The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

I paid for 1-4 day express shipping on my item. They avoid answering my inquiry by answering it circles. Finally told me to make sure I haven't paid and cancel the order myself?! They already took the money weeks ago but have yet to ship the item. They are con artist and they literally steal your money with no intentions of sending you anything. Piece of crap company! I'll be disputing the charge with my card company! Please take these reviews seriously, they will steal from you!'

Do NOT buy from this website! I have always done shopping online and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service from a company in my entire life. They took my money and never sent my product. I waited over a month! The only way that I could contact them was through the website and it took DAYS for them to respond. I have yet to get my products nor have I gotten my money back. I purchase clothes on the site for a trip I was taking outside of the country spent over $200 never received a tracking number a week later never received any of my items used their contact customer service link no never contact me back thank God I use Paypal and they were able to reimburse me my money however I have to go shopping at Macy's last minute for clothes but from reading some of the reviews and how crappy the clothes actually come in I'm kind of glad it worked out this way do not order from this company

I ordered a dress. They lied and said it has shipped and I had a tracking number but I did not. Then someone else messaged me the next day and said it has not shipped and do I want them to ship it in a day. I said I do not. I want my money back. They messaged me back asking can they credit me the money into the Rotita account and I said no. They wont reply anymore and wont give me my money baxk. A complete Rip off!

I ordered two skirts from Rotita and the material was really cheap. One skirt was to small and stained and the other one will not zip( meaning the zipper is broke) I tried to get a refund through PayPal and the denied it smh. Save your money and do Not order

I ordered a jumpsuit from them in December 2015 for an event in January 2016, it is currently March and still I didn't receive my package! I emailed them regarding this and the only thing they kept saying was to be patient..., patient really? Finally I emailed them two more times about a refund and they never responded! Never again! I order a royal blue elegant dress and got a royal blue night gown! When asked for a refund they offered to give me $8 when I paid them over $20 & waited a month for it to arrive! This company is full of bull! You order one thing and they send you what they want! BS!

I still have no clothes got one dress horrible material. I order hundreds of clothes I paid for rush. Finally they send me a respond to my ticket! Because they have phone number! Tell me some items are out of stock after me waiting all the is time. Ad instead of refunding me for items not available. They put my refunded money in my Rotita used account! Really I said my back account! I will never order from them again!
