Avoid the seller! The customer service is horrible. I've ordered item from them in the middle of January which I still haven't received, when I've contacted customer service they were asking me to wait and they've refused refund my money. I was lucky to pay through PayPal which had to get the refund for me. I've been batling with Rotita for nearly 3 months until my money were refunded thanks to PayPal and the item still didn't arrived. Avoid the seller!

I order my dress since 12. 12. 15 i did not receive anything. And when I emailed them, they were so rude and telling me to track the order myself with our local post office. After arguing with them for 2 months, they decided to refund my money but they did not want to refund my full payment, plus i have paid extra for the secure postage. All i got back was £8 which is less then a half of the payment i got.

They are stealing pics from other clothing sites, to steal your money. Look at the pics over 90% of the posted pics the model face isn't shown. Why? This company is located in China, when they do ship orders the consumer complains about how cheap the material is, the bad stitching and most wait for months to receive the order. It's like they try and sew the item/ items you ordered. Don't fall for these cute, cheaply priced clothes, that they advertise. It's just a way for them to steal your money. Once you place a order, they receive your funds, then they don't even ship your order. You email them and they respond with poorly, very poorly broken English, with excuses to why your order was not shipped. They told me, that the factory worker has to product the orders day and night, can I please be patient. I think once you pay extra $$ for delivery, why wait two months for my order.

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
