I would never order from this company again. They sent me a damaged jacket, threads hanging out everywhere. I sent in a request to get a refund within one day of receiving the package. I contacted them again 4 days after my initial refund request and still no response. After 2 weeks of no response I had to file a paypal claim to attempt to get my refund. The next day they finally responded to me but offered me a partial refund of 25 dollars and to keep the crappy jacket (which I stupidly paid $75 for) That is not what it states on their returns page. Total scam artists, and crappy quality clothing. Save yourself the pain of dealing with this company and go elsewhere. I believe paypal is banning them from using their services due to this interaction. Finally got my refund through paypal but had to send the jacket backet, totally lost money and had to deal with a total headache.
I order two dresses and they looked NOTHING like they did on the website the material is terrible and the dress zipper already got stuck when I tried to put it on. You get what you pay for I guess

Too small. Trying since then to get refund. At 1st they told me keep it, too expensive to return. They would refund me. Said keep or sell it, not worth sending back. After month, still waiting 4 refund. Email them everyday. Slow 2 respond. Now tell me they won't refund me unless I send back

I order 3 items from them for my trip i even paid extra for the 5-7 days and the day it was suppose to come it never did they money was took from my account i tried too track my order down the week after they said it never made it too the u. S my trip then came and left it still havent arrived i couldnt find a number too call them i was able too reach them via facebook but each time they sent me the same inbox It took almost a whole month before i got my 2 dresses which one was snag once i took it out the plastic bag and my vest didnt look nothing like the pictures ILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN SUCH A RIP OFF
I ordered an item the 6th of February and paid the extra little two dollars for the 5-7 business days... it's the 18th! AND MY ORDER STILL HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! I EMAILED THEM AND THEY SAID IT TAKES A FEW DAYS! WHEN I SAID IT'D BEEN 11 THEY WROTE ME BACK AND SAID THEY WERE AT A "SPRING FESTIVAL THE 7TH-14TH!"" HOW FREAKING UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT TO JUST NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT NOT SHIPPING ANYTHING FOR 7 DAYS? WHO TF DOES THAT? I DON'T HOW LITTLE I PAIDFOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! IT SAID 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AND NOW IT'S 12 BUSINESS DAYS LATER AND THRY JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT 2-4 MORE DAYS FOR THEM TO SHIP IT! IF THIS WERE THE CASE I WOULD'VE JUST ORDERED IT FROM WHERE I WAS GOING TO FOR THE 16-26 BUSINESS DAYS BECAUSE I PAID MORE FOR THE 5-7 ON THIS SITE!

I ordered 2 dresses coming to £35 and when they came they were made of cheap material nothing like the photo online.
They don't give you a returns slip so I have to wait weeks for them replying to my emails complaining and they only offered me 30% of my money back!
They took $40 plus off my card but my order was $17.43 I ordered on 2-13-16 its still saying my order unshipped but it said allow four days I did and still unshipped I been urging them to send it and to call but no response I didn't pay through pay pal because it caused a spam BE CAREFUL SPAMMMMMMMMM!

2 weeks late! They make the clothes as u order them... which looks like a child made it. Very cheap material! I order the "PINK" jumpsuit in XL and the top won't even fit over my head! It wouldn't even fit over my 4 yr old head! It looks NOTHING like advertised! Rotita... Y'all suck! No more will y'all get my money!
I will never order anything from these people my money was paid for right way on the 2nd of Feb and I have not received my order. I keep submitting tickets and I have no response. I was not aware the stuff comes from China. Never again
My purchase did not arrive, it wasn't until I got about 5 emails a day from them saying Thank you for your purchase and please order more that I got suspicious, the more I looked at their site the more dodgy it looked but thought it's ok I ordered through PayPal. Though I've seen other comments on here that PayPal won't help. I'm just greatful I only spent £12 as had a feeling they might be a little crap! Listen to your feeling x
