I bought a dress "Geometric Print Black Mid Calf Dress"... Nothing is the same. Not the style, not the colour and design, not the material... Horrible..., the material is the same that is used to produce flags... Please don't buy from this web. Not make the same my mistake.

I have a sweet 16 on the 30th and I ordered a dress from them on Jan 2nd and payed for 6-7 day shipping and I have yet to receive my dress. Now I have to go rush to find something to wear

Wat the heck!

I ordered from this site twice. The first order took a long time 2-3 weeks. My second order I oder ed during holidays, I paid extra for shipping it's been over a month. I wanted these items for my Birthday which has come and gone. Never got a tracking number. I'm very disappointed, this will be my last order!

Scam artists at best! I bought two dresses, granted the price is low, but they are complete trash! I ordered a silk green dress, it was pictured and looked beautiful. But when i got it, it was a cheap piece of blue fabric! I would never, ever wear this. They have a 30 day return policy except they won't let you return anything. They offered 20% back... are you kidding me?! Absolutely not. If you're false advertising and claim you can return the items, do it! Any GOOD companyy would refund it. I will never buy from them ever again.

Garbage

Order merchandize on Jan 5an received it on the Jan 26. All items are wrong except one the black strapless dress but they were suppose to be extra large they are extra small can fit any of them. They spell very old and two item looks as if it came from the thirty store. Just terrible I tell you. Never again will I support any web site on purchasing anything of clothing there full is sh&%t. Very disappointed

I ordered a jumpsuit on 12/17/2015 didn't received it until 1/23/2016. What I received in the mail was even close to the jumpsuit on the picture on their website. This jumpsuit looks like a cheap nurse uniform from China (I ordered the White Lantern Sleeve jumpsuit) it's awful! Now I want to return it and their are giving a hard time. They don't want to give me the return address. They did offer me a 15% refund and I get the chance to keep that ugly thing they sent me that I would never wear. Don't waste your time and money.

I order from this company on January 19 and still have not receive my package. I spoke w customer support online, and they said confirmed, paid unshipped. I didn't know what that meant so I asked and they said my order was being processed. Each time I text someone, that is their reply. They said shipping will be 1-4 working days and it's now 1week and 1 day. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. If I can rate them a zero I would. They trap you by the pretty clothes, they take your money and you never get a tracking #, and it continues to say in process.

I ordered a dress on January 14th. I received the dress on January 26th. The dress looks nothing like the picture. It is completely see-through and it smelled really sour. In a nutshell, the quality was extremely poor. It looks like someone stitched the dress together at home with a sewing needle and whatever fabric they could find. It is not worth any more of my time or effort to attempt to return the dress as I can see from my research that others have not had much luck with their attempts. I should have researched prior to placing my order. I don't recommend this company to anyone! Stay FAR AWAY.

Took awhile to get it. When it came it looked nothing like the item posted - but they say it is the correct item- How beads and sequins are the same thing I have no clue. There was designs on the item that was posted and nothing but sequins in cheap material. Shoulder seam was not even sewn together. After opening a ticket I got offered 20% then 30% now I get I WILL TRY to get you 75% after I pay to send the item back to them. I guess you get what you pay for. Not worth the hassle STAY AWAY!

First of all, it took almost two weeks for them to even ship out my purchase, and then another two weeks for it to get to my house. That was annoying, yes, but the quality is CRAP, the size chart on the site is inaccurate, and one of the shirts I got (patchwork design crew neck tshirt) is just a plain white long sleeve with a black patch on the elbows... The freaking patches were on the front part of the elbows rather than the elbows! I'm pissed!

In a nutshell, what I ordered and what turned up were far from the same thing. I paid extra for a quick delivery and received the goods about two weeks later, not the four days promised. The quality of the goods was appalling and not even the right size. The website shows what appear to be American models and everything is priced in dollars, which made me think it was arriving from the States, but no it came from China! The stitching, buttons and materials were all nasty. When I queried all the above, I was offered a 20% refund and told that would be a store credit! Like I'm ever going to use them again... Ended up complaining to PayPal who said there were a long list of people now all saying the same problems that I had encountered. Like the heading says, STAY AWAY!

Do not bother ordering anything. It is doubtfully that the items will look anything like the pictures. Beware customer service is appaling, rude, unprofessional repetitive just to delay paying refunds. Their English terminology is appaling. One email they sent in reply to me read" what is it now?" I was furious, I could not believe the standards! It took me about 10 weeks of endless emails to finally get my money back. Beware... that if you pay via PayPal Rotita will tell you that if you close the dispute they will refund in 1-4 days. They don't stand by their word. I contacted paypal and was told i could not open another dispute about the same issue. Obviously Rotita are aware of this so con you into closing any dispute first, only to then repeatedly send the same messages offering refund to my Rotita account for future purchases ( some how I very much doubt it) I had to be persistent since the 4th Dec when I placed the initial order. It was on the 17th Feb I finally received refund.

Ordering from this company is really a hit or miss. I've been ordering from them heavily for around 5 months. The more basic the piece, the more spot on it is. I recently ordered many pieces on 1/17 and I know it takes awhile because it comes from China, however, the site has been shut down, which has me concerned. I did use PayPal so at least my money will be returned.

They keep trying to give me a few dollars towards buying more of their crappy clothing. After I have already explained to them I bought the biggest size they offer and it's too small it wouldn't even fit my little niece and the only refund they are trying to give me is 15% back to buy some more of their disgusting extremely small crap! These people need to be stopped from ripping people off ASAP!

Ordered 5 dresses from this site all the same size. 3 were way to small and 2 massive. Cost nearly £70 contacted them and opened a ticket and they offered me 6 dollars. Disgusting have been in touch with them constantly and they eventually sent me a return address by email but as soon as I reopened the email it directed me to a rogue site. Absolutely disgusting. I'm now going to open a PayPal case.

So I was so excited to finally find a fur vest that I liked so I immediately purchased (also bc it was such a good price $25) from this site. I noticed they took the money out of my account the second after I purchased, yet the email they sent me says "status: awaiting payment" it has been 6 days now and of course no shipping confirmation and absolutely no one to contact for questions. I decided to read the other reviews and boy do I feel stupid. I'm pretty sure I just lost $25 to this fake site. Be warned

I bought a couple of dresses for my partner before Christmas 2015 and they were pretty good. Not the best finishing off of the clothes but the style and prices were great. Some would say too low. The dresses took approx. 2-3 weeks delivery to UK from China. I did get emails at the time of order and tracking info so I could track them. Loads of emails followed with money off vouchers up until approx. 3 or 4 days ago but looking this morning looks like their website has been taken down. I assume they've gone bust rather than a scam. I think the people who ordered and didn't get a confirmation email or they did but no garment arrived prob just when they went out of business. Credit card or Paypal orders should mean you'll get a refund.
