I ordered a dress based on the size chart on their website and it did not fit... it seemed almost two sizes too small PLUS, when I received the dress, it had the letters "XL" written in white pencil on the dress itself in 4" letters. What am I supposed to do with that? Bad form. I contacted them to send it back and they gave me the run around, offering me a 15% credit toward a future order on their site in lieu of a refund. I refused and they then tried to off 30% refund and said that was the best they could do. I still refused. They then finally said that I would have to pay the shipping costs back to them (in China?) and they would only give me 60% refund to cover their costs of the initial shipping (even though I already paid a shipping cost when I placed the order). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. I am out the money and I did nothing wrong except order from their website! Buyer beware!

I didn't think to read reviews of the site before I purchased a bathing suit on the website. My payment cleared on February 4th and I was told I would receive a payment receipt email within 1 - 4 days, did not happen. Then they said it would be shipped within 1 - 5 'working' days (that's 'business' days) and I would receive an email. It is February 15th and it has been 7 'working' days since my PAYMENT cleared not since I placed my order, and I still have yet to receive any email updates. I have submitted a ticket to cancel my order for a FULL refund, with all these reviews, I'm not looking forward to the battle of getting my money back but believe me, I will. This site is terrible. STAY AWAY!

This place will rock your world with disappointment. It you want to be held hostage because they took your money - this place makes it a Zen thing! If you do indulge - make it less than $20 - that way you can at least get a giggle with the next couple Starbuck purchases you were trying to save money for. You will just buy heart ache.

I ordered the Pocket Design sleeveless camouflage ankle length jumpsuit in a size large. When it came it was too small. I then ordered the Round neck striped coral maxi dress in a size XL, when the dress came it was in a size 3XL bag and the dress looked to be a size XS. I believe they just throw things in a bag and send it out, knowing that the average person will not pay the headache to return it. The company makes you pay to ship the item back to them and then charges you again to ship the corrected item back to yourself. This is too much sugar for a nickle. The clothing they advertise are on plump shapely women, but the clothing they send you appears to be waaaay smaller than what you ordered. Their sizing chart is completely wrong. And when I wrote a honest, negative, polite review about their clothing on THEIR website, they didn't approve it to be viewed. This company got me twice for my money, they won't get me again. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BLOW...

I order 2 dresses from. Him back in December 2015... They just arrived LAST NIGHT February 8th 2016! One dress has NO TAGS OR EVEN A LABEL INSIDE IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE IN A SWEAT SHOP! I am a large I ordered 2 sizes up 2 xlarge because I thought it would run small... THIS DRESS IS TIGHT AS HECK IT HAS 2 BE A SIZE EXTRA SMALL! It's clearly POLYESTER not what the description says. The 2nd dress is HUGE and it's a large! It is made from the same exact material as the other POLYESTER! THE DESCRIPTION says CHIFFON!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR QUALITY DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM! NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... NO PHONE NUMBER! THANK GOODNESS I ONLY LOST $42.00.

If I could give them a zero I would. Wish I found this site prior to ordering. They steal pictures from other sites to give you a quality picture and when you finally get your items, it looks nothing like it. It's cheap material that look like a child sewed it together in home economics class. Oh, the sizes are no where what the website says. They say it ships in 2 days, but it actually takes weeks to get. When you try to return, they give you the run around to avoid giving you your money and honoring their return policy. They will not give you a return authorization or an address to return too. They are a complete fraud with poor business practices and need to be put out of business.

I ordered a dress for $25. The dress I received was not the dress I ordered, not even close! I ordered a creme-colored dress with an open back and got a gold dress with silver straps. I also ordered a small and received a large. The quality of the dress is so miserable I can't describe it. It looks like a kid's costume. I have been arguing back and forth with the company and the best they have offered me was %15 discount on my next oder.

So you have a function coming up and you order a dress. However what arrived and what you ordered... Well... They are 2 different things entirely. The advertised dress was perfect - what I received - looked like the fabrics used to make a cheap fancy dress/dressing up/Halloween costume. It is awful. The colour of what I received is so far out - ok there's some differences to be expected between monitor to monitor, but not a major difference. It wasn't dispatched within the time stated, but as it is free shipping, I cant really complain. It's simply ghastly. There is no way I can wear this dress to the function I ordered it for. The 1 star is for the fact it turned up. So disappointed.
