The send you faulty items, run you round in circles with emails asking the same question. I have ended up losing money for a dress that is of no use to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THEM.

I recently ordered from Rotita and as I was waiting for my items to arrive, I started looking at reviews on the Internet. They were terrible (packages taking over a month to arrive and the poor quality of the clothing). I've since received my clothing, it only took 5 days (I paid for express shipping) and the clothing is TERRIBLE. It looks nothing like what I ordered online, and it is ill fitting. I even ordered larger sizes than I normally wear and it still is made for Oompa Loompas.
Save your time and money and DO NOT order from this site.

The clothes are absolute trash. And if you try to return anything customer service fights you for a month. When you pay shipping to return it basically eats up your whole refund.

Horrible experience with customer service and the pictures online are Fake the close are very badly made; ( I wanted to return clothes and they suggested I give them to charity I told I wouldn't give those clothes to anyone that is how bad they are made.

Comfortable Dress

The dress fits but the top straps are cut very close to the neck. The dress is very comfortable so I'll keep it and wear a shrug top over it. Also, it is not a maxi but I like the length. I would not buy it if it was not on sale

Great jacket. Very warm. I am 5'3", 112 pounds, broad shoulders. The small fit my shoulders but was a little loose everywhere else. I am not sure if I would have liked the xs better. But I definitely have room for layers with the small and it still looks good.

Worst purchase ever

Scammers

I ordered my stuff since 2/25/16 & did not receive nothing from them after 12 days. I have been trying to contact them for days and I am getting no where with them. Please be advice to always read reviews of these so call sellers' websites before purchasing. I contacted PayPal and the rep said they have no idea of how to reach this company. Please be aware not to purchase from websites that use Paypal account for their transaction.

This company is a complete scam! Debited my account the wrong price compared to invoice. Ordered dress 04/02 and still no sign of it being shipped! Shocking contact process- you have to submit a ticket which I have done twice now. They either don't reply or when they do they say they will ship it 'soon'. I have no hope in ever receiving this dress or my money back. Do not buy from them!

Horrible

Very disappointing experience. I was warned that my clothes would not look exactly like what was pictured. The material was cheap and strings were hanging out of the outfit. I was almost in tears and not to mention how long I had to wait for the merchandise. This is a rip off and I will not be buying anything from this fraud shop along with other advertisment such as these... HORRIBLE.

I saw an ADORABLE dress on their website and was cracking up when I opened the package... It seriously looks like I got it out of a gumball machine. It is NOT the same material... it is so stupid and cheap looking. They will not return it because it is not damaged. You are going to think this next part is a joke, but I swear, they said the reason it looks cheaper than in the picture is because that's how they keep the cost down!
