I am currently in a battle with the customer services at Rotita because they have sent me faulty goods, for which they expect me to pay for the cost of the return (recorded delivery). Alternatively, they will give me 30% compensation... so I'm left with the choice of paying £25 to return a £30 coat, or getting £9 compensation for having a coat I am unable to wear! Either way, I am paying between £20 and £25 for the privilege of them manufacturing faulty goods.
Thier customer services team is a joke, and has been absolutely no use. You are constantly talking to different people via email who do not feel the need to read the emails you have sent previously (and half the time don't read the latest email you have sent them). They have also come out with reasons such as...

"we also bear so much shipping fee for u when we send the order to u, pls think it twice for us"
"we have checked the photos and it's not a qulaity faulty. So you just need to cut it open with scissors." (this last one they are referring to the button holes on the jacket... because you know, when you buy a coat you do often hack at them with scissors to create button holes, definitely not their fault - that's just what you do with coats... oh no wait...)

The fit of this product is horrible! I checked the sizing chart several times to insure I was ordering the correct size seeing that I already read their return/exchange policy. I received the item and it was WAYYYYY to small to even pull over my head. I ordered an XL because the sizing chart said that XL would fit sizes 12-14. I normally wear a 12 so I was sure it would fit! When I couldn't get the shirt over my head and the pants wouldn't pull up past my calves, I went right away to check the chart again. After reaching out to the company for a refund they said it was not their fault and they recommend I give the item away to a dryas a gift. How freaking bad is that customer service!

I placed an order 1month and 2 weeks ago when i tried on the all into one the black jumper with white strips the sleeves and legs were so so short and that was a Large, then i tried on the blue jean jumper the zipper is broke and the sleeves are short on there also, the clothes look nothing like the pictures and the material is cheap. This site is a complete scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from it, if you're considering ordering from them please read several reviews before deciding to do so! Customer service is horrible, or rather nonexistent. I ordered on January 16 with expedited shipping, it's now February 1 and according to my tracking number my merchandise is still overseas. I've submitted five tickets with the same response every time, to 4 days it should arrive. I would sooner through my money in the garbage then use this site ever again or recommend it to anyone. After reading several reviews myself after the fact I have a feeling I will be fighting to return my items for a refund once they finally arrive.
So I placed an order with rotita.com on January 10th. Paid for expedited shipping and it still took two weeks for it to arrive. Not that big a deal. However-nothing is sized properly. Every item either didn't fit comfortably or didn't flatter or looked like the cheapest junk ever. I immediately inquired about returning and they will not give me a direct answer about it. They're asking for photos to see if it's their fault?! What? I ordered up thinking I would be getting roomier products and they are comically tight or too short. The quality is poor at best. I tried to write an honest yet poor review about each item on their site and it wouldn't accept my review... What a joke. I'm so annoyed
Dress took a month to receive. It has a broken zipper, the lining for the bodice falls under the bustling and the bottom of the skirt isn't hemmed and is uneven.

I ordered 2 dresses form Rotita, i carefully checked the measurements for the sizing and askd a umber of questions prior to placing my order. It arrived quite quickly even using flat rate shipping HOWEVER they hadn't shipped the dress that i'd ordered. It looked similar from the front but the back was completely different. When i said thay had sent the wrong item and i wanted to return it I have a battle on my hand getting them to recognise this. When they finally realised that I wasn't accepting their error I was offered a 10% credit note? I refused, next 15 %, and then 30%... with my last e-mail i was told i could have a refund but i'm still waiting to hear if this is a full refund including return shipping. To be honest I'm not convinced that even if I got agreement to this via e-mail that they would honour it as to even get this far has been a struggle involving numerous e-mails with them telling me how nice the product us and that their monitors are different! Not that different that one item could have a high back and the one i ordered a low cut back. I know the item shown on the description isnt't what i rdered and therefore i feel no obligation to accept it instead of the item I was hoping to receive!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
