I paid for two years and a domain name. Neither have appeared when I log into my account. WIX says I have no paid account but that is not true. I want the money returned to me that they took under the belief that services would be supplied. I have no access to my website and WIX has no customer support. I can't even ask for a refund.

The customer service does not exist. You cannot get anyone on the phone, only leave a message. Direct debit from my bank means I was robbed.
