Scammers

Items arrived after 4 weeks however very poor quality. Have sent over 20 messages and no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They take your money. Will be contacting bank to get money back.

Horrible

I ordered from them THREE weeks ago. When I placed the order it said 24 hour shipping. I gave it a few days, still nothing. I went back to the website for a customer service number to find that they don't have one! Me and the "administrator" has literally been going back and forth for a week now because they won't refund me. If I don't receive my money by Monday I'm reporting them!

Avoid the seller! The customer service is horrible. I've ordered item from them in the middle of January which I still haven't received, when I've contacted customer service they were asking me to wait and they've refused refund my money. I was lucky to pay through PayPal which had to get the refund for me. I've been batling with Rotita for nearly 3 months until my money were refunded thanks to PayPal and the item still didn't arrived. Avoid the seller!

Totally unreliable

I ordered two dresses from this website. Typically, a company will notify you of shipping within a few days. I didn't get that email from Rotita for a week. Then, three days ago, I was told the dresses shipped... but the tracking number Rotita gave me is worthless. My shipment is "not found." This was my first and LAST time ordering through Rotita.

I ordered two swimsuits on the 05/02/2016 money taken from my account the same day. Cancelled before I received the goods shipped as was not prepared to wait have been communicating by email over 10 times for them to refund my account. To date I still don't have the goods or the refund!

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

Do not bother buying from this company. I still cant believe it they are running their business.
I order my dress since 12. 12. 15 i did not receive anything. And when I emailed them, they were so rude and telling me to track the order myself with our local post office. After arguing with them for 2 months, they decided to refund my money but they did not want to refund my full payment, plus i have paid extra for the secure postage. All i got back was £8 which is less then a half of the payment i got.
Plus i realised i as i was following them on facebook, each time i write a comment on their page to let other people know who they realy are, they kept deleting my comments, guess they did not want people to see how bad they are.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

They are stealing pics from other clothing sites, to steal your money. Look at the pics over 90% of the posted pics the model face isn't shown. Why? This company is located in China, when they do ship orders the consumer complains about how cheap the material is, the bad stitching and most wait for months to receive the order. It's like they try and sew the item/ items you ordered. Don't fall for these cute, cheaply priced clothes, that they advertise. It's just a way for them to steal your money. Once you place a order, they receive your funds, then they don't even ship your order. You email them and they respond with poorly, very poorly broken English, with excuses to why your order was not shipped. They told me, that the factory worker has to product the orders day and night, can I please be patient. I think once you pay extra $$ for delivery, why wait two months for my order.
