After months I have received a reply from Rotita, stating I could have had a 100% refund! What rubbish as in the customer ticket I opened they clearly stated they would give me a 60% refund and I would need to pay postage which would be expensive, so to think about returning the item, I then asked for a credit to my account and they told me again I could get a 60% refund but would need to return the item. It is absolutely ridiculous and would urge anyone to stay clear! And if you have any questions you get a response months later! The quality is terrible. Expect less than the market tatt on sales rails for £2.50!
I gave this one star because you cant rate any lower. I unfortunately ordered from this company after I found this site. I ordered a navy blue vintage inspired dress. What I got was a dress made out of completely different material, the collar of the dress is about 5 inches of lose fabric folded into the dress, the dress is not even sew correctly or evenly {the right side of the dress is 2 inches wider than the left}, and the dress looks like a piece of cloth... I can not express how much this dress does not look anything like the picture they advertise it to be. The dress was shipped to me an plastic envelope a little bigger than one you would send your bills in. It is not wearable by any means.
Their customer service is horrible - they stated that they could not see the picture {even though my picture fit in the parameters that they stated it needed to be in} and that they would off me a 20% refund... they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR REFUND POLICY!
You can also not post any reviews on the site, they have it rigged so that you can not - all the reviews for this site are done by their company, I am sure the positive reviews about the amazing clothes on here are also by their company given that the 5 star reviews on the site and the reviews here are almost identical. This company is a scam and a bunch of thieves. If you order from them expect to never see your money nor the product you paid for.

I'm one of the few that was previously ordering from them everything went good til last week when I ordered a jumpsuit on Thursday morning that said it would be shipped out within 24 hrs I also paid for expedited shipping due to the fact I wanted for a special event for this Thursday needless to say it's Wednesday its still showing confirmed paid unshipped no tracking number no item I'm pissed off an will not be ordering from Rotita ever again don't get sucked in an take your chances because it will eventually happen to you

What a joke! Placed an order and NEVER received my purchases! Sent them an email which they never responded back to! Tried calling only to talk to a machine! I will never buy anything from them again! What a rip off!
