I've never experienced such horrendous customer service. The products are falsely advertised - photos are taken from seemingly other retailers and used as their own meanwhile the product that I received looks nothing like in the photos! Terrible quality. I cannot even resell it if I tried to. They ignore my emails for over 2 months now. One email they responded to telling me that if I return the product it will cost me a lot for shipping and they advised that I just sell it online. Ummmmm excuse me, what?! Then they said they would refund me some small percentage of my total (I spent $200 on their $#*! product) without me having to return the items but every time I follow up they ignore everything I say and respond with "have you return the order?" THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Someone should sue this scam company.

I received my order about 2 weeks later. Travkkng my items were whack. When I received it, the items looked so thrown together and very cheap! The sequence pieces were already falling off on my dress. I asked what is the return address? They took forever! Asking what's wrong and could I send a picture. I explained, Then a day later, they said I could keep the items and they'll give me 15% back. Um, no! I want the whole total back. I don't want the items. Do not order from this site. This was my first and last time. I wanted to try something new, but I'll stick with what I know. The phone number on site, is no good. When I tried to put my email in to check my order, it said it didn't work when I know it was my email. Be careful people. Don't let anyone scam you.

I ordered a denim jumpsuit on 2/26/16 which stated it would ship in 5-7 business days. I paid for express shipping to get it in 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive my product. They got there money but my product hasn't even been shipped yet! I did a ticket and they didn't answer my question but wanted me to rate them which will be 1 star would do 0. Don't order from Rotita their clothes look nice but that's about it. U won't get ur product. I'm disputing the charges now with my bank cause this is ridiculous. The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
Ordered 2 bathing suits and paid for 2 day delivery and it isn't here 2 weeks later! It says paid and everything but not shipped! The contact number does not work! Wth?

BUYER BEWARE Nice and cute yeap I said the same thing but... Don't buy! The quality is soooo bad and if you look on the official web site it says return in 30ty days but look closely and try finding away to return the product. THERE ISN'T AWAY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. Google ROTITA reviews, they are all 1 star and negative reviews. The only place you will see 5 stars is on the actual Rotita web site because they control that but they can't control Google! Look again at the web sites and you will seee that most of the pictures are photo shopped. I asked them not to ship the second order because the first order came and I am 5" 7" my friend who is shorter than me and the dayum jump suits still are wayy to short. You can only email them and they keep telling me to check the size chart. After back and forth with them they told me to take a $4 credit toward my next purchase because it cost more to ship it back than what the item is worth my order was $150. I cant give this crap away! They marked me as SPAM on FB so I am headed to all social media to warn ppl! BUYER BEWARE! #SCAM

I ordered a dress from this website 2/2/16. Around 2/22 I tracked it and saw that my computer accidentally auto-filled my zip code to my previous address. When I tried contacting customer services, they advise me to go to my local post officer and see if there was anything they could do (there wasn't). The dress was returned to sender, when I asked for a refund and that was 3/9/16. As of today, I still have no refund and they "administrators" response (on 3/22, that is 13 days later) to me was "why refund?". Today I sent back a message saying "I no longer need the dress, I was purchasing it for a special event". I have not heard back nor do I have my refund back. This is the poorest customer service I have ever come across. I am an office manager, and I deal with a lot of incompetent people, this by far has been the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! I do no recommend ordering from this website, I will be sure to tell friends and family.
UPDATE (5/3/16): I still do not have my refund that I have repeatedly asked for.
UPDATE (5/12/16): Rotita finally responded to my ticket on 5/5/16 (after 25 days of waiting on a reply!) saying that they would refund my money and it should be returned in 1-3 days. On 5/10 they refunded me only 60% of the money. Apparently I will not be receiving all 100% of my money back. I stand by my original rating... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Took a while to arrive, but I expect that after tracking and seeing it was coming from overseas. The "dress" I received was COMPLETELY sheer. Literally, it was sheer as a sheer curtain panel. The ONLY way anyone cold pull this off is by wearing it as a swimsuit cover. The product description did not list anything about it being sheer and you can't tell in the picture AT ALL. I didn't expect amazing quality for $24, but paying that for a piece of sheer fabric is a TOTAL ripoff. I hope this "company" gets totally $#*!ed sooner than later.

I purchased a coat from Rotita over two months ago, the coat arrived with the seams split and the stuffing in the bag with the coat.
I contacted Rotita to ask for a return and since then over two months have been swapping e mails. The best they have offered is 30% refund and I can keep the coat or 60% refund if I return the coat at a cost of £10.

This is a beautiful dress in person, it is exactly as pictured. Well made and not at all cheap looking despite the low price. This dress is SO amazing. The dress is high quality and it fits perfect. It's so beautiful. I highly recommend this dress. I will buy from this brand again.
Great dress for the price! Very stylish and classic. Length is good. Not too short. Fabric has good stretch, perfect for hugging those curves. I am 5' 3" about 118 lbs and the size 4 is perfect. I usually wear XS clothes so don't be misled by the size 4. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
This is the first petticoat I've bought and it was a good choice. Not itchy, gives just the right amount of fullness to your skirts and dresses. Item is lined with satin so the crinoline doesn't actually touch your skin, but even if it did, it is a soft material. I bought this petticoat to wear under the 1950s Vintage Rockabilly Swing Pleated Skirt, and it was the best thing since sliced bread. Absolutely loved it, created an awesome, authentic rock-a-billy look. Makes the swing skirt nice and poofy. Only problem - there's no tag that indicates material or care instructions, so I don't know whether to hand wash, machine cold, dry clean... All in all, love it, can't wait to wear it again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
