They're stuff is priced extremely well - the only thing is that you do need to check the measurements before purchasing an item. And when i receive the item, the size is correct as the description of their size chart.

TERRIBLE

First time ordering from this place I paid for faster delivery 1-4 days I believe and they were QUICK to take my money but has yet to ship my item out. I tried to call but the number is not a number for this company. What kind of business is this? TERRIBLE THEY DESERVE NO STAR DONT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a Gold dress with black lace. Payed extra for express postage (2-7 days). Received the dress about a 25 days later. The dress was white and black, not gold and black. Emailed them and asked for a refund because it was false advertised and not the dress that i ordered and payed for. Got a response saying "You know, the price of our products is quite cheap, so it's maybe not perfect, and I hope you could understand this and I could apply a bonus for your loss.". Yeah they bonus they offered was 15%. Then 25%. Then 30%. Then back to 15%. But that's not all, they wanted to pay for the item to be shipped back to them so i could get credited the 15% (or whatever) to my Rotita account and not my bank account. BOL like i'm going to want to buy from that website again.
VERY VERY VERY unprofessional. Picked that up when they were emailing me. Then went through to call them... Yeah um, the lady hardly knew how to speak english, there were babies and children in the background, she was talking to other people. And because she could hardly speak english i kept asking to repeat what she said. She got more rude by the second.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT IS BULL SHEIT!

The pictures on the site looks nothing like the actual clothing that you receive. Sizing are way off and the material is absolutely horrible and the overall finished product looks like something a trained monkey made. They will not refund you your money back! Very unprofessional. Stay away!

Wrong Measurements

I purchase a COAT, which was delivered to me in September 2015 and it did not fit. The size I ordered should have fit, since I know my size, however this website, the clothes run small-not true to size. And let me just add the quality of the "winter coat" I purchased was cheap and not "winter coat" standard. In addition, try to mail them anything and should you happen to make the mistake of not getting a tracking number on it when you return it, forget about ever getting the cheap coat or your money back! It should be made easy to return something, just as you make it to take our purchase. Otherwise why be in the business to begin with.

I ordered a dress for the first time from Rotita and I might as well have throw my 31 dollars in the trash. When I received my item I couldn't believe how horrible the fabric was, the material was super see through and looked nothing like the photo, I filed a claim and it has been a hassle trying to get my money back. They asked for a picture so when I sent it the rep told me, "it actually looks fine and wasn't it not expensive? We can do partial return. At that point I thought to myself well I'll just toss the dress and take this partial return but then he told me that they would just put $3 towards another purchase. This is ridiculous, I would NEVER purchase anything else from here so please don't. I wish I would have looked at reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing through their website

I ordered five dresses from this site, first of all I paid the extra money for 3-7 shipping and got the items 20 days after I ordered them. When I called, I had to leave a message, they never returned my call. I called at 2:30am, the time they have someone available 4 live chat.

When I spoke to the person, who speaks very little English, she said, they never received my payment and they needed my order number. I gave her my bank tracking #, then she found my account.

When the items arrived, the quality of the merchandise was very poor quality, they look nothing like the website, this is an bait and switch. The sizes were not USA sizes. They ship from Singapore CHina, when they withdraw the money from your account, it's under a different business name account, so they are running a ficticious business. They are operating out of China, they don't have live people to talk to until they get off from the sweatshops which is late at night CST.

The lady hung up up on me three time when I told her I was reporting them to the BBB. I could not understasnd a word she said

THIS WHOLE OPERATION IS A BIG SCAM AND FRAUD, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I HAVE AN AT&T ORDER AND THE BBB INVESTIGATING THEM.

TERRIBLE

Ordered a dress December 1st and the tracking information stopped updating after December 7th and it hasn't arrived. When I complained I was asked to wait 1 week or I would get a refund, they then sent me another tracking number which was NOT for MY order. When nothing arrived after waiting the week they are now telling my to contact MY postal service?!? Total bull$#*! and terrible customer service.

An absolute disgrace

I have ordered a skirt for a party on Saturday, it came yesterday and it is totally ridiculous, it is nothing like the photo at all! I have basically been sent a tutu with white underlay! It looks like something a child would wear.

I ordered a shirt and it came after 3 weeks. It was very cheaply made with the hems coming apart. I checked their customer service number is out of the country. I requested a refund and this was the conversation:
Rotita: Hi, it's not broken, and you can cut the line and it's still can wear.
Me: Please refund do to damaged item. It is not made well or correctly.
R: Hi, we will return 20% reufnd of it, pls confirm.
Me: Absolutely not, this shirt is made terribly, it is not to size, and i am within the 30 day window and am requesting a FULL REFUND. Thank you.
R: Hi, pls confirm these return info first, then I will send you the return address:
1. You can only return through post office and you need to pay the postage yourself
2. When we receive the item we will offer refund
3. Pls put/write your order number on the package.
R: Hi, the return address is: Fang En (Tel: *******9903)
Room3206, #999 Ningqiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai, *******, China
After shipment, pls send us the tracking number, the tracking link and the shipping company, thank you.

So this says to me that they expect me to pay for shipping and also tracking. Who even knows if I will get a refund. I am not holding my breath! This place is an absolute SCAM!

You have been warned! Stay away from this site! All of the clothes are fake and the pictures are stolen. Think about it. Why would it be sooo cheap and with free shipping?! Trust me. My purple satin dress that I order came as a dark cotton blue dress (wtf!) and my gold dress with sequins? Gold from glitter! (wtffffff)

Cute Dress

What a pretty dress! I bought this dress for my seventeen year old granddaughter. We are so pleased. This dress is well made and the fabric is really more like thick satin than thin cotton or poly blend. The heavy fabric allows the dress to hang beautifully and looks as if it will resist wrinkles. The satin fabric also adds to the dressiness of this sweet dress.

I love this cherries dress! Material is sturdy and stretchy- and unexpectedly shiny, which makes a tad more fancy than I thought. I am a busty 5'9 and the XL is a great fit-skirt falls just below my knee caps, a little gaping at the armholes but does not look awful (besides getting it tailored would cost more than I spent on the dress itself). This is a fun dress at a great price. I would buy more in other patterns.

I ordered this with a little hesitance. I wasn't sure how this was going to fit... but it fit perfectly. I'm 5'4, on the heavier side at 175 and carry it in my hips and rear. There's enough fabric to create a slimming effect. I received many compliments the night I wore this. I paired this with red wedges and a red flower hair tie. I even felt very pretty... so it is absolutely worth the money. (I believe I paid $20.00 for the dress and $9.00 for the wedges.) Money well spent!
