I just got my order today. It was nothing like the picture on the website. Very poor quality and the zipper was not attached properly on the jumpsuit. I should have read the reviews before ordering these items. They still have a credit for me which I will not use. I will not return the items because it took a long time for me to get them in the first place. I will not waste my time. I am so upset that I am totally done with them. I will just throw the clothing away as it's not worth giving it to anyone else. Please do not waste your money like I did.

I ordered a dress. Paid extra to have it shipped faster. They took my money and I didnt get my dress. Two months and counting and I just want my money back at this point. Still havent gotten it. Put in ten complaints with them. No one has ever called me back. I will NEVER order from anything oversees again. If I cound vite lower than one I would. I gavem.my number and asked for a number to call them and I keep getting these automated responses to my issues. Im so upset about this. I will bad mouth them to everyone I know. Do not order from these people.

I ordered several items on February 2. According to their website a holiday was being observed in China. To make a long story short I haven't received my items. The site also said 15 percent off site wide that was a joke only 8.00 off of 200.00 worth of products. This is by far the worst online store ever. Please to anyone reading this DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM. So I contacted PayPal to intervene they sent out emails to this company. On the very last hour of this company responding they gave PayPal a tracking number. LOL THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS FOR MERCHANDISE THAT WENT TO NEW ORLEANS. I LIVE IN GEORGIA. What a way to pull a Hail Mary. Again plz do not order anything from this company. YOU WONT GET YOUR MERCHANDISE. THEY MAY GET THEIR MONEY TO TAKE ANOTHER VACATION OR AN EXTENDED HOLIDAY. Also don't be fooled by the fact that every day or to start their reviews it's always positive in the beginning someone working for them or a relative is putting up positive reviews DONT BE SCAMMED PLZ

Having placed an order with this business it soon dawned on me that I had been Scammed, they go under several different names on FB and never respond to tickets submitted requesting updates of my order status. I dont believe they have the clothes ready and available at all but are taking money and dispatching as and when they come into stock, from what I have read when people do receive goods they are shocking quality anyway.
I dont understand how they are still trading when there are so many complaints about them right across the web, I wish I had checked this first but as I didnt I just hope all my messages on their posts on FB are getting to prospective buyers.
Total disgrace on so many levels.

I did the same mistake as many others here, i found the site on facebook and the dresses seemed very nice so i bought 2 dresses... i payed extra 13 $ for fast shipping, i was supposed to get them in 3-4 working days... made the order on 5th of february and i got them on 19 th of february after sending them 3 emails and opened a case with paypal. Guess what... when i got the dresses was nothing like i expected or like in the pictures shown on the site... the quality of the materials was very bad and they were made very bad also... i have never bought something worse than this in my life... i spent 64$ for 2 hortible dresses when i could buy one from a store with this money but a good quality. Right now i asked thru paypal for a refund and i said i will send the dresses back... they answered me saying they will refund me 20$ but i can keep the dresses... $#*! no... i dont need that dresses not even for free... id rather burn them... i want my money back. Do not buy from this site!

This online store is not what you hope. It's likely Chinese in origin but using Western pictures of models. I feel that it's the old "bait and switch" because the items in the pictures are NOT CLOSE to what you receive. I ordered 5 items and 4 of the 5 came back made from inferior quality materials. The one that was a decent quality had the hanging string coming out of the armpit. From the outside!

They seem to have a decent return policy (return before 30 days) but when contacting them they beat around the bush. I started my initial return almost immediately, upon receipt of the items. They responded with, "Please consider the low price of the items. And sometimes customers have quite high expectation. We have been trying best to offer the best quality at this price. Hope you understand that." After 4 contacts from me (3 from them) they concluded with, "Sorry, we can apply the 20%compensation and you keep the item, if you want to return, you need to pay the more and it will take a long time to ship, it is not worth, right?"

They're right, it's not worth it. And I suggest to all of you that it's not worth it, either. Save your money, your time, etc.
