I ordered in early Jan and I didn't get my refund or my items. My order never shipped and they told me they would have to deduct 20% from my refund for a restock fee but the items never went out. I have at least 40 emails requesting a full refund and still nothing. Now I am out of money and clothes. Please don't even look at the website, it's not even worth it

I ordered several things from them and it took forever to receive them. When I finally got them either they were way too smaill or too large and some had a defect. Customer service was horrible, hey told me that I wasn't allowed to return the items and to keep them because I didn't pay a lot for them. I shipped them back in September 2015 after several ugly emails and still haven't received my $116.30 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

When you close a dispute with paypal, you cannot reopen it against the company for the same purchase or escalate it to a claim. I told them I would not close the dispute until I received a tracking number and shipping confirmation. I got nothing back. Needless to say. I have escalated my dispute to a claim and will be getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR MONEY TAKEN BY A CHEAP CHINESE WEBSITE.

There clothes and accessories range from so many different locations from around the world, which is great! Because I'm from England, and I haven't even seen half the designs in retail shops in the street let alone any other website that I have come across, so that's why I'm a massive fan of Rotita and why I will always look there first when needing to buy specific, unique clothing or accessories, I love the fact they have a 24 hour customer support to help with individual needs, I remember when I made my first purchase, I wasn't too sure on what size I wanted as the items are from different countries. I received immediate support and within minutes I was given the correct size for my fitting as I'm from England, and now every time I purchase from the website, I know my exact size when ordering because of the support given to me and care. The amazing thing about Rotita also, is the fact that most of there items are so unique and high quality, yet they are cheap in price.

Bought a swimsuit from Rotita and the material smells awful, a really potent chemical smell. The sizes are way off even though I ordered L and am a size 10 in normal clothes it was much too small. The halter neck attaches in the middle of the bra cup which looks ridiculous. Don't waste your money.

I was offered a $50 coupon to register to the website. I was led on by the website to enter my email address several times, then they said this email is already taken and just when I wanted to make a complaint the website denied me access. I believe it was a scam, I never would by anything from them. Order through Sammydress is your best bet.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
