sister store to Dresslily.com which all have the same reviews as this website. Stay away from that website too. Luckily I have purchase protection through my credit card and opened a case with them to dispute the charges.

First time ordering from this place I paid for faster delivery 1-4 days. They were QUICK to take my money (which was $100 for 3 outfits and 1 jacket) but took forever to ship my items out. When i finally got my order, the materials were very cheap and how they looked in the pictures were not how they looked when i received them plus they did not fit. I went back on the site to ask them for a refund they sent me this. "Hi, it's not worth for you to send it back because according to our return policy you need to pay the shipping fee which is not a low prices, so how about you keep it as a gift to your friend?" NEVER AGAIN! This website is a False Advertisement so DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ROTITA.COM.
