I paid for a blouse and received torn jeans that Aren't my size. I enlisted PayPal to help get my refund. They told me that I would have to return merchandise with tracking #. That would have cost me twice what I paid for the item. So that was of no help... I will not be getting a refund!

My order never arrived, according to them it did... I never got it and after reading how shady this company is I doubt they ever sent it. Now I am getting the run around... never again and shame on you Facebook for allowing this scam company on your site!

Not only did it take a whole month to receive my order... when it did come... it reeked... DID NOT look like as it did online... too big... I'm not sure who's "small" they're measuring on... jewelry was made of a cheap children's costume jewelry PLASTIC... SO DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money... time... and energy! Do not order anything from this site. Your items will not ship in 4 days and they will take your money and not refund you a dime back!. There is no phone for customer service and because they are in China it takes a whole day to hear back from them if you send a email. Total scam! They will take you money and not send you anything! Luckily my Bank got my money back.

If there was a dislike button, I'd have used that - this site doesn't even deserve one star. The dress I ordered on Christmas eve 2015 arrived yesterday, the 02 February 2016. Not only that, the fabric of my purchase looked nothing like the photos posted on the Rotita site. This dress is thin, shiny and transparent - and really trashy looking. The only upside is that it actually fit... although I could hear the thread snapping as I put it on. Absolute rubbish product. Another thing I'm noticing is that this Chinese sites are deliberately disguising the origin of their products and you only find out they're being posted from China after you've paid. This is also happening on the Amazon sites and I no longer buy stuff from them either.

Bought a dress from this company, dress arrived everything looked fine. Package that dress was sealed in said large ( ordered a size too big because I knew they sized garments differently) Dress has a label sewn in it saying small. They have asked for pictures and ticket will not allow a picture larger than 500mb. Sent email with pictures. Then they tell me it's too expensive to send dress back, why don't I give to someone as a gift. REALLY, dress was for a wedding. Don't ever order from this company (and I use that term loosely) ever!

I decided to place an order from this website...(Roita) As I waited for my order to arrive, I opened the package with excitement, which turned into total disgust! Not only were the dresses I ordered the entire wrong color, they were made DIFFERENTLY! One dress shown on the website was floor length, the dress I recieved was knee length... and the wrong color... The ombre dress was made out of the cheapest material known to man, and was missing many features of the dress... According to "their Customer Service" the stated which they made was VERBATIM..."THERE IS LITTLE DIFFERENCE DUE TO LIMITATIONS IN PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE INEVITABLE DIFFERENCES IN MONITOR SETTINGS"
Now, I am no genius but there has been all types of improvement with photography, and computer settings! I would not even rate this company with a star, because they honestly do not deserve it.,. I was so disappointed I made an statement by sending their dresses back, even if I broke even or loss money!

Do not order from this site is place a order for two long dresses on 2/22/******* and paid extra to get it shipped earlier and once order was placed they had took money from account by the next day but long story short it's March and although it says items is shipped within 4 days it a lie you can't get in touch with no and they say email and it's still not an accurate answer to question so I called bank and disputed charge and got my money back and the bank can deal with them! I will never order nothing from here and wish I had read reviews first. I hope all that paid either get money back or chop it as a lesson learned glad I didn't pay through pay pal!

Ordered then they said the payment was "interrupted" but PayPal had already sent a receipt! After several "ticket " complaints they sent a tracking number and it says it was "delivered to the United Kingdom! I live in the United States! Never answered my questions they say everything except what you want to know! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

These are the worst quality clothes I have ever seen in my life. It looks like they just sewed them together when I placed the order. The strings are hanging, the material is thin and cheap. The clothes I received look NOTHING like the pictures and they are very small. I think its funny how they post all of these "positive" reviews which I believe are fake but if you search this company the reviews are awful and I wish I had done more research before ordering anything. Especially if they are featured on facebook!

I bought my first item on 2/14 it got here on 2/26 which sucked but over all the quality is good for how inexpensive. I'm going to order a few more things and try to forget about them so that by the time they get here it will be like a surprise.
